we arrived on time, left on time. The crew was nice and looked after everyone.

Flight boarding starte 25 minuets late
Flight was delayed. People/staff was not that friendly. I considered switching flight times, but the options were limited and it would have required me to purchase a new ticket. The fair was relatively inexpensive, but did not include checked bag and in the end was more expensive than other carrier options.
Not much. Mediocre everything. Was nice that the flight was not very full.
This was an Alitalia flight. Food was awful, flight attendants were quite rude and curt. Really poor experience overall.
We landed safely in Toronto
In this 10 hr flight cabin crew came down the aisle only twice to offer refreshments. There should have been offers of at the least water or juice more than twice on this length of fight. I was disappointed that there were no hot drink e.g. coffee or tea offered at any time, not even with the meal, but this was certainly the least of our disappointments. Only once on this flight did I see a cabin crew member smile. Don't know why, but they were a most unhappy crew that day and this was conveyed to the passengers. I find this hard to believe, and perhaps both my husband and I fell asleep for the few minutes this would have taken, but neither one of us saw a crew member check for seatbelts and seat position before landing in TO. Boarding gate wasn't announced until an hour before boarding, which on an international flight from a large airport was a little stressful, but I am assuming there was a good reason for this.

I was impressed by how Turkish Air treated me when I missed my connecting flight in Istanbul It was confusing to say the least but once I got to the right location they could not have been any friendlier, kinder, or gracious My hats off to Turkish Air THANK YOU
It was a tight space and they kept giving me things (pillow,blanket, slippers and socks, and headphones) that I didn’t need or have room for I appreciate the thought Return trip I’ll be more aware and decline what I don’t need

flt from Bah operated by Gulfair, so checked in with them. They were able to checkin bags to Manchester but not able to issue boarding card. length of flight when alternative is a direct flight from bah to lhr. Sinbad ffp website not easy. for a new aircraft the ife selection was very poor.

At the boading, just when we were putting our luggage we were around 5 kg more, in a bad way the turkish lady there asked us to reduce or pay. We reduced the luggage and 2 kg more were left but her and her boss isisted in a rude way to pay or to remove more luggage. We asked her boss to help us in lifting one big bag since we were all girls and couldnt lift it but he refused to help as a gentleman would do and said quick quick put the bag quickly. For sure I wi never chose turkish airline again.
