Not much compared to Lufthansa from AID to Munich.
Old plane, old movies, service was mediocre
Requested assistance in Budapest for my 84 yr old mother that walks with a cane for the Frankfurt airport and Baltimore. No one showed up. Lots of walking at Frankfurt and having to board out on runway up all the steps was not easy.
The food selection and quantity were wonderful! The crew and movie selection were great!
My seat storage pocket was broken and I was unable to store items in it.
Overall everything was great
Because we missed our connection on our incoming flight, due to a delay leaving Newark by Swiss, Swiss cancelled our returning flights. So when we got to the airport on our return day, we were not booked on any flights. We were required to stay overnight and take a United flight home. Will avoid Swiss in the future.
787 is an excellent plane and I could sleep a little
I was boarding at gate C4. Doesn't anyone get it ! Using the word "bomb" in airports is a big no-no however C4 is OK? Even a little old lady knows what C4 stands for.
The seats would recline too far so that people behind would get their range of motion uncomfortably limited.
The crew was great and the flight itself was fine
The checking in experience was chaotic. I was told I was on standby for my connecting flight to New York. The flight was delayed by almost an hour and a half.
Was not a fan of the breakfast offered.
Boarding was easy and no delay in departure
The video sound wasn’t working in the return flight from Beirut to Bahrain

Very poor movie & TV choices. Business class seat very uncomfortable
The flight was on time and everyone from the ground crew to cabin crew were making sure to secure an on time performance. Checking in and boarding was swift. The flight was short and sweet. De-boarding was quick and taken back to the terminal in a bus.
The cabin crew looked sad. Not a single one of them had a smile on their face. There was no welcome when I got on the aircraft, I was not woken up for food and was not asked later if I wanted something to eat.
Same issues as my trip to Chicago, but this was a shorter duration so issues not as problematic
Seat was damaged, not conformed and dirty, like it wasn’t cleand after previous flight. Pillows was used before us. Business calss should be nice

We lost an iPad on the plane and I called and filled a o several times it absolutely no response. Very disappointing.
That there was a vegetarian meal on the second leg of my travel. And that the journey is over. Besides that, not much
1 hour delay to begin with. Then trasfer area at Abu Dhabi was utter chaos. While it's suffocatingly crowded, there was no A.C! No vegetarian option for meal on the flight from Brussels to Abu Dhabi. The seats hurt by bottom. One of the worst flight seats ever. All in all, a totally underwhelming experience.
