Pros: Crew were excellent and the flight was without faults
Pros: Crew was very kind and professional.
Cons: The carry-on rule was a bit absurd. After being asked to combine two backpacks into one, I was informed they had reached carry-on capacity and needed to check my bag thru to Gatwick.
Pros: Cheap flight and good service on bord.
Cons: Bording area crawled and takes too long time.
Pros: I had to wait almost an hour for my bags. This ridiculous.
Pros: Plenty space in the cabin and decent leg room on standard seats
Cons: Cabin crew are not very warming or hospitable feel like they are just doing their job rather than offering customer service which should be high on any airlines priorities when people are 33 000 ft away from comfort
Cons: Boarding took 3 hours
Cons: The boarding is very bad, you can not board 400 people in 15 minutes, the result will be, you will arrive one hour late! Also, Why the crew wear gloves when pick up left overs but not when serving the food? Really the crew training, it is very poor to sat the least. Arlindo.
Pros: The seat was ok and the crew was very kind
Cons: The hidden baggage fees was a surprise when checking in. I have never not been allowed one check in bag for an flight from Europe to the US. The crew did what was needed but made you feel like they were doing you a favour by showing up for work. Other airlines such as emirates, ethiad, virgin Australia all make a person feel welcome with great attention to detail international flight from Europe to the US. I will never fly air Europa again as I feel they are dishonest. The charge for the headphones is ridiculous when the entertainment is limited (most tv series will have one episode and the shows are old) The food was sub par. The sandwich with one sliver of ham was pathetic and the main meal was lacking with only chicken and rice, a small desert, no fruit/ salad and or crackers with cheese which is the norm on international flights.
