Pros: Everything
Cons: Nothing

Pros: Crew was competent
Cons: The plane was hot the entire flight

Pros: The crew was amazing

Pros: Cree was fantastic from check in to boarding
Cons: Drinks served before food

Pros: Crews was excellent, always refilling water which I can appreciate so much. Keep it up! Loved the United pilot at John Wayne who came out just to say hi, let us know we were in good hands.
Cons: Had to wait in tarmac forever from Frankfurt to Florence

Pros: I am always amazed how Lufthansa gets it right.
Cons: Legroom was tide. When the person in front of you put their seat down you feel like ham in a sandwich.

Pros: the service with lufthansa is great. I always enjoy my flight with lufthansa

Cons: Boarding was ridiculously unorganized and stressful.

Pros: Clean, modern plane
Cons: Flight was 40min late, which can happen. Caused me to miss my connecting flight and all three employees from Lufthansa I dealt with had a total ‘I really don’t care attitude ‘

Pros: They were great with service
Cons: Having to have to close my window shade so I couldn't see outside

Cons: I couldn’t eat the food

Pros: Even though the flight was delayed by a couple of hours, Kayak kept us continuously informed about where we stood. Thanks!

Pros: Non of the usual manic stumbling from one inefficient process to the next a la Ryanair, Easyjet or Jet2
Cons: Nothing

Pros: Smooth flight. Pilots at Lufthansa are the best regarding landing and taking off. I like also a lot that lufthansa flies mostly with Boeing airplanes.

Pros: Everything except that cookie!
Cons: I liked everything except the cookie. It reminded me of the low quality supermarket American cookies, way too sweet and flavorless. They used to give little sandwiches, excellent in quality!!! A cookie is good too, but a better one would do a great difference! It was early morning, who would eat a sugary chocolate chip cookie for breakfast? But otherwise, I would fly with Lufthansa again in a heartbeat!!! Thank you!!!!!!

Cons: At the gates they said that nobody could bring more than one piece of carry-on items Dash completely catching Everyone by surprise. They took a backpack from me, and it has now been lost.

Pros: The short wait for departure.
Cons: The long complicated walk to the gate....

Pros: The services was good and enjoy it
Cons: Nothing it was all good

Pros: Lufthansa did well with handling a very difficult situation with courtesy, attention, and offering of amenities.
Cons: Through no fault of Lufthansa, because of problems at JFK, our flight was turned around and returned to Munich after two hours of travel.

Cons: No problems average flight slight delays.

Cons: For people who are going frequently to the US because of the small airplane from FRA_TLV A321 It is not worth for me buying Primer Economy since it is mixed and in British it is all the wayTLV-PHL 2 airplanes with primer economy

Pros: Good service. Multiple languages.
Cons: Lights were on too much. No time to sleep.

Pros: Same as above.
Cons: Same as above.

Cons: Not there. Still in germany

Pros: I flew economy. Good plane, ok food, frequent meals, good coffee, free beers and wine, best flight crew I've ever had.
Cons: economy: The chairs were ok but I've had better ones.

Pros: Good food, considerate cabin crew, good entertainment. For a long flight it was as good as you can expect.
Cons: Seats are cramped, at the mercy of people in front and behind you in terms of comfort.

Pros: all the flights were on time, the service was wonderfull

Cons: The monitor at my seat wouldn't load and when rebooted displayed only 9 movie choices and very limited audio book selections.

Pros: The first leg of our flight came in late, but the staff at the airport already had someone waiting for us by the gate to escort us to the connecting flight. And the staff was extremely organized and transported our luggage so that it made it to the final destination with us. All this happened in under 30 minutes. Great service

Pros: First time for flying Lufthansa and I rate it higher than Emirates which was my favorite until now. Reasons? Number one, the crew. On top of every detail for a comfortable flight. Ten hours and I didn't sleep at all( never can sleep sitting up) and I think they came by with extra water and juices at least six times. Two hot meals of delicious food, superb snacks available near the galley, and comfortable seats with better than average legroom.
Cons: Can't think of anything except the length of the flight which can't be helped.

Pros: I like the services

Pros: Got me to Nuremberg
Cons: Delay

Cons: Food

Pros: The boarding was pretty quick, the crew was friendly and efficient, they were great. Food was good. Good amount of space in economy. I loved the whole experience. I would definitely recommend flying with them.

Pros: Outstanding cabin service from start to finish! Great, tasty food! Wide variety of beverages...and all beverages served "on the house"/complimentary. Comfortable, spacious seats, even in economy class seats. I haven't flown on many non-U.S. airlines, but when it comes to cabin service, Lufthansa blows away any U.S. airline I've flown on, including long overseas flights!

Pros: We try to fly Lufthansa when we go to Europe (2x a year). This trip we upgraded to more leg room in economy and what a difference! Everything else was the same, which has always been excellent. Munich Airport has great food and shopping. Lufthansa's service is truly impeccable, the airline staff were constantly walking up and down the aisles offering food and drink and comfort. Great end to a three week trip in Italy, Croatia, Slovenia and of course Germany!

Cons: 6 hour delay , no explanation given whether the original flight was cancelled or not, bags have been lost. Complete chaos.

Pros: Traveling with two kids ages 8 and 10. Kids got cards and a game to play. Also lots of movies and games to choose from in their seat. They loved the flight!

Pros: The flight crew was wonderful! Friendly and really attentive the whole trip!

Pros: WOW. SO much food and services. Lots!! Best flight ever.
Cons: Some staff sound a little rude sometimes. And stressed.

Pros: food remarkably good decent entertainment comfortable temperature on time, not waiting everything went as expected.
Cons: sadly, airplane seats just aren't that comfortable. But that is universal and expected.

Pros: the boarding went very smoothly. We arrived at our destination on time.
Cons: I felt quite thirsty and didn't get anything to drink on the short flight. Most of the flight I slept so I'm not sure if I just missed the serving of a drink. I almost was not able to fit our carry on luggage since it only fit in the center bins which were almost all full. There was no entertainment system.

Pros: Attentive staff. Plentiful food and beverage options. Headphones provided for individual monitor. Movies and more. Blanket and pillow provided. USB port for charging.

Pros: Crew frequently visited with wa

Pros: Entertainment selection was excellent.
Cons: The vegetarian breakfast.

Pros: A delay on our first leg (from Marseille to Munich) meant we missed our flight connection to SFO. Ok, these things happen. Lufthansa customer service in Munich was excellent--courteous and informative. We did not have to negotiate for lodging and other amenities while we waited for the next day's flight. Lufthansa provided for us with grace, including hotel, dinner, breakfast and the shuttle to and from the airport. The accommodations were excellent and we adjusted to our new departure time in comfort.

Pros: Everything was top notch… Wi-Fi, food, entertainment, comfort

Pros: Flight on time
Cons: Food only average

Pros: Flight was comfortable and efficient, as expected. The connection was thankfully in the same terminal as the incoming flight. Luckily the passport control area was pretty quiet or we never would have made it in time. I had a backpack only so could go fast.
Cons: Got late into Munich and ended up with a tarmac spot instead of a gate. Got in late on the connecting flight and literally had to run through the terminal to get to the gate, Then after all of the stress we got on the plane from another bus. That's the bad thing about connecting through German hubs on Liftansa: they make very tight connections and you don't know if they will wait at the second flight to not. I have missed by minutes in the past in similar situations. And no other flight to Dublin from Munich until hours later

Pros: Service & employees Best airline I've ever flown

Pros: It was a nightmare. The reps were confusing and giving different answers
Cons: Everything could have been better I spoke to 4-5 AA reps/staff, they were horrible. Need lots of training.

Pros: Yes and Yes
Cons: Nothing to complain about

Cons: The plane was ancient. Cabin was freezing, seats were rocks. Using an old short-haul CRJ for a 3.5 hour flight sucked.

Pros: I managed to slip ahead a couple of rows into what I guess was a slightly upgraded seating area. This resulted in my flight being very nice. But had I not been able to pull off this minor theft, I think it would have been miserable. Sitting up straight, without the seat ahead of me reclined, my knees touched the back fo the seat in front of me. It felt like I was sitting at a table in a kindergarten classroom, not a chair meant for an adult. In the upgraded seat I was very comfortable. Staff on board was friendly and helpful throughout the flight.
Cons: I haven't flown American Airlines in quite a while and one gets quite spoiled flying on Emirates or Qatar or Singapore or Norwegian or whatever other airlines. It's easy to forget how utterly mediocre AA is. The food isn't great, the air quality on the flight is terrible and leaves you feeling oily. They don't air-condition the plane until after everyone is boarded so the whole process is hot, sweaty, and unpleasant. Many of the staff are flat out rude to people (I was never on the receiving end, but I overheard what I considered very abrasive tones to others). And so on. Ideally I'd fly on other airlines I think.

Cons: Except for Ginette , the rest of the crew weren’t courteous or polite. Couldn’t wait for you to complete your meal to clear up.

Pros: Crew, clean toilets, quality of food/beverages served, punctuality (arrived early), entertainment
Cons: Cold temp/a bit cramped in economy, plane landing was rough!

Pros: Nothing
Cons: The flight boarded twenty minutes late despite the plane being at the gate early scheduled departure. Baggage took another forty minutes to load. Then they decided there we were overweight (data that should be known before the cargo was loaded) and off loaded two people. Then after another delay they realised that off loading people meant off loading their baggagge, total delay nearly 2 hours The hedset socket on the entertainment system did not work The USB port did not work THey ran out of food after serving three rows, loaded four sandwiches, no wraps and 2 cheese plates for a full evening flight that was over 5 hours in duration including the delays.

Pros: Good range of entertainment, comfortable seats.
Cons: Some dinner choices had become unavailable by the time I ordered.

Pros: Wide choice of films on the flight, boarding was hassle free.
Cons: Crew could have been much politer when asking about the food wishes of others. Seemed to have no idea how to walk through the aisles, hitting my head and shoulders more than once while walking through.

Pros: The boarding process and its ease
Cons: The Wi-Fi was not free and quite expensive. The space between seats was too narrow for my legs resulting in an uncomfortable journey. The entertainment was dated and not varied enough. The food was borderline unsavoury. The wines were cheap... Not an airline I would recommend to anyone.

Pros: Plane was new and clean..good leg room.
Cons: Being told to shut window blinds and spent most of the journey in darkness. No hot drinks. Long gaps between cold drinks. Staff not very friendly.

Cons: The agent who informed us that our bags were delayed waited until no more bags came out before she tried to locate us. She had our names and waited until we approached her before speaking with us and getting the information. It has now been 24 hours and no one has contacted us yet. My sister and I were travelling together. She lives in Virginia and needs to get back to work. The website is not helpful. The phone is problematic. Earlier today your system was down and your agent told me to call back. Now no one picks up the phone. I have been on hold for 15 minutes. This was British airways.

Pros: The plane was not busy so services took about 5 minutes, everyone had 2 seats minimum and generally quiet. Had it been busy, it would have been different in that seats were not very wide, aisles very small, if the seat in front reclines and you don't, you can't see your screen and not a lot of space in general.
Cons: If you want to select your seat, be prepared to pay £175 per flight. This is ridiculous! Second meal was a very bare bbq beef pie or sweet potato pie... On their own with nothing else and it arrived 30 minutes before we landed so very rushed. On a 9.5hr flight the 2nd meal needed to be an actual meal and come sooner than it did.

Pros: Arrived ahead of the scheduled time
Cons: Plane was less than half full yet the crew appeared pressured .... one crew member didn’t wait for me to complete my request and she brought me eat phones yet I wanted to ask for water to drink! Seats don’t recline much ....

Cons: Super tiny seats

Pros: Flight was comfortable and enjoyable. Entertainment was great lots of films to choose. Service by the flight crew was excellent
Cons: Nothing

Pros: The fact that they re-booked without me having to contact customer service.
Cons: The connecting flight was cancelled while boarding was in progress at the start of the journey.

Pros: Asked a stewardess to turn the heat up and she did.
Cons: Freezing cold air conditioning. Every person I could see was wrapped up in their blanket before we had even taken off.

Pros: Great films and tasty food
Cons: Had to run to gate after two buses to reach correct terminal. Saw info that flight was closing. Held up at gate due to confusion with my boarding pass. Limited leg room on flight. End of flight huge queues at Dallas airport for security. After a long flight a passenger does not need to be corralled through excessively long winding lines.

Cons: The food

Cons: Food and drinks could be better

Pros: Great crew
Cons: WiFi not working

Pros: Good space in premium
Cons: Female cabin crew were aggressive, discourteous and frankly rude to the passengers when they had to verbally communicate. I hear this so often with American cabin crew. When I started to experience this I became aware of the same trend in regard communications with other passengers. Very unattractive.

Cons: It was very cold on the flight, even with the blankets we were given.

Pros: The flight was quite emty and instead of packing everyone in the same area, we all had a row for ourselves which was very enjoyable. Flight crew was very nice
Cons: The interview by a British Airway agent before the flight. I have been to the USA many times and I totally understand this type of interview, but the agent was aggressive, asking questions that were totally irrelevant. She did not even care about why I was going to the USA or where I was staying. Se was rude and I was really unpleased by her attitude saying it was British Airways way off doing interviews. Again I have had many interviews before flying to the USA, never been a bad exerience before

Pros: The overall service x

Cons: Flight had a 4 hour delay - and an additional 2 hours on the landed plane before we were able to get off = massive 6 hour delay. Not cool!

Pros: Boarding was good only because I skipped to the head of the line to get all the way to the back of the plane without having to wait in the aisles for others to get situated or hold anyone up (as no one was going further back than I). Staff was pleasant, did what they could with what they had. I was very happy that the back of the plane was not very full and I was able to lie down on the floor to nap for a couple of hours.
Cons: Entertainment was miserable. Not much to look at on the screen and the sound quality was so miserable that I could not enjoy the decent classical selections. I was frustrated by the merry-go-round visual of our plane en route to our destination and wished I could have gotten the simple clear images that were being shown at the front of our cabin. I am sorry that the only vegetarian meal is Asian, as some Asian spices give me a belly ache.

Pros: The seat was comfortable for such s long flight (~10 hrs). The selection of movies/television/music for personal use was exceptional. Being provided a lightweight blanket & small pillow a nice touch. Beverage service and a small unexpected VIP of ice cream a very nice surprise!
Cons: Didn't like being served dinner-type food (pasta & salad) late morning….but I shouldn't complain since it was a privilege yo be served a meal.Didn't like being told my window shade had to be closed I chose a window seat so I could look out the window and have natural light. It was daytime. As there was no one sitting next to me, I ultimately kept the shade partway open. I could tell the crew was irritated. Several hours later, a different FA came over and just shut my shade; I reopened it. What a stupid tug of war.

Pros: Pasta good. Meatballs we're bad. Breakfast vegetable burrito was bad
Cons: Very bumpy ride for such a big plane. Don't know why we didn't fly higher to get over the turbulence

Pros: Entertainment was good
Cons: Flight was late, seats was small, all time something smelled so much.

Pros: The complementary wine was nice. The raspberry sponge cake was nice. Nice options for entertainment.
Cons: No one in the entire airport knew what flight I was talking about when I told them it was Iberia + flight number. People were saying I must have the wrong airport. I almost missed my flight because of this. Everything was through American airlines. It would have been nice to know this going in. Also it was tough doing transfers because once again, none of the departure screens refer to "Iberia flights." It was also tough to check-in. Instructions were not clear in terms of the booking number to use. The Iberia app had a lot of usability problems. The seats are too cramped. I'd have to take out a loan to be able to afford business class or 1st class. It's absolutely horrible for everyone in coach. Especially for long flights as this one. The food was subpar, but that is to be expected in my opinion. Would have been nice to offer complementary headphones. I wasn't able to utilize the entertainment because my headphones are blue tooth. Upon arrival, we had to sit on the tarmac for 20 minutes because there was another airplane in our spot.

Pros: enjoyed the movie selection, liked the old and new movie selections and as the flight was long watched 4 different movies.
Cons: Paying for alcohol other than wine and beer, seemed petty to pay $8 for a tiny serving of vodka

Pros: Because this flight was NOT full, my wife and I had the entire center section to stretch out. This made our 7.5 hour flight amazingly comfortable. The Airbus A300 was a reasonably new aircraft. Everything was clean and looked good. The food was exceptionally good. My wife and I both commented on how good the food was (my wife stated, "it was the best airplane food ever"). The main meal, the hotbox snack, and the late in flight chocolate ice cream were ALL good. The staff were great, friendly, service oriented, nice people.
Cons: Navigating through Heathrow

Pros: The entertainment and food on the flight were excellent and the crew were kind and attentive.
Cons: The only thing I didn't like was that there wasn't much legroom in the economy section. Another problem - which is probably related to Heathrow airport and outside of the crew's control - was that the staff at the airport rushed us tremendously during boarding, saying that the flight would close half an hour in advance. I had never seen boarding close that early and it was very frustrating, because the boarding then took a very long time, since they searched us for no reason, and our flight ended up taking off 30 minutes late! As passengers, we felt very rushed, it seems, for no reason.

Pros: Having flown long haul with American numerous times, this time I was pleasantly surprised by several things. Firstly, the brand new plane with excellent in-seat entertainment choices, power points at every seat, more comfortable chairs with better head rests and even window dimmers vs. window shades, allowing you to look outside the whole flight. Secondly, the food was much improved...definitely better quality and tastier than typical airline food. And thirdly, better service from flight attendants who actually smiled. Keep up the good work. This represents a real step change.

Pros: The cabin crew were friendly and apologetic for the chronic problems with the entertainment system. The pilot gave us a smooth flight and landing, and was very conscientious about turbulence prevention and safety.
Cons: The inflight entertainment system was spotty. Some customers had monitors that worked, some did not. A woman with a two-year old had one of the malfunctioning monitors and was forced to entertain her child for nine hours without tv, movies or music. Similarly, on our flight over to London 10 days earlier, my husband and I were 2 of more than 30 passengers whose monitors never worked and we were forced to fly for 7 hours in the dark on an overnight flight staring at the backs of seats. It was miserable. The cabin crew told passengers they had begged the airline for years to replace the system but the airline refuses. Will not fly American Airlines transatlantic again.

Pros: Great flight, Fantastic landing in Charlotte. l was pleased with everything on flight home.
Cons: My 11am flight had engine problems, so at 1pm they asked if anyone wanted to leave and take the 2pm flight to Charlotte. About 30 people said yes, as I did too. After running across Heathrow to make flight, we got on plane and Waited....seems after running a Mile across the airport, they Decided to HOLD the Flight and have everyone from 11am flight take the 2pm flight to Charlotte. All the baggage had to be taken from 11am flight and brought to 2pm flight. Delay for take off was almost 2 HOURS!!! Instead of arriving in Charlotte at 3pm, we were Leaving at that time!!! Didn't get to Charlotte until almost 9pm. NO ONE on Flight from 11am was Happy about this.

Pros: The meals were excellent -- well timed distribution of food throughout the flight. Attentive staff. Good choices for meals and beverages. I liked the fact that we got ice cream halfway through the flight also, that's not a very common thing! Entertainment system was very good -- lots of choices of things to watch/listen to! I was pleased to find that there were movies available that had been very recently released that I had been wanting to see!
Cons: Comfort was okay, my seat was on the end of a row with three seats (aisle side) and immediately behind me was a row with only two seats. Without fail, the flight attendants bumped their carts into my chair EVERY time they passed. If I had been trying to sleep, this would be much more of a disturbance to me. Seeing as I was just watching movies and enjoying the food, it wasn't that much of an issue. However, I think it would be easy for the flight attendants to just take a second longer to try to navigate around the chair and not bump it every time. Little things like that go a long way, especially on a long flight.

Pros: Original depart for London was 3:15, but when I called from Praque and my friend called from NY we were both told that depart from London is 2:15 and arrival is at 5 instead at 6. It was a mess!
Cons: Original depart from London was at 3:15 and arrival in NY was at 6pm. But when my friend called from NY about the arrival he was told that the plane will arrive at 5. I was told the same when I called from Praque. I have to stress that we mentioned the right flight #. When I came to the gate (exhausted) we departed after 3pm as originally scheduled. It was a mess! Otherwise the service was good.

Pros: The gentlemen from the wheelchair service who was there to pick us up when we arrived in Heathrow went above and beyond his duties. Instead of passing us over to another wheelchair attendant as we needed to switch terminals, he stayed with us thru the terminal change until we were on the airplane. We needed to get our boarding passes at Heathrow from a different airline and he helped us with this. Kudos to him!! The attendants on this flight were very helpful when my husband was having a diabetic reaction and I was vomiting form air motion sickness. We were a mess!! However the flight attendants were sure we had a wheelchair in Chicago and helped us with our bags as we were exiting the plane. Nice Job

Pros: The entertainment selection was prolific, with many many movies to choose from including recent releases. The staff provided plenty of beverages to help the time slide by nicely. The seats had both USB and 110V power outlets which was awesome. The entertainment systems work with regular iPhone headsets which was good.
Cons: Couldn't get our meal preference selected, Iberia page for the flight check-in didn't work at all, getting a page not found error. Then after calling Iberia, and getting the AA confirmation managed to at least get into AAs web site for the flight, but now it was apparently too late to change our food option, and AA wouldn't work with us at all, the phone agent event LIED on the phone suggesting we could talk to customer service at the airport to have them provide an appropriate meal option. The customer service line was CORDONED OFF at LAX, and getting help out of their agents was like trying to get blood from a stone. The worst customer service experience I've ever had, even than Comcast. Then, I guess this ticket is economy minus, you have to pay more for seats that aren't at the total arse end of the plane. WTF. Economy means economy, not the back end of economy, but now you gotta pay to "upgrade" to regular economy. I can't imagine what that must have been like for families of four with children who are being extorted just so they can sit together. Then at the airport, despite having been assigned a gate, the plane came into a different gate, and we're just sitting there slowly wondering more and more why there aren't many people around. Finally we have to go ask another airlines' desk where our plane is at (it never had a correct gate assignment on the monitors) to figure out where we had to board. No announcement, no agent at the old gate to direct passengers to the correct place. Upon traveling to London on the red-eye, they proceeded to keep the plane completely dark the entire trip. No attempt to help passengers adjust to the destination time zone at all. Trying to open a window resulting in being curtly asked to close it. Jet lag on eastbound transatlantic is bad enough without the airline making it worse. On the return journey the line for the gate was around the corner AFTER boarding had started, and people couldn't board in any sort of order. My entertainment system crashed, when they finally came round with food, I could ask them to reset it. Having paid for the Wifi, which is fine, it's an add-on service, it was difficult to connect to, my phone really struggled to bring up the sign-in page, and I had to reboot my laptop three times, clearing my browser cache to get it to connect. The connection and payment screens were very slow, which was because the wifi overall was very slow. I am sitting on the plane waiting to hear from my father about his critical surgery with my phone dropping on and off the wifi due to slowness and extreme packet loss (>50%). I had been hoping to get some work done on the flight, so much for that idea, I couldn't maintain a solid VPN connection for more than 5 minutes at a time. I will never fly AA again unless they are the last option at a non-horrible price. This was an emergency trip as it was, and booked through Iberia; thanks for nothing Iberia.

Pros: Staff and seats were excellent
Cons: 21st century...time for Wi-Fi, especially for international flight; should be free to all passengers too. Food is mediocre; like cafeteria food.

Pros: Friendly crew. That the seat next to me was empty allowing me to spead my 6'4" frame out a little.
Cons: Seat back entertainment is not very responsive to touch control. Film tended to lock up and go blank. Took 15 minutes plus to reboot. I know it is only enetertainment, but I expect when I pay for a ticket that it should all be working correctly.

Pros: The staff were amazing. Very accommodating and with great dispositions. Boarding was easy.
Cons: For an international flight the seats were extremely tiny and the plane itself only had a few tv screens posted in the middle of the plane so everyone had to watch the same thing.

Cons: One flight attendant in my section (23H), plonked food down on the tray with a curt, "passengers-are-a-nuisance" attitude. Her male colleague, when I asked about a spoon for the tub of ice cream said "It's there. If you can find it, you can eat it." I am a 71 yr old woman, and was shocked to be spoken to with such impertinence. Had I not already been travelling for16 hrs, having started the day in the Occupied Territories, I would have reported him to the senior person on board. I was just too tired.

Cons: Boarding process was a chaos. Thing should not be done: such as re-screened passenger boarding pass and passport for nothing since we went thru 2 times security and border protection. Thing should do: organize boarding zone. all passengers had boarding zone on boarding pass but went in like first come first service.

Cons: Flight was delayed, crew in general was disorganized, most usb charging ports weren’t working, touchscreen is very outdated

Pros: Comfortable flight, good service.
Cons: The size and quantity of carry on luggage needs to be restricted. The actual size and number of pieces needs to be enforced. The serving of liquor to passengers should be better monitored.

Pros: Crew as always with air Canada were very accommodating. Always smiling!

Pros: comfort, entertainment, food
Cons: there were two really rude flight attendants....almost like they didn;t want to serve you. One of the ladies even literally threw a drink onto my tray. thank god it was sealed. Air canada needs to do a better job of dealing with this type of behaviour. It happens far too often with their staff

Pros: Excellent pods on business and very good food and service

Pros: New plane in the excellent condition. Leg room in economy not bad. Crew friendly and efficient. Boarding worked well.
Cons: The main meal was pretty dreadful. Grilled chicken with what I think was mashed potato, but it was difficult to be sure. Watery and tasteless. Accompanied bizarrely by a tomato sauce (which did taste of something). Hard to identify the ethnicity.

Pros: Really nice comfortable seats, amazing windows larger then usually with new technology. Food was ok. It was nice that crew constantly was offering drinks

Pros: nothing
Cons: See above - seats worn out, entertainment worn out, Crew battling old tired aircraft. Massively overpriced. Bring on WestJet direct to Ottawa.

Pros: Beautiful new 787
Cons: Entertainment options could be more plentiful.

Pros: The food was ok. Movie selection was decent and the screens are a lot better than on jet airways.
Cons: Boarding was a little delayed. Service was a little slow, but the crew was courteous and did their best.

Pros: I am 6ft 1 / 185cm and the leg room was OK for an economy flight. Food was OK for airplane food. Staff were very friendly. Overall very happy.

Pros: Clean, friendly crew remembered how we had our tea/coffee from the earlier service
Cons: Economy is never very comfortable but was better than a lot of other airlines

Pros: Crew were good
Cons: Seats were too tight. Entertainment was mediocre

Pros: Air Canada is a respectable airline but the plane is not spacious at all. I mean, yes you pay for what you get, but damn the aircraft seats are so small. Then for people taking the morning flight, who probably haven’t eaten breakfast, you give them a measly omelet with a nasty side of spinach ? for the entire flight ? and a measly bag of pretzels ? Your starving the people which isn’t nice at all. Getting through baggage and getting in the flight was quite smooth and the air hosts were excellent. Entertainment was ok, there’s way to many Asian inspired films on there that I find are uninteresting, but hey, to each his own. Now coming back however was far better, the food was good, although can we stop putting soggy food into the mix, I know the food is premade but the mash potato is always so soggy and the vegetable mix has no flavour. Drinks are always great on the flight, entertainment was the same, hosts were great, pilot knows how to fly the plane, thank goodness, and overall it was a good flight back. Make the tiny adjustments I suggested and you’ll be at the top of your game Air Canada ! Merci !

Cons: I wasn’t able to check in online and therefore wasn’t able to update with my dietary requirements which meant I couldn’t really eat anything that was given. I was told at the airport that it needs to be submitted 24 hrs before the flight and there was nothing they could do. Really unfair and not on.

Pros: The hot dinner was good
Cons: The pudding was poor, it was just a wrapped cookie. The movie selection was terrible! Most of the films were very old!

Pros: great service from start to finish would use again

Pros: its was smooth

Pros: Due to late arrival of earlier flight employees were on hand to personally assist with our boarding. Plenty of liquids offered to keep hydrated. Lactose free meal had plenty of fresh fruit. Flight attendants were friendly and helpful. On time flight made further connection easy.
Cons: Bathrooms tend to get very dirty with the over use on longer flights. The bathrooms need the occasional inflight cleaning.

Pros: The food was delicious
Cons: Old movies. Nothing recent

Pros: Boarding was very well-organised ands clearly explained.
Cons: USB socket broken and non-functioning. Plastic fork snapped and shed tines. A truly ghastly movie selection.

Pros: Liked everything about this new class of service on Air Canada. Seat was comfortable with good recline that didn't interfere with fellow passengers. Food was excellent, entertainment system was well stocked, flight attendants were friendly and high energy. Even got to use lounge and fast-track security lane at Heathrow.
Cons: Zero complaints.

Pros: Very professional but also pleasant. Clean, good food.

Cons: Seats are always too close to the ones in front , crushing knees.

Pros: Large comfortable seats.
Cons: You now have to pay for drinks on British Airways flights

Cons: From Toronto to London the price they charge is about the same as I pay from Toronto to Dubai using emirate or ettihad which is twice the distance. Toronto to London is a busy route so why charge such a high fare? Food. Be prepared for food that comes straight out of a cafeteria's frozen items. Entertainment. Slightly better than Turkish airline's which isn't an achievement by any means. Old aircrafts which don't have air vents. They really don't offer anything to you except charge you a lot for the busiest routes in the world. Try other airlines.

Pros: The boarding went smooth. The seats are very comfortable and there was a lot of leg room. The food was delicious and the service was great. I loved the selection of movies.

Pros: Everything, good food, good people, good times

Cons: Same old movies and same as way over. Food was too spicy and not very good. Best was cold banana bread. I go once or twice a year never as much turbulence as this trip. Hard to sleep Flight attendant did not explain food choices Chicken or pasta. And beef or veggie. Had no clue what I was eating or if I would like it when I choose it. Most times did not like it.

Pros: The fact that there were several vacant seats helped with finding room to stretch out.
Cons: Nothing in particular.

Pros: Roomy, professional, friendly. Very efficient. Beverages, meals and snacks were timed well, so that the long flight felt like it went much quicker. I'm not particularly picky or spoiled, so me rating the breakfast and lunch as great, may not be the same fOr others. But my meals were delicious to me. I would definitely fly Canada air again.
Cons: No complaints.

Pros: Got home safe
Cons: Meal -

Pros: A very pleasant 9-hour flight. Plenty of room and good entertainment.

Cons: My traveling partner - Giovanni Medina - was given ill properly prepared food. He ended up getting food poisoning. We had a connecting flight in Montreal to Orlando (our final destination and home), he was suffering during the 2 hour lay over with an ill stomach and then had to suffer 3 more hours on a flight home. He was stopped from being able to go to the bathroom before takeoff because they needed him seated, but he immediately started vomiting right before we took off. He then spent the rest of the ride sick, they allowed him to move to the back in order to use the bathroom rather than the vomit bags, but he was not comfortable at all. He spent the rest of the night after landing in the bathroom continuing to vomit. We chose this airline because of the rave reviews of the food, entertainment, and hospitality of the crew. The latter two were certainly true. We definitely wanted to make sure that you knew of situation because this was a seriously uncomfortable situation for him and we would not want this to happen to anyone else. He had the chicken meal and the meat pastry on the flight.

Pros: Staff and food
Cons: We lost one of our bags

Pros: Beautiful Planes , the rouge line is cheap on their international flights but only first class gets free entertainment . I was first class but my friend was economy and luckily had her own iPad or would not have been able to use anything , that being said the movies for her were still not free . The food was good as well and their regular planes from Europe are very large and beautiful
Cons: Worst experiences I've had with customer service . The flight crew were fine but all ground service appeared overwhelmed and unable to assist customers . I had a flight to Athens that was in final boarding my friend still has not arrived the first person I asked said she didn't have time to look if she was still on the flight , the second told me it was private info and finally a 3rd let me know she had been rerouted and would arrive 8 hours after me in Athens and that her bag though made my flight . She did last minute make it via running to our plane but in that time they had given her seat away, she had to prove that she paid did and deserved a flight . The way home from Athens all of my aid Canada flights were delayed and late . I had a 3.5 hour layover in Seattle to switch carriers to make it home , my flight out of Vancouver was 2.5 hours delayed that they continually said was only another 10 minutes , versus being upfront that it was severely delayed . Long story worst experience I've had .

Pros: The meals provided from London to Montreal were delicious! Best food I've had on a plane before.
Cons: there really isn't much room in between seats. You can't even lean down in front of you to pick up something with out having your neighbors move.

Pros: Check in
Cons: Food and entertainment

Cons: When boarding the plane, they called the zones too quickly. Then there was an Air Canada representative giving bad directions to the passengers as to where to get in line. Then she got annoyed and was disrespectful to the passengers as they were trying to get in line. She needed to give better directions or change the way they called the zones. Air Canada knew the flight to Montreal was delayed when we left London. They changed our reservation to Toronto to a flight that we still couldn't connect with because of timing. It would have been easier if they were more realistic with the timing of the flight and booked us on a later flight to Toronto.

Pros: The staff were friendly and helpful, and the flight was uneventful (which is good). Some of the staff went way over and above their function to make up for the chaos.
Cons: My mother had booked a dairy-free meal and wheelchair assistance. The meal was booked on the flight to London, but the booking didn't carry through to the return. The wheelchair assistance was provided, but there were only three agents booked to manage 12 wheelchair passengers. They tried their hardest, but we still ended up missing our connecting flight. If the crew and agents hadn't been wonderful, it could have been a stressful trip!

Pros: The customer service folks at Air Canada. They worked very hard to get us on the second flight. Running through the airport with us, pleading with TSA to move along, trying to talk sense to some guy who eventually allowed people to get off a flight, but wouldn't let us on. I guess its easy to make those decisions when he makes the call from some office via a phone and doesn't have to face customers. All other Air Canada employees we worked with were exceptional!!! Kudos to them.
Cons: Our flight was delayed 3 hrs from London. Once in Montreal the systems that Air Canada uses to correct the situation are horrible. There was no way we would be able to catch our rescheduled flight in the time it takes to deboard, go through customs, get bags, recheck bags, go through security. We didn't. We missed the next flight too despite the heroic efforts by the staff (excpetion - TSA security. They moved very very slow to the point that they seemed passive aggressive to our situation). This is the second time it has happened. I probably won't fly Air Canada again, if possible.

Pros: the snacks were ok, and the in-flight entertainment was nice
Cons: I had a drink spilled on me with no apology, the staff was super duper rude, the flight did not take off on time and was late getting to the connecting airport. all around it was a total mess

Pros: Clean environment and temperature was pretty constant and comfortable. Staff helpful. The entertainment equipment worked well. This was not the case for for a number of passengers on another carrier's long flight within the past 9 months.
Cons: There was a nice balance of food, beverages and snacks. However, the food quality was not the same as my previous flight. One meal included mashed potatoes and potato salad and I feel a green salad would have been a better balance. Taste was lacking a bit. Movie choices felt limited. This was "the" trip with the noisy, screaming 2yo sitting directly in front of me. I feel for the child and parents and feel some of the issue was the parent. Crew seemed to mostly ignore the situation. I'm a grandma so usually patient but others around me we clearly annoyed.

Pros: The bilingual announcements. The movie selections.
Cons: Most of the staff were rude and made me feel like an inconvenience any time I needed something. Due to delays leaving Heathrow and arriving in Ontario, my 2 1/2 hour layover was reduced to 30 minutes. And because I was transfering to a flight to the US, I had to sprint through 6 security checkpoints. I made it to my flight, but my bag did not. My bag was not delivered to me until 1 am the following day.

Pros: I LOVE the individual entertainment screens - those are great! The crew was very helpful and nice.
Cons: Again, my seat assignment was changed to a middle seat when I checked in (I wonder if this is because I'm traveling alone?), even though I specifically purchased a window seat 3 months ago.

Cons: The fact that because I was late for my flight, my reservation was cancelled. I was not given the opportunity to change my flight at all, I just lost out on the return portion of my travel. I would have been willing to pay a fee to change my return, but not given the opportunity. Had I booked directly with the airline, they would have had no problem making a change. Buyer beware!!! If you don't book directly with an airline, you may suffer the same fate as me! This was an almost $1,300 dollar learning experience. Do not use third party online booking agents! You do not have the same protections as dealing with the airlines directly.

Cons: The person next to us was too heavy to fit in her seat, so she flowed over into my husbands, making the whole trip uncomfortable. In addition she had a smell. Not sure what can be done about it, but it made a long trip really uncomfortable. Service and food was also much better on the South African airlines portion of the trip.

Pros: Entertainment system was nice and I had a good seat on the aisle with no one in the middle, which was lucky.
Cons: Getting checked in London was a pain. Air Canada had changed my original flight over (a change I wasn't happy with) and then when I got to LHR had marked my record for a change fee! Left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Crew was generally inattentive, absent, and hardly friendly. At one point I was instructed how to load my (tiny) food tray properly after the meal. I am sorry but you are working for the airline and I am paying for service, which I didn't get.

Pros: Generally OK Food quite good, relatively
Cons: 30 mins delay Cramped even for Economy

Pros: Boarding went smoothly. The entertainment (monitors in the seat-backs) was excellent. The crew was friendly and helpful. The food was much better than I expected on a flight.
Cons: I flew economy, so I didn't expect luxury, but that's a very tight fit for an 8-hour flight. I understand that industry standards have gone in this direction and that it's necessary to remain competitive, but at some point the industry needs to take into account the actual size of passengers. What are the seats now, about 16" wide? With so little leg room that I couldn't cross my legs if the seat in front of me was reclined. I'm a slim woman, about 130 lbs., and I was very (very) uncomfortable. I can hardly imagine the discomfort for the poor woman next to me (a plump post-middle-aged lady). I would definitely fly Air Canada again, as the staff was great and the overall experience was good. But I'm looking forward to the end of this trend of reducing space per passenger.
