Cons: "Getting to LHR early for. 6:30 am flight was no use since they don't have any departing flights between 11pm and 6 am. So we were stuck in the lobby for hours until ticket agents arrived at 4 am. There was one open coffee shop however. Then we waited for security to arrive at about 4:30 am to get through and it was quite a slow shake down. One through there were no restaurants open until 5-5:30 am. The flight itself was fine. Facilities at Frankfurt were minimal with toilets offering only one stall each. While standing in the long queue a lady and her young daughter were rudely ushered out by the male custodian for cleaning, and then it could not be used for another 10-15 minutes."

This flight was a bit of a let down compared to our departing flight. The food was pretty bad, I couldn't even cut the meat. But the thing that made this less enjoyable was the terrible check-in process. We waited over 70 minutes to check in for Business class. Numerous people almost missed their flight, which made the line even longer. I've never waiting in a standard line that long to check-in, so to experience it for Business class was disappointing at best. Also, the flight attendants weren't as friendly as the ones on our flight to London. One of them with dark hair was great, but the other 2 were grumpy and seemed irritable most of the flight. The experience was quite different from our flight from SEA to LHR, so it was a bummer to end the trip on a mediocre note--especially with the cost of these tickets.

Pros: "The flight to and from Los Angeles was operated by British Airways and was on one of their Airbus fleet. Boarding was completed efficiently and with ease. I sat on the upper deck and was very comfortable in comparison to other major airlines previously used for this particular flight. The plane was very clean and the crew were outstanding. Nothing appeared to be too much trouble for crew, and they were ready with beverages, including tea and coffee, and snacks throughout the flight. In flight entertainment was good. All in all very pleasant flight to and from the U K."

I was told that British Air policy was not to require extraordinary over weight people to buy two seats. No, instead the person next to that overweight person has to suffer. A very stupid and unfair policy. As a result I will never book Finnair or British Air again if I can avoid it."

Discussing this with the staff at check0in and at the gate, made no difference as they had no knowledge of what was available on that particular flight. Every time I fly with American I'm reminded of why I don't like the airline and I will do my best to avoid them moving forward regardless of competitive ticket pricing."

The ride is comfortable, enjoyable, entertaining, adequate space, excellent service, food and drinks are the best I have had, and exceptional services and attention. This goes for both flights. I have been recommending Britsh Airways over the last several weeks to pretty much everyone I know. My family and I will be looking to British Airways for overseas flights as a priority."

Cons: "My bag was left in London during my connection and arrived in Denver the next day. From what I understand once my bag arrived it was handed off to a third party delivery company. I am not sure how to complain to this company, maybe British Airways has a way to do it since they hired them. My bag must have arrived around 3:30pm in Denver. I got a text at 5pm that my bag was being delivered, which is fine so far. I did not hear before 10pm from the delivery guy about an estimated delivery time of my luggage, at that point he said he would show up around midnight. He eventually arrived at 3am. I don't know how the delivery company plans their deliveries but this is rather unacceptable. Unfortunately, this is not the first time this happens to me. Do they really always expect people to stay up until 3am the day after an international flight to get their luggage that was mis-handled by the airline.... I'd rather just drive to the airport myself the next day to get my suitcase myself."

My direct flight was canceled and I had to go through Atlanta. I checked out my luggage through customs in Atlanta and checked them in to Philadelphia. I boarded on Friday, bags arrived on Monday at 6 Pm. The suitcases are bashed in, the contents spilled and ruined my expensive bags and shoes . I had to throw several cooked foods away because they had gone bad. My original ticket from Accra to London on Oct 6 was canceled without an explanation. Then the flight 24 hours later, was changed . It was a nightmare without any explanations or compensation.

The women was really nice and if it was not for her I am sure I would not have made my connection. I don't know if there is anyway to track her down and thank her but I would like to do so. Pros: "They were absolutely fantastic on checking on me, food, service, flight in general. Would recommend to anyone!!!"
Pros: "The trip was very comfortable. It a a 787 plane and had all the bells and whistles and comfort. The food was excellent, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and quantity of food. I travelled on BA to LHR and the food was very mediocre."
Cons: "The service was okay, nothing exceptional. I think AA could do more from a service perspective similar to Middle Eastern airliners."
Pros: "Excellent no fuss service on board. One of the flight attendants was wearing uggs boots which some might find odd but who cares when the service is done with a smile. Very comfortable seats, great entertainment system, food choice was good and what i had was flavoursome. And they give you noise cancelling bose headphones."

Cons: "Boarding process was a chaos. Thing should not be done: such as re-screened passenger boarding pass and passport for nothing since we went thru 2 times security and border protection. Thing should do: organize boarding zone. all passengers had boarding zone on boarding pass but went in like first come first service."

Cons: "The Montreal airport is a zoo. I hoped it would be better than other places because it's smaller, but it wasn't. And I didn't fill out the correct customs form. The crew said that we should request a form from the USA if we were Americans, so I did. I have filled out that form many times, so I felt fine--until I got into the Customs area of the airport and learned that I needed to fill out a Canadian form too. So I had to do that before picking up my luggage. You would think that an Air Canada crew would know which forms I had to fill out and give them to me or at least ask questions so that I could be prepared when I went into the incredibly complicated maze to go through customs."
Pros: "A few of the crew members were very pleasant and professional. The choice of movies was good, though I had to sit through five minutes of advertisements before they started."
Cons: "I was flying from London to the U.S. with a connection in Toronto. One of the crew members, who was somewhat rude, told me that I would need to fill out Canadian and American customs forms and go through both in Canada, and to not "stop for coffee" as the plane was 20 minutes behind schedule. I had a question about the Canadian form and asked another crew member who told me (correctly) that the first crew member was wrong; I did not need to fill out the Canadian form or visit Canadian customs for my one hour layover. When checking in at the kiosk, my seat was shown as an aisle seat so I didn't try to change it, but my boarding pass printed a middle seat which is very uncomfortable for a tall person."

Pros: "Beautiful Planes , the rouge line is cheap on their international flights but only first class gets free entertainment . I was first class but my friend was economy and luckily had her own iPad or would not have been able to use anything , that being said the movies for her were still not free . The food was good as well and their regular planes from Europe are very large and beautiful"
Cons: "Worst experiences I've had with customer service . The flight crew were fine but all ground service appeared overwhelmed and unable to assist customers . I had a flight to Athens that was in final boarding my friend still has not arrived the first person I asked said she didn't have time to look if she was still on the flight , the second told me it was private info and finally a 3rd let me know she had been rerouted and would arrive 8 hours after me in Athens and that her bag though made my flight . She did last minute make it via running to our plane but in that time they had given her seat away, she had to prove that she paid did and deserved a flight . The way home from Athens all of my aid Canada flights were delayed and late . I had a 3.5 hour layover in Seattle to switch carriers to make it home , my flight out of Vancouver was 2.5 hours delayed that they continually said was only another 10 minutes , versus being upfront that it was severely delayed . Long story worst experience I've had ."

Pros: "The customer service folks at Air Canada. They worked very hard to get us on the second flight. Running through the airport with us, pleading with TSA to move along, trying to talk sense to some guy who eventually allowed people to get off a flight, but wouldn't let us on. I guess its easy to make those decisions when he makes the call from some office via a phone and doesn't have to face customers. All other Air Canada employees we worked with were exceptional!!! Kudos to them."
Cons: "Our flight was delayed 3 hrs from London. Once in Montreal the systems that Air Canada uses to correct the situation are horrible. There was no way we would be able to catch our rescheduled flight in the time it takes to deboard, go through customs, get bags, recheck bags, go through security. We didn't. We missed the next flight too despite the heroic efforts by the staff (excpetion - TSA security. They moved very very slow to the point that they seemed passive aggressive to our situation). This is the second time it has happened. I probably won't fly Air Canada again, if possible."

Cons: "My partner had injured his knee and it was quite swollen. When we phoned and also went to an AC agent at the airport, we were told there was nothing they could really do as far as leg room; Heathrow reps were kind enough to offer a wheelchair when we arrived. The frustrating part was when we were on the flight, there were multiple rows which only had 1 person seated. There did not seem to be any empathy, understanding or patience for our situation and it did not feel great to be treated with annoyance and disdain."
Cons: "Offering "pasta" as a food choice isn't good. You might as well offer "potatoes" or "rice." Tell us what is in the pasta, what kind of sauce it is etc. Not enough details!"
Cons: "We were late for our flight from London to Toronto because we checked on the Kayak website that morning only to find out it would be delayed 3 1/2 hours. Air Canada told us to only look on the AirCanada.com site. Why would Kayak put that on their website if it was not true? Stick with the facts. We missed our flight and caused us much stress going standby for the next flight out of London."
