Fiji has restricted the entry of all travelers who are not nationals or residents of Fiji.
Returning residents and citizens must request permission to enter Fiji from the COVID-19 Risk Mitigation Taskforce (CRMT). To do this you must email the following documents to ¶Letter addressed to the Chair COVID-19 Risk Mitigation Taskforce providing background to your request; •Copy of passport bio-data page; ¶Copy of the valid work permit or provide the approval letter by Immigration that was given for the work permit; •Proposed itinerary; •Confirmation you are willing to enter a government-mandated quarantine facility for 14 days; •Evidence of a negative COVID-19 RT-PCR test (for a nasopharyngeal sample taken not more than 72 hours before departure). The test result must be in the form of the complete report from the laboratory that performed the test.
All Fijian citizens and Fiji residents must download the careFIJI app to enter the country. Those without a smartphone will be required to buy one upon landing at Nadi airport for $100.

Cons: "The plane was from 1970 and I mean that. A 10 hour flight with only main cabin tvs, no wifi or outlets? Atleast hand out ipads. The food was also absolutely disgusting. I know it's airplane food, but what a horrible first impression to anyone coming over to the US for the first time and they eat BBQ chicken that tastes like dirt."
Cons: "Although we can't fault the airline for turning back after being in flight for an hour (due to some computer glitch), it created a 5-hour plus delay. American Airlines was operating the BA flight. They put up passengers in a hotel and provided us with meal vouchers. This was appreciated. But the hotel was shabby and its staff including the shuttle driver were rude and slow. Considering the horrible delay we experienced getting to our destination, this 2-day return from Spain to Atlanta, was just bitter icing on the cake."

Cons: "This was a horrible travel experience, the worst I have ever known. My uncle had died, so I had to search for the soonest and most economical flight in order to attend the funeral. Traveling with me was my aunt (his ex wife) and my cousin (his only daughter). Our initial flight was delayed 'due to mechanical issues' and they said we weren't going to make our connection in Phoenix. So they had to reroute the whole trip, which took about half an hour because all of the flights were full. So instead of flying from LGB - PHX - CLT - CAE and arriving Saturday night, we ended up departing from LAX (which we specifically were trying to avoid) almost 9 hours later. From there to DEN - CLT - GSP arriving Sunday morning. Because of this I had to contact the hotel and let them know that we weren't going to check-in until the next day, but I still ended up having to pay for Saturday night. Then, I had to cancel the rental car and make a new reservation to pick it up at GSP and return at CAE since the hotel was close to CAE, plus the return flight was through CAE. Also, wifi was an additional cost (which we didn't use because of this), the snacks were pitiful, and the seats were very narrow and uncomfortable. I have flown with JetBlue in the past, but on this occasion, last minute flights to South Carolina were prohibitively expensive. That being said, if I had known how bad the experience with American was going to be, I would have gladly paid literally double the price for the JetBlue tickets. And in the future, I will be flying exclusively with JetBlue no matter what the cost."

Cons: "We were not advised that we had to change planes. Our original iteniary was an one hour layover in Chii, and continuing on the same plane. If my wife did not ask a flight attendant a question I might have missed my connecting second flight. I never heard of the same flight number being used on a another plain."
