Cons: Very little leg roomRead more about Volaris
Cons: Very little leg room
Pros: No frills. To the point. Quick 2 hour flight, nice plane.
Cons: Take off was delayed
Pros: The crew was super professional
Pros: The passengers sitting by me were very helpful. They put my carryon on the overhead rack for departure and arrival. The handicapped attendant was excellent when I arrived in Cancun and stayed with me until my transfer was found.
Cons: I have traveled several times annually with Volaris for at last 13 years and this is the first time the service was so bad, virtually no service was offered at any time. Everything seemed disorganized. No food was offered or even a glass of water. I am 86 years old and travel handicapped all over the world with excellent service. I was shocked that I as dumped in a seat at the Volaris gate from the wheel chair by the attendant; and, who never returned to help me board the plane. I made the mistake of tipping him well. No ramp was available and I had to beg for help with my carryon as I have to hold on with both hands to go up the stairs. Cancun’s attendant for handicapped was much better and truly helped me and stayed with me until my transfer was found. Tijuana’s airport service was horrible.
Pros: the price
Cons: Volaris's system apparently was malfunctioning that prevented anyone from checking in online or through any app which caused stress the day before travel. Even worse, they couldnt even check in at the gate and had to fill out forms by hand, which caused a 2 hours delay!
Pros: Crew was poor in preparing for boarding. Boarding happened 30-50 minutes past final call.
Cons: They could have been more open about checking in. They had a long line that was a mix of three flight leaving in the same hour. They could have organized the boarding better as well. Splitting the passengers in three groups didn't play out so well.
Pros: Affordability, that's about all that is good with Volaris. Everything else is either bad or mediocre.
Cons: Don't board passengers onto the aircraft until it is ready for passengers. Both direction (OAK to MEX and MEX to OAK), we were boarded onto a hot (not aconditioned) aircraft for at least 15 minutes before the A/C is turned on. In addition, boarding were completed and all passengers were sitting in the aircraft for over an hour before it started the taxis to the run way....why board passengers so early? At least turn on the A/C and let the cabin cool down before boarding passengers.
Cons: Not pay to much for my luggage
Pros: Like how they offer family boarding with kids.
Cons: Their flight service crews and counter workers need some customer relations skills.
Cons: Crew was not prepared with enough custom forms. When we arrived at airport it was a mad Scramble to find some.
Pros: The flight was delayed 2 hours
Cons: My suitcase was damage when I pick it up
Cons: Everything was good. No problems or complaints
Cons: I didn’t even get a chance to take the flight. I realized my flight was for 12am the day I was supposed to leave within 2 hours of departure. I asked if I could get another flight was told no! I couldn’t even get a credit since I didn’t call within 3 hours of departure. I would not recommend!!!
Pros: Crew was pleasent once in the air, and seats were good by emergency exit
Cons: Communication with why the hell we kept changing gates and why we were delayed almost hours, especially the crew at the gates. Compensation once I the air with snacks or drinks, something that says that you guys care about the delay and horrible communication.
Cons: Being timely
Pros: Getting my boarding pass was a hazel and the flight was delayed about an hour and a half. Seats were extremely uncomfortable and they practically didn't recline. Everything on board was sold and nothing was offered complimentary not even a cup of water.
Cons: What could be improved is, being on time. The seats could also be a more comfortable with a bit more legroom, room to recline, and space between people. Seats felt like I was sitting on the other person's lap. A small drink should be complementary.
Cons: There was hardly any space under the seats and between each row so it was pretty cramped. Because of this, the flight was not very comfortable.
Cons: a lot
Cons: I could not check in on my phone. I never received email or link to check in. I tried 4 times in the previous 24 hour period. Using the app wasn’t mentioned until on the plane. When we arrived at the gate, 45 prior to departure, we were initially told to wait until the boss was there. 15 minutes lat
Pros: Flight left on time! No hassle with carryon
Cons: I hate paying for water. Legroom was ridiculously short.
Cons: Get the forms to fill up
Pros: Good crew
Cons: More organization toward boarding
Cons: Yes it could be better travel to complicated on Volaris
Pros: One of the worst experience I’ve had.
Cons: Our flight was delayed for 3 hours! Completely ruined out plans.
Pros: Nothing! Crew was rude and liars
Cons: Tried to work more with customers and try to accommodate.
Pros: The flight was swift without a hiccup, boarding was also done in a quick manner. Volaris is always great in service even at the counter.
Cons: It would have been nice to know the baggage allowance and that we had to check in first via kiosk before lining up to drop off our luggage.
Pros: Nothing to like.
Cons: Everything could be better.
Cons: vender mas cervesa
Cons: Maybe courtesy soft drinks and peanuts
Cons: Not much else for a bare bones carrier
Pros: On time
Cons: Had to pay extra for a suitcase that was a couple of pounds above the 10 Kgs, and a small tube where I bring my fishing pole (paid as much as a large suitcasewhen it only weighted 1.2 lbs). In the previous flight they also charged us for printing the boarding passes (we we unable to do it online),
Pros: Please don't travel with Volaris, extremely old seats I felt like I was seating on a wooden board with some rocks on it. No room leg. You won't get any help from the Staff at check-in. I was charged $10 to print your boarding pass, the machines to print the boarding pass didn't work.
Cons: Volaris need to get new seats. Volaris charge you almost for even breathing, I am not kidding. They ask you to use the machines at the airport to print the boarding pass but their logo is not on this machines that's how they make $10 on each passenger. Bad experience.
Pros: I liked the boarding was pretty simple and went by smoothly. The crew was very welcoming. I was happy to know that the vessel was not fully booked and therefore, had some empty seats to which I moved to. I felt fine like any other flight.
Cons: No entertainment but that is because it was a short 3 hour flight. Nothing else to report.
Pros: Everything was fine. I recommend Volaris.
Cons: Long walk to boarding gate.
Cons: The workers telling me I can’t listen to music
Cons: They want we paid for everything, even for my purse... the seats very uncomfortable
Pros: First time in my life that I've never been offered even a glass of water on a flight. I know this is a budget friendly airline, but on a 3 hour flight from Los Angeles to Guadalajara I would have appreciated a small cup of water.
Pros: Shock to see pillows and snacks were on sale. Even more surprise when my carry on was weighed with my purse yet others boarded with more than 20lns limit. Stick to your own rules especially since I ended up paying $60 to check in language that was 5lbs overweight.
Cons: Shock to see pillows and snacks were on sale. Even more surprise when my carry on was weighed with my purse yet others boarded with more than 20lns limit. Stick to your own rules especially since I ended up paying $60 to check in language that was 5lbs overweight.
Pros: The food and the place
Cons: The weather to hot
Cons: Everything, the service, they charge for everything.
Cons: We had to pay $150 I’m extra charges for our luggage and carry-on.
Cons: Everything was the worst experience ever
Cons: No real food
Pros: Nothing really
Cons: Janet the flight attendant was specially rude, like all the crew Its too bad
Cons: People were rude and inconsiderate of our age and ability to move on our own. Being threaten to tip or our tickets would be cancelled is bullshit!
Cons: Kiwi lost my reservation I lost my fligh
Cons: They checked us in, at the 2:00am boarding time they told us there was something wrong with the plane and they had fix it. Finally, at 6:00am they canceled the flight. We won’t be booking volaris again.
Cons: Charge way too much. Charged to pick a seat when doing check in from the app. Only reason doing check in from app was so I wouldn’t get charged for getting boarding pass at desk.
Pros: Primera y ultima vez que volamos con Volaris. Espantosos asientos tan cerca de cada uno. Parece qur estan transportando animales.
