Cons: Didn't like baggage fees for carry-ons, didn't like paying for seats to ensure that my wife and I sat together because she has travel anxiety, didn't like having to pay for a ginger ale on the plane, didn't like small tray tables and the fact that the seats did not recline, didn't like that there was no entertainment on the flight (screens, music, charging capability for phone). I understand the appeal of "pay what services you want" as there were many services that we "needed", and because of that we certainly paid for them. In addition to our airfare, we paid $32 for seats, $160 for 2 carry-ons and 1 checked bag, and then $6 for 2 ginger ales to help settle our stomachs for the flight. It was very unexpected. Spirit did reimburse us $60 as a one-time courtesy because this was our first time flying with Spirit, and we did not know what to expect, but had we not complained, we would have gotten nothing.

Pros: The crew was good, the landing was fantastic, enjoyed the entertainment options.

Cons: The space of the seats are tough, we were cramped and in tight quarters.

Pros: The Zone 1 access from purchasing a carry-on was really convenient, along with the flight itself.

Cons: Seats weren't comfortable to me and the prices for the snacks and drinks weren't ideal, but not terrible.

Pros: The flight crew was very nice, friendly, and fun. They had us stretch out when we landed. It was fun. A random seat was selected to win 5,000 miles. I thought it was awesome, and had fun flying here. Thank you Spirit!

Cons: Crew should be trained again in basic stuffs.

Cons: The communication to the passengers. Our flight kept getting delayed every 30 min. They kept telling us different reasons. We were supposed to take off at 2:40pm and we waited every 30 min delay until 7pm. We have kids so we had to get home. We ended up renting a car and driving to Austin.

Pros: Nothing. It was a miserable 2+ hrs.

Cons: Work harder at making flying more comfortable for travelers without breaking the bank.

Cons: This leg of my trip went off without a hitch boarding and crew were very professional.

Cons: Our flight was canceled two times by Spirit, and we had to stay another day due to the fact that the airline has limited availability for rescheduling canceled flights. Once the third flight arrived, there was an issue boarding due to a beligerant passenger and the flight was over an hour late. However, the entire time the issue was being resolved, Spirit told the passengers waiting to board NOTHING. Everytime a question was asked about whether or not we would be leaving, the staff was rude and avoided answering. I will never fly Spirit again, as they truly do not care about their customers.

Pros: The flight was average, but the quality of travel on Delta this year has been the worst I’ve ever seen. It’s average at best and I’m considering going back to American because I have yet to have a true Delta flight consistent with previous years, the whole reason I switched to Delta.

Cons: We couldn't understand what the gate attendant was saying when boarding began. Many people who didn't understand the announcement got on line and we're turned away. The next announcement also hard to understand!

Cons: Free WiFi kn the plane was hardly working even over US mainland, before it list connection with outside internet over ocean. But it is something I do not care much about.

Cons: Delay killed my travel plans and resulted in a nine hour layover in Munich Germany!

Cons: The flight was drastically delayed, without appropriate notification. They offered no remedy without any option to arrive at my until 3 days later and this with me staying overnight at the Fort Lauderdale airport, to be on stand by for the flights on said third day. Their only other offer was to refund me the value of that 'first flight". It took two hours and 15 minutes of declining those offers and being very disrespectfully for them to offer a full refund (5 to 7 business days later). They offer no help with rebooking, so I had to purchase with another airline at full last minute price.

Pros: Some of the crew members are just simply rude! Whenever you ask what they have to drink, they roll their eyes & say look at the menu or say I just said it earlier. It bothers them for you to ask them for something.

Cons: Our flights were delayed 56 minutes & had to work 6:30am I was expecting to be home by 2 that way I would get enough rest, then the plug for headphones did not work.

Cons: New plane...321? The controls for TV on arm rest need to be moved. When I rested my arm on arm rest, I kept mistakenly change the channel!

Pros: The crew was very friendly and efficient, and the plane was very clean. Also, the seats are roomier and more comfortable than other airlines.

Cons: Airlines still need a better way to board efficiently. That being said, JetBlue does it as well as anyone, and it wasn’t a real problem compared to other airlines.

Cons: The worst airline customer service I've ever experienced - will never fly Spirit again. The customer service representatives were yelling at us at the airport about bags being too large when they clearly fit into the bins and had been used on previous Spirit flights. In fact, when flying back on Spirit, no one questioned the bag! It just depends on how pissed off the rep is on that given day.

Cons: The screens on the back of the seats are showing their age and the controls on the armrests are causing your neighbor to change your channel or the brightness of the screen. Letting everyone stream content to their own devices would probably be a better option, with safe charging available.

Pros: I will never fly spirit again. I thought that I would be saving money, and yet I spent more on this budget flight, than I would with delta or American airlines. I was charged twice for carry on and check in, because I had to stop over in florida to transfer. So, on top of the flight costs, I paid an extra $110 for my luggage. I think being charged for carry on is ridiculous. The seats were super uncomfortable, there was no entertainment offered, and not even a soft drink was complimentary. Needless to say, I am not a fan!

Ya en el avión nos cambiaron de lugar porque no habían suficientes máscaras para todos. Nos llevaron al fondo donde nos encendían las luces molestando así a las niñas e impidiendo que puedan dormir. En mitad del viaje encendieron todas las luces para hacer una especie de sorteo, todo muy molesto.

Cons: They nickle and dime you for an overall terrible service. I will NEVER use this airline again. I'd rather fly American Airlines. In order to do check in online, you have to register an account and the website was down when I was trying to check my flight information.
