I like all the Support that I have received during my flight.
Flight cancelled at last time 3h before and it was unforgettable because we have working engagement and we need to go home. Im very disappointed for this flight
They flew us to Zurich and have us layover there for a night with very last minutes notice, so we had to wait at the airport for 6hrs.

No SMS receiver for the check-in, obliged to do again the check-in for the corresponding flight
even with delay upon departure, the crew managed to get us on time to Lux, nice relaxing and generous service.. Classic good quality products. The opening time for the drop off was a bit late.. long queue of passengers waiting already before desk opened.

the seat sizes and the distance row to row was not comfortable. when a passenger in front seat put it down (he kept it all the time during the flight since he didn't fit in the space) their seat was squishing my knees and it was very difficult under their weight. It lasted 12 hours and was extremely uncomfortable. The rest of the experience was very good.
Turkish airlines feedback team response is awfully slow, and because of that, I Emmy able to bring my little dog with me, after all those preparations.
The staff is professional and friendly. The food was excellent, with the exception of the octopus salad just prior to landing.
Turkish airline is so mismanaged . We had to onboard a flight outside from tarmac when there was heavy rains . By the time we climbed the flight we were drenched from the rain and we were so cold. The flight service was so terrible. The flight attendant never responded to any of the calls. There were no extra snack left for the kid . On one of the more than 13 hours flight my seat did ot recline and the person in the front had reclined their seat completely , for the whole more than 13 hour journey , I barely had any space to do anything . I will never travel with this airline ever again , such a bad experience
4 flights booked with specific seats together and a bassinet. All 4 flights were seated separately without a bassinet
We flew business class and it was impressive. So comfortable with delicious food and very attentive and polite staff. Will definitely fly Turkish airlines again.
I paid for the seat and found out that the seat doesn't recline. The staff didn't help in arranging an alternative.
Turkish airline does not care if the business class senior person has to go from one terminal to another. no guidance, no trolley, I would not travel on this airline again and also tell my friends.

Gate was difficult to know. Flight number from Lufthansa directed to a different flight number by SunXpress, which was different from my actual flight per the airport. Multiple people (at least 3 others) were lost with me at the airport in Munich (I didn't know them) trying to get to a different terminal. Too many confusing signs, and no one could help. When I found some Staff members (surprisingly difficult) told me "you have to figure it out." Yeah, that's why I'm asking and walking around in circles. Thought I would miss my flight, turns out I had plenty of time, but I couldn't figure it out for the first hour. 90% airport's fault, not SunExpress.
Getting boarding pass for international connected flight was a hassle. Huge libe to get boarding pass after two connected international flight is excessive to put someone on stress. They should provide online checking for all flights
Both of my flights on Lufthansa (coming and going) were cancelled. I was rebooted on united airlines, separated from my family/traveling partners. On our flight to luxembourgh we ended up in seats separated by several rows on the long flight, although we PAID to sit together. On the return trip we ended up on 3 completely different flights. When speaking to Lufthansa they didn't even acknowledge the outbound flights were cancelled. We were unable to meet with traveling companions in Chicago as we were flown to Denver. The quality of service, customer service and food between united and Lufthansa cannot be compared. The food on united was not attractive and the taste was similar to school lunch food. Not close to the meals I have had on Lufthansa. Hardly an equal "trade". I was unhappy with my travel experience on this trip.
The most horrific experience we had with the airline that we had in our life Everything was substandard at best. For just one hot tea they charged 4 euros We paid for Lufthansa months in advance ,to get there they didn’t have us in record and after 4 and a half hours layover we almost we got one seat at the first row and one in the back of the plane On top of that our suitcase was seriously damaged and it’s unusable. Here we are halfway around the world in foreign language having to fix this on our vacation time Would you kindly and quickly resolve this matter
Unable to get Lufthanza code to obtain a boarding pass for my flight. Had to exit and re-register to get on the flight. Extremely frustrating.
Staff was nice. Plane was new and clean. The food/sandwich was horrible. Absolutely disgusting for a four hour flight. I’d rather not get anything.
My flight was delayed for more than an hour due to planning amd scheduling issues all of which were Lufthansa's responsibility. They failed dismally at doing what was agreed upon and their reparations were inadequate and completely useless to us. The flight crew were lovely however the ground crew working out of their customer service were the modt rude and obnoxious people i have ever had the misfortune of meeting.
The crew that checked at the gate was completely unprofessional, i had a child, stroller and a carry on luggage and the crew did not bother providing any help getting down 3 flight if stairs. I asked for hel and they ignored me
