Pros: Comfortable travel
Cons: Keep it up

Pros: I really liked having some of the seats left empty, to decrease risk of Covid-19
Cons: The man in the window aisle took off his face mask shortly after take-off, and the flight attendants ignored it, until I requested attention, more than 40 minutes later. They should be paying more attention to face mask wearing!

Pros: The pilot kept us updated.

Pros: Boarding was a fast and smooth process. Flight attendants were there to help with carry on luggage if needed. Always nice and do their best.

Pros: great everything!

Cons: Nothing, really. Airlines unfortunately can’t make people patient or polite, & I can’t afford a private jet, so I’ll have to settle for an eye roll or twelve.

Cons: Smelled like poop the entire flight. Actual poop in the lavatory.

Pros: Great entertainment features and free drinks.
Cons: Ran out of certain types of food

Pros: The cabin was to warm
Cons: The cabin was to warm

Cons: Seem that they turned off the air conditioning once we landed in the cabin got on the warm side.

Pros: The crew was nice, and they served plenty of drinks. They even give a free light meal on the JFK-LAX flight. Decent in-flight entertainment options and free WiFi for use with WhatsApp and iMessage only.
Cons: There wasn't nearly enough legroom. The plane was an old 767; it would have been nice to have a power outlet too.

Pros: Nothing spectacular.
Cons: The headrests won’t stay up. And it’s hot.

Pros: The service on plane was great and so was the opportunity to check luggage, although I was happy I didn't have to.
Cons: Boarding from DTW to LAX, we had to stand for a long time on the jetway and it was really cold. It was the holding place after they checked my ticket. Otherwise, it was a great experience flying Delta.

Pros: Flight was very late- about 45 minutes because of some problem with the "paperwork" they said. It was a beautiful day and the crew was ready to go, but we all sat for a long time before being allowed to leave Madison. It's especially bad when we've all made ourselves arrive at 5am for a 6am flight
Cons: on time departure

Pros: I liked that we were able to use the go go entertainment from the headrest. Lots of things to choose from to watch
Cons: We could of been on time, we had a connection I. Atlanta and had 15 minutes to spare

Pros: Flight attendant's are awesome and they always try to make your flight better.
Cons: Nothing

Pros: Everything was on time and efficient. I also liked that the captain came on and updated us on arrival, turbulence, weather, etc.

Pros: That it got me home

Pros: left on time and arrived on time
Cons: no lunch on a flight that departed at 2 pm.

Pros: The flight itself was fine, boarded on time and arrived on time.
Cons: A pet peeve of mine is having to check my carry on. They said the overhead bins were all completely full, so I checked my bag at the gate. Come to find out, there were a few spaces left and it wasn't necessary. Really annoying.

Pros: Everything went as planned!

Cons: The schedule was not good and I was needed to take later flight than I ordered.

Pros: Good flight overall
Cons: Although I have priority status -The ground crew in Amsterdam gave me hard time with 7 extra Pounds, and I was trying to take it out of the suitcase to no avail. Eventually the agent I was checking in with got busy, I went to a new agent, and with a flick of a keyboard he approved the extra rate based on my status, without even have my to request it.

Pros: Staff, service, options

Pros: Snack
Cons: I was delayed over 2 hours

Pros: Large jet, attentive crew, on time.

Pros: Crew was very good I would say that 5
Cons: This Delta flight did not have seat back screens to watch in flight entertainment. You needed to use your smartphone or tablet keeping in mind Amazon tablets won’t work. You needed to go to delta website and choose what want to watch the you needed to have Gogo Flight entertainment app already on smartphone and then would work. Not easy even for me a vivid user of tablets and smartphones. The seats had miniumal room available between seats it felt like I am on 5’qq so couldn’t imagine anyone taller that comfortable unless get first class. I even upgraded for “comfort” section which gave you a few inches extra. And wdith of chair me being a 36 waist was a little squeezed in. Crew was very good tho I will say that. But I laways fly JetBlue or Virgin America, or Alaskan Air for reason of more comfort and lower prices ticket but this time on flight close to my destination was Delta which I Flew for free, I would much rather buy ticket on the three others I fly if could have.

Pros: The lady at the ticket inter helped me em get eat I wanted!
Cons: Nothing

Pros: Over all everything specially we got in earlier than expected

Pros: Not much to like.
Cons: our connecting flight was delayed 12 hours. The person who checked us in for the flight to Idaho falls checked our baggage for our return flight home, which was an entire week later. So our baggage got sent back to our starting destination and not Idaho falls

Cons: Seats are so tight so uncomfortable

Pros: Clean plane, friendly staff and timely departure.
Cons: Waiting to get off the plane. Other customers moving too slow

Cons: 3.5 hours late.

Pros: Got me where I needed to go at the price I wanted to pay. - The gals at the ticketing desk were extremely helpful and cheerful.
Cons: Not my typical Delta experience: -Boarding for special needs was a joke. A literal ‘run-on-sentence’. No more did I get up and they went to the next group. I was almost knocked over in the rush. -The onboard staff was nice enough. However, between the two of them, one of them had a thick accent. Maybe that one shouldn’t be the one making all on board announcements… and please fix the horrendous crackles too!!! -It seemed our pilot was in training… during our short flight a series of right and left turns were made, no effort to avoid turbulence, and the landing was surprisingly hard. It felt as if my spine took a quick jab to my brain as a result! What’s up?

Pros: Absolutely nothing.
Cons: These people are reprehensible. They refused to cancel and refund our tickets when the bride-to-be in a wedding we were supposed to go to was diagnosed with cancer and the wedding was cancelled. Every customer service person we dealt with was uncaring, incompetent, and completely useless.

Cons: Delayed

Cons: Delay in leaving from the airport there were issues with Web checkin Crew wasnt able to give me my boarding pass for the connecting flight and kept saying going to the other counter

Cons: Plane kinda of old. Just cookies and coffee

Pros: Smooth, easy, still long
Cons: Still long

Cons: Wifi didn't work (network wouldn't show up).

Pros: Great experiencing getting on and off the plane
Cons: Nothing

Pros: Entertainment
Cons: Flight was delayed

Pros: I always feel that the flight attendants on Delta truly care about your flight experience. The smile, the attentiveness, the thoroughness and giving you the attention you desire.
Cons: Ran out of bananas before they got to me, no big deal and it looks like Delta is getting healthier options every year.

Cons: Flight left late and missed connecting flight in Atlanta. It's 9:30 pm and I'm still stuck in Atlanta airport.

Pros: Got lucky, and got an upgrade!
Cons: Good staff on the plane very sweet like. Actually arrived early. Thought we would get breakfast on the flight from Madison Wisconsin to New York City.

Pros: We flew first class for the first time. Now I don't think I'll fly any other way!

Pros: From curbside check-in to landing the plane, overall excellent service ! Very pleased to find out they offered a shuttle from checkin to the gate. I am having knee surgery soon and the walk from security to gate 34 LaGuardia would have put me over the top with pain! It was a very nice gentleman that gave me a ride to the gate and even stopped to let me use the bathroom. Thumbs up *****
Cons: The fact that I was charged $150 to check a small cosmetics bag is no loose change ! I would have carried it on but my hand is in a brace and I has to have extensive surgery. Then yoy get to the gate, and they repeatedly asked for volunteers to check their bags for free. I think this is a very unfair policy and try to explain it to the curbside attendant. I literally cannot carry more than five pounds in my left hand until I get bone replacement surgery. I'm also having knee surgery soon and this small additional weight would be caused me excruciating pain ! They didn't care and still charged me $150 for a bag thats no bigger than 12 inches and weighs less than ten pounds. Thats the way you treat your first class passengers? One other quick note: the sausage and egg sandwich? that was served for breakfast was absolutely horrible! Thumbs down !

Pros: The crew & my seat
Cons: The movie offerings & the snack offerings.
