Cons: The plane was full, there were barely any empty seats. Everything inside the plane was old. The bathrooms were gross. The TV didn't work for most of the flight, and when it did start working you couldn't choose movies or shows to start from the beginning.

Cons: This flight was for my wife and I's honeymoon and it was a miserable experience. The flight was delayed by several hours with no specific expectation of when it would actually leave. We were just continually told “soon”, “shortly”, “in an hour” all night long. If we were given a specific time then we could have planned on at least trying to sleep for a little while. It wouldn’t have been near the same inconvenience if it was during the day except it was during night when no stores were open to buy food or a pillow to try and sleep. The airline wasn’t able to get any pillows or blankets for us. Luckily we still made it on our cruise before it left but with no sleep it left us pretty miserable trying to recuperate from that night.

Pros: I flew from PWM to JFK,then JFK to RDU. Both flights left on time,and landed early,which was good for me,as I had less than an hour to make the connecting flight to RDU. Tke gate I arrived at was only 2 gates from the departure gate. I LOVE JetBlue,and was not disappointed this time either!
Cons: The flight attendant on the plane @ PWM never even looked up as I was wheeled to the door of the plane,even when I was struggling to get out of the w/c.The attendant with me had to try to assist me while holding on to the chair. I was not impressed. Other than that,the service was good.

Other planes who were scheduled to leave after us got to leave earlier than us so I don't know what happened there. After I was finally on the plane my headphone jack would not work. I know it's not my headphones because I had just used it before boarding for both my Nintendo and computer. Also, the buttons for the TV are on the armrest and if you try to get comfortable you'll change the channel. When the flight attendant came around she just propped a bunch of stuff in front of us and since it was dark I had no idea what I was looking at, ended up getting a very crappy bag of chips. Overall was a terrible experience flying JetBlue.

Pros: The pilot was very friendly and the delays were weather induced, so it was appreciated that the pilot/crew got us off the ground before having to cancel.

A flight attendant actually got upset that I got up to use the restroom and when I came back, she was at my row, and REFUSED to move one more row up so I could get in my seat. She made me go all the way back to the back and wait for her to bring her cart back, then was pissy about bringing me a drink. It then took her another 30 min to bring me the coke. also, what the heck with the remotes on the arm of the chair?? Serious design flaw. The man sleeping next to me kept turning mine up and changing my channel and I couldn’t get to it to fix it. Seriously it was the worst 4.5 hour flight I have ever been on.

Pros: Much better legroom , leather seats. Much faster, more orderly boarding. (the plane wasn't ready until 10 minutes before departure- Jet Blue got everyone on in 10 minutes for an ontime departure) You get beverages as needed instead of a 4 oz ration. Selection of snacks instead of 3 pretzels. Crews were friendly and young instead of old and abusive. Nice new Airbus 320.

Cons: Going to Orlando my flight was delayed by a hour and coming back from Orlando it was delayed by 3.5 hr. Need to get that fixed. Sitting in a airport for hours longer then need is not fun.

Pros: Very smooth ride, only a little bit of turbulence here and there but nothing to write home about. Crew was also extremely professional and friendly. For my first time flying solo, they were amazing.
Cons: Entertainment was lacking. My entire row couldn't change the channels at all so we were stuck watching the same movie on repeat. Couldn't even get to the map to see how the flight was progressing. WiFi also kept going in and out every 3-5 minutes. Knew this was to be expected over Canadian airspace, but the rest of the time was unbelievable.

Cons: My plane boarded 20 minutes late. Jetblue forgot to de-ice the plane so we missed our takeoff spot and left an hour and a half late. We arrived in SLC over 2 hours late, and then proceeded to wait 20 minutes for an open gate. The entire flight I was seated next to an elderely couple that were making out literally on top of me. When placing my overhead bag, one of the straps were caught in the lock mechanism. Instead of the flight attendant moving my strap and closing the bin, she gave me attitude and told me to fix it myself. 2 hours into the flight i wished to sleep, but my television display was broken. As a result, the brightness of the screen was on the max setting the entire trip. The last two hours of my flight I spent dealing with a headache because the rest of the plane was dark, and the display was half a foot from my face. To top off my horrible experience, the row across from me, and the row in front of me, had a screaming infant which wailed the entire flight long. I will never fly with Jetblue again, and will advise anyone considering it to pick a different airline.

Cons: Let me preface this by saying that prior to this experience I generally though highly of JetBlue. To change my opinion of them, JetBlue had to monumentally screw up, which they did. This was the worst experience I have had on any airline, ever. Why I am mad: - I had a 4.5 hour delay due to maintenance that caused me to miss a flight to India. The 4.5 delay was on a 50 minute flight from Portland, ME to JFK. I nearly could have driven faster than JetBlue got me to New York. - Because of my missed flight to India, I missed day 1 of a two day wedding of which I am a wedding party member - In order to get to India in time for day 2, I had to book a new flight on a different airline for an additional $1000, on top of what I paid for my original flight to India - I was originally told by JetBlue in Portland, ME that they would offer me a reimbursement for the Portland flight, a hotel in NYC, and a travel credit for the trouble. While not totally satisfying since I was still going to miss a day of the wedding, I thought this to be a fair enough offer. - However, at the JetBlue desk in JFK, they completely reversed course. I was told that all they could offer me $100 travel credit. No reimbursement for Portland flight. No compensation for the extra $1,000 flight I had to book. And best of all, no hotel in New York, I was stranded at JFK for the night. I spoke with a supervisor at the desk who repeatadely told me that JetBlue had done their job in getting me to JFK and that they were not responsible for anything after I arrived to JFK. A 4.5 hour delay on a 50 minute flight is bad. Being steadfastly unwilling to compensate for missed flights is worse. And stranding me in JFK after telling me they would offer me a hotel room is just plain unacceptable. My family will be cancelling their JetBlue credit cards and we will look elsewhere for flights in the future.

Pros: Everyone was so accommodating! Traveling as a family of 5, two of our girls sat across the aisle and were treated so sweetly. They loved it! Such a positive experience! We were so pleased with our traveling experience we will definitely be flying JetBlue again!

Cons: The quality of the plane itself seemed to be lacking. The seats felt old and the "entertainment" on the plane did not work well the sound was barely tolerable it was crackling and high pitched. On my previous delta flight everything felt clean and up to date and I even got a free alcoholic beverage. Lately it seems the quality of the flights has gone down where I used to hold it above other airline services. I fly out of Portland Maine a lot and I know it might not be top priority to get a decent plane up there but it would be nice to be on a plane that doesn't feel like one of the crappy spares.

Cons: Then after finally pushing away from the gate, the pilot said there was a medical emergency and we had to return to the gate for the person to receive medical treatment. Shortly after the plane docked, three ladies were escorted off. Three new passengers were brought on board. Then the pilot said we had to wait for the deplaning passengers baggage to be removed from the plane; that took almost an hour.

Cons: Flight was over two hours late. No excuse was given. Original Departure time was 9:30pm. Was receiving alerts beginning from that morning notifying of delays which continued as I waited at the airport that night. This seems to happen frequently and nothing is ever done to make it up to travelers. On the plane, the audio for the tv had static so you couldn't actually hear anything. It doesn't seem like you can turn the tvs off, which is annoying as they emit light, so if you want to sleep you have to deal with the light from your tv.

Cons: I have never had so much trouble with a website/app as with JetBlue for this trip. Checking in was super stressful, since it was a short layover and I had to go through customs. There were few employees to help when I couldn't print my boarding pass, and when I handed my already checked bag off (it was checked through) without a boarding pass the JetBlue employee was extremely passive aggressive and acted like it was somehow my fault I hadn't been able to get it printed and there had been no one around to ask. The flight crew was highly professional and the flight was good, but I was pretty disappointed by customer service on the ground.

Cons: I didn’t take the flight. Due to a change in my post-flight quarantine lodging arrangements in Salt Lake City, I needed to change the date of my flight. Delta directed me to Aeromexico to make any changes. Aeromexico refused to allow any changes. So I was forced to not take the flight and buy a new ticket for a later date.

Pros: The sanitizing of the aircraft was beyond expectations. The personal wipes were a plus so we could clean the areas around our seats to our satisfaction. The individual snack bags are a great idea to minimize handling. The boarding rear to front should have been in place years ago and the deplaning was about normal front to rear with distancing.

Cons: The vents above my entire row of seats did not work, meaning there was never any air coming out even when they were fully open. This made for a long, hot, claustrophobic ride. The flight attendants seemed first disbelieving and later unconcerned that no air came out of our vents. I doubt they even reported them as broken after the flight. Delta's new boarding process is absolute chaos. More than half the plane had no seats assigned until 20 minutes before boarding, and the seats were displayed on a screen a good 25 feet away from the gate, meaning people had to constantly walk back and forth between the doorway and the screen. The gate agents were clearly overwhelmed. If this is how Delta is organized now, I won't be flying on them again.

Pros: The exit row seat on this leg out of PHL to SLC did recline! No need for Delta Comfort+ unless you want to get off of the plane ... faster.
Cons: For some reason, the pilot couldn't figure out how to adjust the cabin temperature for the first hour or so. This made the flight (and I was sitting in an exit row seat, right by the door which is usually cooler) uncomfortably hot and muggy. Food? No food. Thank goodness for Delta Lounge (even if it was the one in PHL). Just snacks make this a poor option for many. I don't know what is up, but the USB charger on the two monitors didn't work and neither did the outlet between the seats. And I have two different sets of cables "just in case" and they're the 3-in-1 so I can try to charge multiple devices (Apple, Android and Samsung) but nothing worked.

Had to run to our connection since our layover time was taken up in Boise. If we had missed the flight, we would have been re-routed to another airport over 1 1/2 hrs away since ours closes. Next flight was not much better, oh and wifi did I t work on it also - last 3-4 delta flights I've taken have been late and didn't have working wifi - starting to think their system doesn't work at all - seriously going to take any other carrier but Delta going forward

It was very stressful since we were running late since the border control line was so long! While it was stressful, I am glad that they were careful regarding the security,

Yet, they 1st said we would board a little late because og clearing out the previous flight. And, no one could get carry-ons above their own seats and had to go back to then come forward. The attendants should monitor better what is brought onboard. I thought they were rude. And it took almost an hr to get our luggage at the carosel.

On a flight such as this, at 8:12 am, something like a breakfast wrap would be more appropriate, especially considering the fare charged.

Flight was delayed on the tarmac for almost an hour due to missing part. When flight arrived in SLC, gate wasn't open (at nearly 1 AM) and had to wait on tarmac again for 10-15 minutes.

Cons: There was a teenager in front of me that was turning back every few seconds and made me nervous what she was looking back for. Then, there was an elderly woman sitting right next to me that kept pushing me every time she'd get out her tablet, pills, pocketbook, etc. By the end of the short 2-hour flight, I've had it with her.

Comparing LAX to the Frankurt Germany airport is like night and day. Finally get to my gate - and I have to watch a pop up ad to get 45 min of complimentary wifi.

After final arrival time came and went with no plane or even announcement, I had to go back through security to front desk to find a rep and remind United that they had forgotten about us. They handed us off to the Delta counter with no apology (except the "new girl" apologized)

There my bags were scanned and all the guy said to me was "ooh that's too close" and walked away. I then stood in a line that did not move for over ten minutes, with only three people in front of me, while 6-7 desks were empty and doing nothing but talking amongst each other. I then called the guy that scanned my bags back over to ask why I was still standing there while my next flight was about to board and he told me I'd been rebooked!! I didn't want to wait for the next flight so then had to sprint, with my bags, from terminal 2 to 7 (which if you've ever walked through LAX you'd understand how unpleasant that was alone). I did make the flight, but just, thanks only to the girls at the checkout counter who were actually willing to help me, although not eager to.

But thes days, the basic ticket costs are high and increasing despite ala Carter pricing. The flights are always full and the number of flights are down. Airline profits are at a peak yet very little is flowing back to improve the flying experience.

Pros: They were always very attentive to let you know about gate changes or seat changes. Which to me personally is very important. I have had very bad experiences with other airlines in the past because they did not communicate properly their gate change and I missed my flight and missed events I was flying for. Excellent job to United for communicating gate changes very well! They did not break any of my luggage and the seats were fairly comfortable. The employees were also very attentive and willing to answer any questions.

I was sitting towards the back of the jet though so I'm assuming if I was closer to the front it wouldn't have been as bad? Overall it was still a great experience

No additional food, no entertainment options on our plane, no blanket, no pillows, no hot towels. We basically paid all that extra money for a little bigger seat. It was not worth it. This was our first time flying with United in a while and it will definitely be our last.

I requested an aisle seat and got stuck in the middle. Overall, think I will be paying the extra for any other airline than frontier.

Cons: Due to mechanical error, the flight was delayed, we missed our connecting flights, and customer service was rude. With all the added fees, my total flight round trip came out to $502.90, so the options given to me as partial refunds did NOT make sense ($180 if I refunded my entire return flight, which is way less than half my overall cost, or per customer service at my connecting location, “you’d be lucky if you got $80”, which is way less than a quarter of the overall cost). My connection was at Denver and my final destination was Seattle. My options were to fly to Portland, OR and figure out the rest on my own, at my cost. Or book the next flight to Seattle, which was 24 hours later. I got a voucher for up to $150 for hotel, but absolutely no assistance finding and booking a hotel, especially since they were sold out (I was looking for hotels just past midnight) or cost over twice the voucher. Am NOT flying Frontier again and I have shared my experience with friends, family, and co-workers and have strongly advised against this airline.

Cons: Flight was more than 1 1/2 hours late taking off after we had already boarded with only one update from captain explaining that there was a computer problem and he had no idea when it would be fixed but that they were working on it. When we finally did take off, we waited for an additional 30 minutes in Salt Lake while we waited for a gate and another 30 minutes to be allowed off after reaching the gate. Given the amount of time for security and early check-in protocol, I could have rented a car and only arrived an hour later to my destination without having to endure this flight.

Cons: The ticket was cheap so of course we booked asap! Additionally you pay for your seat, some airlines there is free options, sometimes not. But with the price of your seat and ticket with any other airline, it comes with a free carry on bag and even some small free snacks on the flight. Nope. Pay extra hefty fees for small carry on, and of course pay extra for peanuts or even water. So after everything, it’s the same price as any other airline. At least delta has TV or United has snack options or American has decent leg room. Didn’t like either Frontier plane I flew on. Now I know for the future, it’s not as cheap as I thought.

That will cost you...$10 per seat minimum, again more at the airport. Btw, those fees only cover one leg of the trip. You can save by leaving your luggage there. See how helpful we are? You think you are getting a good fare but the fees have made my trip almost three times the initial fare. United is testing similar "economy" fares. None of this information is presented upfront so it's a bait and switch scenario. Also, trying to reach a human being is nearly impossible. I feel sorry for the customer service reps, they should get hazard pay. They have to try to justify these ridiculous policies. Cons: After a 10 hour layover, they stopped the boarding process because a toilet malfunctioned and we had to wait another 45 minutes. The lack of complimentary beverages was pretty annoying as well, especially considering that after buying my tickets, I spent an additional $75 on checking bags as well as another $50+ to choose my seats at on-line check in. Of course nowhere did it mention that if I simply checked in at the airport instead of doing it online beforehand, I could be assigned seats and it wouldn't cost me anything. I drop $1000+ on airfare, checked bags, and sneaky extra fees, and you can't even give me a $.50 can of soda for free? I've flown Frontier before, but the customer service has gone downhill in the past few years. I will never use this airline again and I encourage others to do the same. They're providing an inferior service and staying in business by offering "cheaper airfair" which they make up for by tacking on exorbitant luggage fees, sneaky online fees, and neglecting customer comfort.

The thing that irks me about Frontier is that every time we fly we have to pay for bags, whether they are checked or carried on. It makes the cheap flight deceptively more expensive compared to the other airlines and you have to pay for them separately. Lose-Lose

Cons: No real complaints about the flight, HOWEVER, Frontier's luggage handlers (probably in Denver) ruined a piece of my luggage. I got home very late and didn't notice the problem until the next morning. I checked their baggage policy and noticed there was a four-hour window to report lost or damaged luggage, so I was out of luck on a $100 piece of luggage. I recognize damage can be caused by any airline, but when you have to pay to check a bag AND carry one on, you would think you'd be given more than four hours to report a problem.

Cons: I've never felt more taken advantage of by a company than I have for Frontier airlines. I purchased my ticket on a tight budget, only to find that the cost more than doubled from fees when I arrived at the airport. I was expecting to pay extra for a checked bag, but have never flown with an airline that also charges $40 for an overhead bag. I ended up spending more on luggage than my actual ticket (2 bags), which turned what would have been the cheapest flight option, into the most expensive. They also have a seat fee- yet another last minute slap-to-the face charge.

Gate was changed while I was at check-in because it was used for an Orlando flight. My flight was late getting off the ground. I have no idea why.

Cons: the aft steward was a power-hungry tyrant. He kept telling me to get into my seat which was occupied. When that could not be resolved, he told me to get out of the aisle so others could board. I was in the penultimate row and the people in my row needed to move to the last row. So who was I blocking from boarding? Also, the flight was extremely turbulent and not one seat in the last 4 rows had barf bags. As I deplaned, it looked as if 10-12 others did not have them either - - good luck cleaning that plane. The seats are sized for 5-yr olds. And lastly - you stick it to passengers with all the non-disclosed fees.

And more expensive than my other flight- only reason I took this one was because it was the only non stop flight to SLC. Paid $357 then was charged an additional $60 to pick my seat and for a carry on- what the heck was the $357 for?? Not to mention the plane was dirty- I guess they didn't have time to clean it between flights- not the crews fault I guess. I will go out of my way to avoid frontier from now on. It was my first and last flight with them. I'll take my chances on the plane they transported the Ebola patient in from overseas. How are companies with this many low ratings still in business?

Pros: getting off the plane
Cons: one crew member (aft steward) was a little tyrant. I was waiting for a seating error/confusion to be resolved and he kept harping to get out of the aisle and take my seat (which was occupied). He then closed all the overheads when we were half boarded - making new arrivals scrambling for storage. Also, all the hidden fees!! I paid 1 1/2 times my airfare in more fees. I'll fly another airline before choosing you again. I have flown over 500,000 miles in the past 20 years and this was the worst.

Pros: Crew did a fine job.
Cons: Booked over Kayak which did not inform me of the excessive charges for things like booking seats or carry-on luggage. In addition, the new Airbus planes have seats that do not recline, made of rigid foam padding, and tray tables that are smaller than an iPad Mini. There was no food or beverage without an extra fee. There was no entertainment. Frontier would be a lot further ahead if it worked with services like Kayak to report consistent cost of fairs compared to other vendors. The bottom line is that this is the last time I fly Frontier, and the last time I book using Kayak.

Pros: It was crazy cheap
Cons: The seats were tight, there was no movie, no snacks or drinks except to purchase, no tray table, and the bathrooms stunk up the plane frequently.... sigh I haven't flown in a while but I don't remember flights being this terrible

Pros: Prices we're good. The on flight staff was friendly, it's unfortunate that you have to pay extra for non alcoholic drinks and carry on bags. Gone are the days of cheap flights AND honey roasted peanuts. But I guess that's the trade off for cheap airfare now a days.
Cons: On our departing flight my husband and I had gotten us and our 4 kids up to the gate only to realize I had forgotten to add my lap child to my ticket. I get that it was not convenient but the lady was very short and rude and angry with us, she treated us like complete idiots. While it was an unfortunate thing to have slip my mind, it happens! I was bound to forget something when packing and prepping for me and 4 kids to travel. We offered to show our post on Facebook when our daughter was born as proof of age. But she gufawed that ridiculous idea. Because obviously we could have set up fake accounts and hacked the dates to make it look like our kids was under 2!! Really!?? A social security card doesn't even show birth dates. Anyway, the whole charade left us feeling very embarrassed, frustrated and like we were criminals or something. She handled things very unprofessionally and showed us no empathy whatsoever. She told us we would not be allowed onto our return flight without a ss card or birth cert. Which we got when we reached our destination. Upon boarding for the return flight the workers were great. They let us right on the flight and didn't even ask for the birth cert. or anything. They used common sense. Which is what I wished this other flight attendant had more of.

Pros: We got to our destination.
Cons: Seats are like sitting on a piece of plastic and they don't recline, which was funny every time we landed or took off they would ask to have the seats put in the upright positions. The minimal savings you think you are going to have go away quickly when you find out you have to pay for a carry on and pay for a checked bag. Oh and you want a soda and a snack on your 3.5 hour flight? better be prepared to dish out for them as well. When you are getting on the plane they have billboards going down the walkway that say Featured on Frontier and Showing soon on Frontier, but no TVs to view on. No place to plug in your devices to charge like the other airlines I use.

Cons: Rude crew, horrible boarding procedure, late take off, later arrival, tell us wrong terminal for bag claim

Pros: I find it absurd they frontier charges you to choose a seat, they charge for checked bags and for all carry-ons.

Cons: I contacted Frontier about a week before my flight to let them know my friend I was flying to visit had to make an emergency trip to see her father who was dying of liver failure. On the first attempt I was notified that only immediate family members were would be an excuse but that I could try to request through a different faucet of emergency circumstances. I put through another request and was never contacted. I did not fly to Salt Lake but I was still charged even though they could very well have sold my seat to another person and made double the money for the seat. I am very disappointed with the service I received from Frontier.

Cons: I think I overpaid because your website is not clear about when you need to pay extra for your seat and one carryon.

Cons: I got stung by the $30 each way for a carry on bag. This made the flight the most expensive of my choices rather than the most affordable. Never again.

Pros: Nothing. If I could say that I liked something, it would be that I liked that my flight wasn't any longer than it was.
Cons: Both planes (departure and returning) were old, dirty, and I have sat in more comfortable metal folding chairs than the chairs on these planes. Frontier charges for everything. They charge for seats that recline, charge outrageously for reclining seats with a ting bit more leg room, their beverage service is not free, only water is not charged. No snacks either. Luggage that is considered carry on at any other airline is charged at $60 at the gate and the flight attendants pander and really push passengers to apply for their credit card. Horrible all the way around and we will NEVER fly Frontier again. Ever.

Cons: No drink, cramped seats. The fact that they lost a price but then charge for everything else so trip actually doubles

Pros: There was no food and no entertainment. The flight was delayed 30 minutes. These are not criticisms, I did not expect food or entertainment, and delays happen. I'm just explaining the score I gave.

Cons: The seats are very uncomfortable! I have very long legs and have had my knees replaced so it was not comfortable at all!

Pros: The only thing that was bearable was the staff. They were pleasant enough and continually apologized for the massive delays.
Cons: Both flights were delayed. The return flight was delayed by three hours. I understand things happen but rather than feeding me a line of bs about how it's only going to be "a little while longer" I would have rather have been told that the flight wouldn't board till three hours later. Because the flight was so late I missed my shuttle and ended up getting a cab which was an expensive toll I was less than pleased to pay. The plane seating itself is uncomfortable as all hell. Granted I'm 6'3" with a muscular build I could have chose a stretched seat but for a 1.5 hour flight I didn't think the extra fee was worth it. This and several other minor things have convinced me to never fly Frontier again so long as I can help it.

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Pretty much the experience. I had a pretty lengthy layover to begin with. The delayed flight was absurd. It doubled my layover with little to no notification as to when it was going . It is was pushed back 5 times with no announcements from any Frontier employees. Plus once the plane finally ended up showing up, the gate was staffed with one employee that was seriously overworked. Everything was delayed again. Once we boarded the plane, there was yet another delay from the maintenance crew and there was no estimated time for departure. This seriously is making me consider never flying Frontier again.

Pros: I was sent the wrong boarding code which caused me to miss my flight. No one from the airline will look at this computer glich.

Cons: I felt duped and deceived by the slimy nature of your airline not being upfront with its prices. $13 dollars to choose a seat??!? 40 FREAKING dollars just to WALK on the plane with my carry-on?? I thought Fronteir would be like other airlines but no, I had to pay $53 TWICE just to walk on the plane for my round trip flight. If my flight is going to be $106 more than what I paid on the ticket, then tell me upfront so I can know not to fly with you guys. And after all of that, being tricked into paying more than HALF of my ticket price in stupid hidden fees, your plane was cramped and austere, lacking the padded chairs, ample legroom, normal-sized tray tables, and conplimentary beverages available on countless other airlines. So I basically paid $100 extra for a cramped and uncomfortable flight. I was disappointed in your airline as a whole and will never be flying with Fronteir again.

Cons: hidden costs..no offer of even pretzels/water.. no notification before boarding of what seats we had.. implication on web site that we HAD to choose a seat and all seats available had a $ attached.. unclear on medical carry on, some said it had to be a device you had to use on the plane to carry on w/o $ charge.. but buried in your web site was CPAP as acceptable carry on w/o charge..

Pros: The safety of the flight, kindness of the attendants and the cleanliness of the plane.
Cons: The hidden fees. I purchased a ticket not knowing that I would then have to pay for a seat! How ridiculous is that??? Did you expect I would hold on to a handle like on a subway??? If I purchase a ticket, I expect that to include a seat. Your ploy to attract people to purchase tickets, and then charge up the nose for even a seat as well as a carry on bag and peanuts, is not impressive. I will not purchase a ticket on Frontier again and I will definitely let my friends and family know that they will be paying just as much for Southwest if they do so. I'd rather know up front what the total charges will be. Very disappointed in this aspect of my purchase.

Cons: Although there were warnings that "fees may be applied", I could not find how much those fees would be until 24 hours before my flight when I checked in. Before that, I had actively searched for how much I would be charged for my seat and my luggage both online and on the phone. No answers. I described this process to a lawyer who said there is possibility for a large class action lawsuit. I ended up having to pay $70 in fees (and will again on my flight back home -- probably -- again, there's no way for me to find out from Frontier until I check in). I don't mind fees, but they should be transparent. I will never fly Frontier again.

Cons: Baggage drop lines were unbelievable. Foreign travelers were in the same line as domestic. There were only four agents to handle 100s of passengers. When I checked in online, to select a seat I had to pay an additional fee and then was also charged for my carry on bag which increased my fare by $68. In addition they do not participate in TSA precheck which further delayed my security process. Although I had allowed plenty of time (1 1/2 hours) to drop my bag and get through security by the time I got to my gate my flight was already boarding. Additionally you are charged for everything on the flight even water which for a 3 1/2 flight is ridiculous.
