Cons: "I didn't make it to Siem Reap because the first leg of the trip from IAD to London was cancelled by Virgin Atlantic after it was fully boarded. The excuse was that a flight attendant had food poisoning and was unable to fly and so the entire flight was cancelled. The Virgin team seemed unconcerned and showed NO sense of urgency to try and get people rebooked. Their solution was to rebook everyone on an evening flight the next day. If a passenger was only going to London, that was probably fine. But for people with connecting flights -- or like me with multiple connecting flights -- that wasn't acceptable."

The flight was long, so comfort would be nice! Our first flight was regular seats and I was pretty miserable and I am a slender woman 5'6". The extra 3" was great, and we had to pay more on the return trip. The FAA should be investigating seat size and safety on planes."

I want more control over my personal mobility &, lighting. Horrible headsets (bring my own). This flight departed 2.5 HRs LATE from JHB & the crew & cavin service was SLOW. NO requested second cup of tea brought - I waited 20 mins & climbed over trolleys to get another one, even though it was requested of cabin crew. Do they just ignore us? Or forget?"

I went to the airport and indeed it had arrived and for some reason it was returned to Atlanta. After endless calls and conversations I got my luggage that evening. It was very inconveniencing. Worst experience of my life. Never again."

KLM blamed the fog at Manchester but to be honest most other flights seemed unaffected. Put up in an IBIS hotel and fed substandard food and shitty hotel room with an Aircon unit that clunks into action every 30 seconds keeping me awake. It's external so I can't switch it off. Being given a 10 Euro voucher for food at the airport when most food and a drink will cost you 12 to 15 euros."

Pros: "Check in staff at counter in Chicago was very friendly and saved my trip by safely keeping a critical document that I accidentally left behind on the counter. Really friendly and attentive flight attendants on the flight."
Cons: "Aging seats and interior of plane were showing badly and it downgraded the ambience of the flight."

Cons: "The lights where not lowered down to make it easy for people to rest and make it easier to fall sleep."

Pros: "Entertainment options were fine. Crew was courteous. Boarding was fast. Flight was on time."
Cons: "Economy seats were more cramped than other international economy flights I have been on. My knees were against the seat in front of me the entire 9-hour flight. There were supposed to be 2 options for meal, but by the time I was served there was only one remaining. The meal itself was passing."

Cons: "Late change gate number. Automatic info-terminal can't read my boarding pass. Not possibility enter flight number ( AY6 - only digits, no letters) Please make WiFi low speed free. Please be atention: more than half passengers russian - there no any muvy russian audio or subtitle on TV Don't show fly with short (30min) transfering"

Pros: "In cabin crew was good. Good service"
Cons: "Crew at gate wasn't really friendly. Made some of us check in our carry ons stating that the flight was full, but I found on the plane that there was tons of overhead space after everyone had boarded. I had a connecting flight to tallin for a conference and was nervous that my checked in carry-on wouldn't make it."

Pros: "Friendly crew, modern and clean plane."
Cons: "After we landed the crew diacovet d that we had parked too far from the gate and needed to move the plane. Several passengers were anxious to deplane to connect to another flight and refused to sit down which caused further delays. The crew could have been more stern about passenger conduct as to make the process more efficient."

Cons: "Boarding process was caotic. We were delayed boarding and arriving. No explanation. Meal selection ran out by row 46 (of 57?) Not choosing finnair to fly with again"

Cons: "There was no food the stewadress we're not so kind the did not give a over only after begging them and I do not like the flight time. I like the save try very much and this is important"

Cons: "Being vegetarian I chose the pasta entree. It was good. It included a small salad. All other food was carbs- bread, crackers, a packaged dessert, ice cream, pizza, muffin. ( The pizza was good the muffin was processed gross. ) I didn't eat all the items and still felt yucky from poor nutrition. A piece of fruit in place of muffin, dessert, crackers would help a lot."

Pros: "Friendly and competent crew, on-time performance, clean and pleasantly appointed cabin, non-stop service always beats transfers!"
Cons: "Cramped seating (A330) for such a long (8.5 hrs) flight. U.S. catered food was mediocre at best."

Pros: "The flight came on time and arrived in Chicago on time. The crew were friendly."
Cons: "The sound was out on my chair, so there was no sound to the movies. The food was really kind of junky and I decided against eating most of it so I wouldn't make myself sick. The meals could really do with more produce and a few more vegan options."

Pros: "My stay in the air was approximately about an hour from stockholm to Helsinki. They smiled me and gave comfortable service as always . Thanks"
Cons: "It may be not about flying process but airport environment or service. ARN airport was a bit cold even inside of the building . The WiFi was offered only limited time , which was very shorter than I expected but overall status with cosy mood made me as if I were at home . On the other hand , the finnair check in counter had only two , one of which was business and the other was economy it took about 40mins to send my luggage and check in ."

Pros: "Flight was on time Baggage arrived on time Light breakfast was good [ I chose not to have dinner ] Slept through 95% of the red-eye flight so it was a good experience"
Cons: "Seating is cramped in economy"

Pros: "Food was provided when the flight was delayed for 2 1/2 hours. I also really liked the text update from kayak about the delay. The airline did not keep me updated but kayak did."
Cons: "The delay when it was already a 6 hour flight. I also was not able to reserve a seat because I had booked through kayak and not with the airline. Finally of the most irritating of all annoyance was that there was no movie. This was an international flight and there was no entertainment. I will never fly American Airlines again."

Pros: "The economy seating was relatively comfortable and spacious, compared to some other airlines, and we boarded and departed on time. Boarding was quick, if chaotic."
Cons: "They gave us ipads to watch movies, which were old and didn't work well, but were difficult to hold if you also got a tray or a drink. They didn't give you much water and it was hard to get service. The airplane itself looked pretty old and a little run-down."

Pros: "British airways offers amazing entertainment selections on the Screens over 25, food was good"
Cons: "Check in line was terrible, I had checked in online but still waited over a hour to bag drop, service was not great either the flight attendants were not happy at thier job.."

Pros: "comfortable seats, efficient service both getting on and off the plane,very current movies. Overall a very good experience"

Cons: "Who doesn't turn off the plane lights at night inside the cabin? Especially when you're feeling late at night? Didn't post gate until very last minute…LHR..Then it said boarding immediately. Nowhere to get water. Hurriedly Boarded plane to find out we have the sit there an hour. Girl next to me was so childish Loud mouth complaining because she couldn't sit next to her bf."

Pros: "Wonderful service from the crew, especially given that we were traveling with a toddler and an infant on such a long flight. Everything went smoothly."

Cons: "Some food has too many preservatives, margarine served instead of butter."

Cons: "The crew moved me to another seat on the return flight which allowed me entertainment but I hadThe entertainment console at my seat location on both flights to and from London did not work. That's 10 hours! to move away from my companions."

Pros: "Two hours late leaving Miami. Just made my CDG connection with 2 minutes to spare thanks to faster delivery of luggage at CDG"

Pros: "Finnair is always a pleasure and Helsinki is an attractive and well-run airport."

Cons: "The flight attendants blocked off the last three rows of seats and laid down and went to sleep!"

Pros: "I am not sure why when i bought my ticket on kayak just fly was the company I had to deal with. They are extortionist. They should be deleted from your website."
Cons: "Tried to change my flight, line got disconnected, when I called back the fees went from 500 to 1100 - they couldn't justify why. I will never use kayak again if these kind of people is who I have to deal with coupled with awful customer service they hung up on me three times."

Pros: "The crew was friendlier than on the other airlines we took on our trip. The seats were cramped (coming from someone average height) and the middle and window seats have a combined under the seat compartment so you don't feel like you have personal space. I wish the breakfast was more substantial, but other than that it was a wonderful flight and I would definitely take it again!"

Pros: "This was actually a USAirways flight now rebranded as American. A lot of people had to check baggage. There was no in-seat video entertainment. The crew were surly."

Cons: "Checking luggage was a nightmare. I stood well over an hour in line. We barely made the flight, and afterwards our luggage was lost, and it still has not been found. The wheelchair that I had ordered for my travelling companion was not there, either at Manchester or Philadelphia. The seats that I had reserved were given away to someone else. Whilst the plane flight itself was okay, the airport experiences on either end were miserable."

Pros: "The staff were incredible and helpful. The entertainment made the flight go much faster. The airplane was comfortable and clean. Great flight"
Cons: "The passengers next to me smelled severely of body odor. I know that this isn't something the flight crew can do anything about but it made my flight really uncomfortable. Thankfully the seat next to me opened. So I loved a seat away- but even that couldn't mask the smell!"
