The airline took directions from a corrupt official with the Colombian immigration office and cancelled my return flights. I was forced to purchase an additional ticket, travel on and separate flight from my wife and children. I then had to spend several hours waiting to resolve the case in person. The customer service at LATAM is a joke. If I'd received this treatment in the United States, I would have filed a lawsuit for their infringement on my rights and collaboration with the discriminatory practices of the Colombian immigration office in Bogota."

Well, they decided to move up my connector such that I had 25 minutes to run across 2 terminals. They only give you pretzels on the plane, and a single soda drink. They offer you "food bundles" but why do I want to pay $8 for a sandwich that costs $1 to make."

Cons: "While on the plane at the gate, had to wait 20 mins for someone to hang my jacket (had to ask and the person came back 5 mins later) despite the fact that the attendant immediately checked on the guy next to me when he sat down, who apparently had status with United (attendant ignored me). I guess a $7,000 fare doesn't warrant special attention. I had to ask the same attendant for other items at times, but he'd forget and I'd have to ask someone else. Also, the seats were decent yet a bit crowded IMHO. I'm 5'10" and my feet were crammed up against the front of the space when fully reclined. The width of the seat area was a bit tight as well. Finally, they have 2 heads (toilets) that serve both the business class section ( maybe 50 people) as well as the front of economy. One of the pilots was waiting at the same time as me and agreed that it was a pretty questionable layout for the number of seats covered. All in all, not my favorite airline and nothing on this trip so far changed that view."

They wasn't asked to fit there carry on to the box she just let them in the flight with their bags thats a shame to united airlines who use to be until today my favorite and most recommended flight company. As a result of having my carry on checked in, for now my ride need to be delyed that's going to cost me! Who is going to pay for it thats what im asking, besides the lady was acting rude but i dont know her name unfortunately, in my carry on i have important documents if they are going to be damaged because that lady desid to check my bag in the box and determined un truly that it wont fit (only mine) that won't be good. Cons: "6'2" broad shoulders and uncomfortable. Sitting by the window meant my leg had to be 5 inches over due to the curvature of the plane. Both of my knees were on the back of the seat and I was at an angle. The lady next to me looked like she did't like me being turned toward her. Many extra seats including the emergency exit row (that has more room) was available when we took off but I was told we couldn't sit there without paying extra. Cheap 1 hour flight. Won't tolerate it for anything else."
