This was a nightmare flight. There was no Wi-Fi or entertainment of any sort. It got incredibly warm and they didn’t serve drinks until about 1/2 hour before we landed. Ugh….came off flight sweaty and thirsty.

Short staff and late didn’t ask for the water also

I'm sure she did not make it. It took 5-10 minutes to deplane from the wing seats with everyone standing in the aisle."

I liked the direct flight from ORD-RSW. The plane was relatively new, clean, and in good shape. I didn’t like the two hour delay or the waiting an hour after we landed for my checked luggage. After a scheduled landing of 7:50 PM we didn’t head to our car until after 11 PM.

The gentleman working the register was very pleasant and was a welcome personality so early in the day. As a service member, I would like to thank him for his service. He was consistent in asking patrons whether they’d like to purchase a travel kit for the troops. A few patrons were abrupt and responded rudely but he maintained a level head and pressed on. Great attitude and professionalism. Thank you very much for your support! Also, I was able to get my Military discount applied towards my purchase which enabled me to purchase 1 travel kits for my fellow service members. A little goes a long way and when returning from deployments or coming home for R&R, it tends to be hectic and I, myself have often forgotten toiletries which I was able to get from the USO. The USO staff were also friendly and did an amazing job handling all of the personnel that funneled in, exhausted. Great attitudes and clean facilities. I would love to see an expansion to this USO location. They were full up this day, thank you for having this available to us! TSgt Angela Santiago Otero, USAF"

When putting down the tray table, it pressed against our stomachs. The landing was the worst and scariest one I've experienced in over 40 yrs of frequent flying. We hit so fast and hard that the plane teetered from one wheel to the other and fish tailed so hard that people's necks were hurt. If possible, I'll never fly United again."

The crew, I guess tired, seemed bothered by the company of the passengers. The line to wait at the gate was very unorganized and confusing. No one knew which line was for which gate and people where cutting into lines everywhere. The airlines should provide better guidance for its passengers. I was connecting from Germany with Lufthansa and wow what a difference in customer service."

Went to the desk rebooked the flight she asked if I had my boarding passes which I didn't because she hadn't printed them she then got them for me. I finally board the plane to get to Chicago and needless to say again the crew was held up and put me into another delay. I gave United another chance to do things well as I have had similar experiences in the past they failed. I would rather spend more money than deal with such frustration."

With gas prices falling to record lows, why do airlines still charge these additional fees? Oh, I guess we're used to paying them, so let's not stop now. For my carry on to fly with me, it cost about 20% of the total fare. The percentage of total fare price would be much higher, but my particular flight was $259. If I had flown into Ft Lauderdale instead of Ft Myers, the fare would have been $103, making the baggage fee over 50% of the total cost...this should be looked into."

Cons: "I specifically bought a suitcase that met Spirit's personal bag requirements. In fact, it was a little under the airline's 18/14/8 dimensions. My bag is 17/13/7 and I did not have to pay for a carry-on in Fort Myers. However, after bringing the SAME suitcase with the same amount of stuff in it to Baltimore, I had to pay $65 at the gate on my return flight back to Florida. I would have gladly paid $40 online for a carry-on if my suitcase was over the personal bag requirements; however, I followed the requirements and it was not. I bought a bag based on the airline's stated dimensions. Clearly, there is no way for me to tell whether or not it fits in their sizer box before I arrive at the airport. Online it says the dimensions include wheels and handles, but it did not say the personal bag had to fit into the sizer box upright. No where on Spirit's site does it say a personal item is not considered a suitcase either. Had I been able to put my suitcase in on its side, it would have fit without a problem. This airline is misleading their customers, and, frankly, what happened to me is bullshit. Baltimore also took 10-15 minutes to search my bag and never offered me an explanation. At all. I thought that was very and uncalled for. The ticket agent at the Spirit boarding counter in Fort Myers was also incredibly rude. The woman did not appear to be in a good mood and it was clear she did not want to be there. However, I do not think she should have taken it out on the airline's customers. In short, I will never fly with Spirit again."

She instructed us to remain on carpet and out of galley-flight attendant area she said. I did that and she still asked me and another passenger to move. "Standing near my doorway scares me" she said. I also heard her reprimand mothers with children very un-professionally. Not very nice table manners."

I was a1/2 inch too wide so I paid the $55 and found that people were boarding with big backpacks and not paying. My bag fit easily under the seat. Can this money be redeemed?"

Second,gates 37&38 have a SMALL TSA checkpoint causing line confusions between entry to TSA and ticketing. Last the seating area cannot hold the passengers put in there, not enough seats,not enough toilets,no public water fountain, All these have me considering a complaint to the fire marshal and the health dept. The area is a hazard Pack your planes BUT not public areas"
Cons: "I was charged $62 because my son was not allowed to take his skateboard on the plane. Also, I think $55 for a carry on is criminal."
Pros: "I had an unpleasant situation with Spirit before. .I gave you the benefit of the doubt and it was just as bad..Everyone was complaining of your baggage fees or something else..We then had to wait over 30 minutes at baggage. ..Unacceptable."

Pros: "I got to Chicago 2 and a half hours before my flight got my boarding pass and went through security. When I was boarding I had no ticket so I had to wait until last to get on the plane. In fact there were a few who did not get board. Other than that the plane was delayed we moved boarding shoots and no complimentary water on board. It all added up to a below par flight for me"

Cons: "Plane 34 full & yet at 77 old I was seated with 2 young students..with empty rows & seats. I FEEL THE CREW SOULD HAVE NOTED THIS & OFFERED ANOTHER SEAT."

Cons: "Wait time to board flight. Understandable for flight delays due to weather or mechanical problems ( to be taken care of in a timely manner). Not only did both of these issues play into flight departure, but also a 2 hr. delay waiting for a pilot. Pilot arrives we are all anxious to board plane. Seated and ready to go and pilot announces another slight delay, now waiting for a co-pilot. One hour later, still strapped in and ready for take off, the co-pilot boards plane. Needless to say, approx. 3 hours after scheduled departure we are finally in the air. Arriving at 2:30 am made it tough for pick-up arrangements."
Cons: "I was seated next to 2 people who were clearly very ill as they were wearing masks covering their nose and mouth and exhibited numerous symptoms. I asked to be reseated but there were no other seats. Within 12 hours I came down with a terrible stomach flu and have been vomiting and diarhea nonstop for the last 12 hours. I have never been this sick in my life. The airlines should do a better job protecting people from other sick people in such proximity. I have an important job interview Monday which I will undoubtedly miss as a result and have never felt this bad"

Cons: "Our flight was delayed about two hours. I was informed at 4:30am that the 7:30am flight was on time. When I arrived at the airport at 5:45am the board indicated the flight was delayed."
Pros: "Haven't flown in 10 years! Spirit Airlines were awesome! Plane ride and staff were incredible"
Pros: "You can't find a better bargain than this airline. Yea that don't offer the in-flight amenities like peanuts and pop (free) but who cares."
Cons: "Spirit refuses to participate in TSA Pre-Check; as a result, I will avoid Spirit flights in the future"

Cons: "See above. On a positive note, the flight attendants were excellent."

Pros: "Good crew, they were jovial and made the best of a less than great situation and made light of the little space and charging for everything. When they were not able to serve because of the turbulence they instructed passengers to hit the call button and they would try to serve them individually, of course for a fee."
Cons: "Absolutely no room. I felt like a veal calf! I am a small woman but cannot imagine a full grown, tall man sitting in those seats. Passengers all remarked about the little space. Very turbulent flight, not their fault, weather issues. Had to purchase everything even water, more leg room, carry on bags, etc. Good price if you are small, do not need luggage and remember to bring your own food and water."
Pros: "It was a good flight except there isn't much leg room on your planes and it would be nice to recline a little. Also, the charge for carry-ons is excessive and makes other airlines more appealing."
