Very minor - They inconsistently weigh hand carry luggage even if I have the exact same hand carry luggage as my companion. They only weighed mine. Apart from that, it pays to arrive very early in the check in counter. ☺

The staff were amazingly nice and professional. The flight wasn't full, so I had an entire row to myself. They even gave me exit row, so I had extra room.

The flight was delayed 3 hours. We boarded late, but even once we boarded we waited even longer before taking off. Food was only for pay (even with the delay). No entertainment in the headrest.

The crew was very nice and helpful.

My seat was broken and would go back if I leaned on it too hard. We were delayed for so long and sat on the runway (perhaps the airports fault). There was no overhead room for our carry-on luggage and no one was very helpful about it. Other passengers around us had the same issue with the carry-on luggage.

Getting to my Destination

Flight was delayed 4 hours they said due to congestion, however at least 4 other flights left before us going to Hong Kong that were not delayed. The staff at the counter lined everyone up to board only to hand out free water and cake send us back to our seats. The plane wasn't even there yet. Everyone was very confused and upset. After finally boarding the plane it was dirty. Tray table wad really sticky and there was a used cup in my seat I had to remove before sitting. Also my seat did not recline so I was very uncomfortable with small amount of leg room. The flight was supposed to land in Hong Kong at 7:15 by the time we got to hotel it was 1:30am. It's a shame I had to pay for the whole night at the Hotel.

Food was actually pretty good, for an airline that is. F/A's were very polite, and professional.

First flight was delayed 2 1/2 hours. Second flight was delayed 3 1/2 hours. Seats were very uncomfortable. Head rest doesn't adjust. Lost my phone on the airplane back to Manila. I tried to call Air Asia, and they sent me to airport lost and found. Airport lost and found sends me to Air Asia,........... after about 10 times of doing that I finally got an Air Asia rep on the phone to take me seriously. But she didn't see too concerned or interested in finding my phone for me. I told her to check the plane, and contact me if they found it or not....... NO reply! So I called back the day after, and again, got the run around...... Now, this second assistant I told the same thing. No communications or customer care with this airline. I worked for the airlines for 14 years, and I could check a plane for a cell phone in about 10 minutes, and get back to you... Air Asia that's like pulling hens teeth!

Can't think of anything I liked.

Unforeseen luggage charges that were way too expensive. Would not have flown the airline had I realized they charged for luggage on international flights. The charge was about $150, for the same luggage I brought with me for free on two prior international flights that were part of the same trip, on much better airlines for about the same ticket price. I could have tolerated a charge of $50, but I found $150 to be outrageous. Seats were narrow, legs hit the back of the seat in front. No need for such a configuration, since the flight was only 1/3 full. I won't fly Cebu Pacific again. Congratulations, you lost my business.

I BOUGHT ANOTHER TICKET WITH PHILIPPINE AIRLINES, WHICH LEFT LATER, TODAY AND I HAD NO PROBLEM. NO EXCUSES. SO I PAID TWICE FOR A TICKET TO MANILA FROM BANGKOK. THE BIG PROBLEM IS EVEN WHEN I GOT TO THE AIRPORT WAY AHEAD OF TIME, THE CEBU PACIFIC PEOPLE, JUST DO NOT CARE, THEY DO NOT GIVE A DAM. THIS HAS COST ME A LOT OF MONEY. AND TIME AND STRESS, THERE IS NO REASON TO NOT LET ME ON THE PLANE. I GAVE THEM THE INFORMATION, THEY NEEDED. THE SAME INFORMATION AS I GAVE PHILIPPINE AIRLINES, THAT I DID FLY WITH. Air Asia said, my ticket was refunded back to my account, I called my card company and talked to the air Asia crew teller at the airport's counter at the same time. My card said, my purchased went through successfully but air Asia at Manila airport didn't understand that! My parents went home straight front the airport frustrated!! So I had to purchased another plane tickets with anothe airline, and now they're enjoying Macau and Hong Kong!! I will not give you my business ever again and my whole family. :( P.s I even got a flight reminder email on 1/22/16 and their flight with you was supposedly yesterday 1/28/16. -not a happy customer-

Can't think of anything I liked.

Unforeseen luggage charges that were way too expensive. Would not have flown the airline had I realized they charged for luggage on international flights. The charge was about $150, for the same luggage I brought with me for free on two prior international flights that were part of the same trip, on much better airlines for about the same ticket price. I could have tolerated a charge of $50, but I found $150 to be outrageous. Seats were narrow, legs hit the back of the seat in front. No need for such a configuration, since the flight was only 1/3 full. I won't fly Cebu Pacific again. Congratulations, you lost my business.

Very minor - They inconsistently weigh hand carry luggage even if I have the exact same hand carry luggage as my companion. They only weighed mine. Apart from that, it pays to arrive very early in the check in counter. ☺

The crew was very nice and helpful.

My seat was broken and would go back if I leaned on it too hard. We were delayed for so long and sat on the runway (perhaps the airports fault). There was no overhead room for our carry-on luggage and no one was very helpful about it. Other passengers around us had the same issue with the carry-on luggage.

The bad started at the ticket counter where I received a $135 baggage fee. There website is specifically constructed to hide baggage allowances. The flight was approximately two hours later commuting due to "late turns on previous sectors." Updates were not provided so you had to sit for hours in the gate listening to constant gate calls for other flights. There is essentially no restaurants on the concourse. Inflight meals were all pay as you go. I was not asked if I wanted a meek, I guess because I wasn't Filipino. Filipinos around me were offered meals. Never again!

I checked in online. No checked bags. Went straight through security. Departure screen not working AGAIN. No company logo identifying Air Asia at gate. Asked employees at 3 other airlines and security. All of them told me they couldn't or wouldn't help. Had to crisscross the terminal for 90 minutes trying to find any sign of where AA was flying from. Inexcusable.

Getting to my Destination

Flight was delayed 4 hours they said due to congestion, however at least 4 other flights left before us going to Hong Kong that were not delayed. The staff at the counter lined everyone up to board only to hand out free water and cake send us back to our seats. The plane wasn't even there yet. Everyone was very confused and upset. After finally boarding the plane it was dirty. Tray table wad really sticky and there was a used cup in my seat I had to remove before sitting. Also my seat did not recline so I was very uncomfortable with small amount of leg room. The flight was supposed to land in Hong Kong at 7:15 by the time we got to hotel it was 1:30am. It's a shame I had to pay for the whole night at the Hotel.

Air Asia said, my ticket was refunded back to my account, I called my card company and talked to the air Asia crew teller at the airport's counter at the same time. My card said, my purchased went through successfully but air Asia at Manila airport didn't understand that! My parents went home straight front the airport frustrated!! So I had to purchased another plane tickets with anothe airline, and now they're enjoying Macau and Hong Kong!! I will not give you my business ever again and my whole family. :( P.s I even got a flight reminder email on 1/22/16 and their flight with you was supposedly yesterday 1/28/16. -not a happy customer-

Cheap fare

I took four flights with Cebu recently and all were delayed by 1-4hours. So were all the other flights arriving and departing around that time. I'd love to see statistics on their punctuality...I'm guessing they are one of the worst airlines based on my eexperience. What makes it worse is they dribble the delays out bit by bit with terrible information. It keeps you stuck at the gate rather than giving you more freedom to go elsewhere in the airport to kill time.

Large, new plane, modern. Wonderful crew.

Air traffic into and out of Manila is heavy and causes delays. We waited 19 minutes to land coming into Manila and my Hong Kong flight waited 15 minutes on the tarmac waiting to take off.
