Pros: "Crew was hospitable. :) movies were great."
Cons: "Snacks were lackluster."
Pros: "The flight crew was nice. They kept us well hydrated."
Cons: "I expected more from the in-flight entertainment on a 6 hour flight. If I had known I would have brought my own tablet and watched the free in-flight movies that were offered via free Wi-Fi."
Pros: "Entertainment on screens"
Cons: "The gate agent made us starting in boarding group 6 out of 9 to check sizes of bags in the size box and she got into a verbal fight with another passenger. One guy told her she could board but the gate agent said no it didn't fit and she couldn't board. Then the agent claimed she had to gate check her bag and claimed there were no overhead spaces left. So everyone after that had to gate check. When I boarded there were at least 8 empty bins and I had not even gotten to my seat in row 22. The gate agent lied and slowed down the entire boarding process because she want to win a fight and show dominance over a passenger."

Cons: "Boarding was chaotic."
Pros: "That we arrived safely and on time"
Cons: "The food was horrible for such a long flight and the seats were uncomfortable. Most airlines have neck braces to place one's head on. Neither flight had anything for one's head. I had my own blanket fortunately because it was cold...then hot... If one did not have an iPad or computer watching anything was impossible on a 6 hour flight. Never going to take this flight again aGAIN...NEVER PAID ADDITIONAL ON SUCH A LONG FLIGHT FOR SEATS. NEXT TIME I'LL STAND."

Pros: "Fast boarding and left gate on time on a holiday"

Cons: "No screens on a new plane"
Pros: "Everything was ok."
Cons: "I STRONGLY dislike how the airline acts as if they are the immigration and they demanded that I buy a very expensive plane ticket to show that I would be leaving Argentina within 3 months. There are so many expats in Buenos Aires and they all buy tickets in Argentina to go to Uruguay within 3 months. Upon showing the immigration of Argentina my USA passport at the entry, they have NEVER asked me for any kind of proof that I would be leaving within 3 months. At first I started to purchase a ticket to Uruguay by boat and the attendant even asked me the website of the boat because she told me that these problems come up all the time for expats going to Argentina for longer than 3 months. You are ONLY AN AIRLINE. YOU ARE NOT THE IMMIGRATION OF ARGENTINA. Having this said, I never plan to fly Avianca again."

Cons: "Reading knight on plane were so dim they were useless"
Pros: "N/A flight was cancelled."
Cons: "Flight was delayed and finally cancelled."

Pros: "All of it"
Pros: "You had genuine people working."
Cons: "Flight was delay for a long time."
