Cons: "I have been a big fan of JetBlue and even have had its Mosaic status for several years. But I have started to have negative experiences related to maintenance of the planes. This flight was an example. We boarded the plane only to be told we had to get off. They had to do engine maintenance, as the engine seemed to be using or losing too much oil, according to the Captain. We finally re-boarded and arrived in Boston about 40 minutes late. Not too bad, but the pattern of maintenance issues I have experienced concerns me."

After deplaning, we stood at the gate for thirty minutes and weren't given vouchers for refreshments on the concourse nor bottles or at least bottles of water. Finally we were called for boarding, and then 10 minutes after that, the first passenger actually got on. After a second boarding we made it out to the runway... where we sat for another 40 minutes. Keep in mind, this particular plane has no seat outlets nor in seat entertainment systems, so most people had either dead or dying phones at this point, rendering the "complimentary in flight entertainment" available through the United app useless. Once we were finally in air, we weren't comped drinks or Internet or any other amenity offered by United. I've been stuck in situations like this on other airlines, but they worked to provide the barest glimmer of hospitality. Fly the friendly skies? Nah, we'll overcharge you for everything because our business model is unsustainable but our majority shareholders couldn't care less. A Star Alliance Member™."

Once I got in the plane I saw a tennis racket in one of the overhead bins. I'm writting this for two reasons: 1. I'm mad because I paid $45 for nothing. 2. I'm bored because we landed in Austin 30 minutes ago and I'M STILL INSIDE THE PLANE!!"

Seat positions were fixed, and Frontier have clearly put a great deal of effort into cramming as many people as possible into the aircraft. Food and drink, any did and drink, were available only for purchase. There 's no entertainment, even for purchase."

Cons: "The seats were tiny and looked really uncomfortable but I paid extra to be in a more comfortable seat which was noticeably better and had lots of leg room, Seems like you could give everyone a decent seat with a bit of padding. Paying for extra leg room really isn't fair to those of us over 6 feet tall."

Cons: "There were too many added costs. In the end it is more expensive to fly Frontier than other airlines. The pricing is deceiving."

Cons: "Delayed on leaving then again on arrival. Plus $60 to carry on a bag is extremely misleading. The seat was tiny and it did not make sense to pay another $50 each way for extra leg room. I read an article about how some airlines are making things so uncomfortable that it will inevitably force people to pay for comfort. This is an unethical business practice. People have been jailed for doing less damage to humanity."
