They patrolled the aisles and routine pointed at passengers directing them in a hostile manner to keep their masks on their faces, even when they were trying to eat or drink. They also threatened customers by stating it was a federal law several times. It was very uncomfortable to say the least. I will not fly delta again by choice."

Because I was told by 2 different people AND the flight announcement that I had to, it caused a lot of undue stress when I waited for my bag and it never showed up, because it was being sent all the way to Merida, my final destination. I thought my bag was lost, and I was scared flying to another country by myself, so it would have really helped my trip if they understood to tell me to look on my baggage receipt what city it said on there."

I left my Anker battery pack on my flight from IAD to YUL. I didn't notice until I had gotten to the international gate for my connecting flight. Not only did the gate representative go out of his way to contact United to find it, he also helped me get back throught security, so I could get to the United counter and pick it up. Stellar service from Air Canada!
Being forced to listen to commercials before and after takeoff, being charged for every little thing, in flight entertainment that doesn’t work, on and on.

I paid for priority but my flight was delayed. They rebooked my flight to other airline. I got an economy seat. Total waste.
My trip was good with no waiting time and it was on time flight. Overall it was no hassle during the flight interning airport to board and coming out from the arrival airport.
1. Was forced by gate attendant to check my carry on bag while boarding along with person behind me. The flight was half full and there would have been plenty of room for the bag. She was rushed and must have made a mistake and both of our bags were lost and not delivered for 30 hours after landing, forcing me to wear same clothes 2 days in a row at a business conference. Baggage people for Air Canada also would not take a report of the missing bag until it had been missing for over an hour, causing me to miss soonest train into downtown. 2. The posted boarding time was 9:00 AM for the 9:30 flight but they started boarding around 8:30 to try to finish early and get us there faster. In the hurry didn't get the chance to use the restroom beforehand, but once boarded we sat on the runway waiting for takeoff for over an hour and did not actually depart until around 10:00AM. Was unable to use restroom or anything else while just sitting in a line on the runway. 3. Email communications prior to flight said there would be wi-fi available but there was most certainly no wifi to use, had planned the time to be able to catch up on work but was not able to accomplish anything
Cancelled connection resulted in my 7 hour travel extended to 22 hours
