The gentleman in the seat in front of me had packed some oxygen bottles in his bags and a handler came onboard to address this. He was polite and very understanding that the man was meeting a cruise ship in Seattle and needed them as life support. The handler took an address from him and said he would take the bottles to Fedex near the airport and sent them to him. And the passenger could send him the money later! I thin k the handler's name was Bob. He needs a commendation foe going the extra mile for a passenger! Find him and buy him dinner."

Cons: "The flight left two hours late. Apparently this happens a lot with this flight these days because it's an Airbus 380 coming from Paris to Dulles and turning around. The incoming flight was two hours late, so the departure was late. Our arrival in Paris was late. We made the flight, but our luggage didn't. Our return flight from Paris to Dulles was half an hour late because of people from connecting flights. We arrived about 30 minutes late, but no big deal (unless you had a connection)"

Cons: "To be clear, I do not have an issue with overweight people. That being said, I was put in an extremely uncomforatable position on this flight. My seatmate was a woman who easily weighed 400 pounds without the slightest exageration and was 5'7 at best. She carried all of her weight in her midsection and behind, which was truly uncomforatable for us both. As she attempted to squeeze into the aisle seat it became apparent that with the armrest down it was not going to happen. She raised the armrest and finally maneuvered into her seat and part of mine also. Not only was her bottom in my seat but her stomach was resting on my entire right leg. It felt like a toddler was sitting on my lap. This was beyond uncomfortable and embarrassing for us both as it was clear that she knew how intrusive this was and kept apologizing. My leg went to sleep after about 15 minutes so I asked to be let out. I approached the flight attendent and requested that my seat be changed to which she responded that the flight was full. I know it wasn't because I could see an empty seat about four rows in front of me. Finally I sat back down but every 15 minutes or so she would get uncomforatable and get up to stretch. The first time it was a welcomed break, until she came back and flopped in her seat with so much force that it felt like someone had ran and jumped in my lap. This occurred 4 or 5 times during the flight. I am not sure what the policy is for obese passengers, but it should be relooked. As a passenger I should not be put in a position to address another passengers weight. I also should not have to pay for a seat and only get to use 2/3 of it. Lastly, no one should ever be allowed to put their body parts on top of another persons lap and that be considered ok."

Cons: "We left DC late because of Delta's inefficient boarding process. We landed in Atlanta late. Our flight to Sioux Falls left early, without us. My pregnant wife and I made it to the gate 4 minutes before the scheduled departure and they told us the plane was already gone and there was no way for us to get on the plane. Our bags did make it to Sioux Falls, so my wife didn't have her prenatal vitamins, , we had no clean clothes and we were forced to spend the night in Atlanta. The saddest part of yet another terrible experience with Delta was that they offered us a "discounted" room at a terrible Howard Johnson for $72. I looked online and the same hotel was $65 to book on Kayak. So basically Delta was trying to scam us after they screwed us. Thanks Delta! Instead we paid $200+ to stay at an airport hotel. Every time I fly Delta I regret it, yet occasionally I get forced to take their awful airline to get somewhere I need to go. It never fails to add another bad Delta experience to my long list of failings from this SAD!!! airline."

Also I didnt like that i had to stand and wait for 3 hours in the line because my flight was canceled but no one could let us know if there gonna be any flights within the day. I slept in the airport because i couldnt find a hotel to spend the night close to the airport. They were all full and i had no time to find one since I was waiting there for 3 hours with no informational. I slept on the floor and delta didnt even offer us a blanket. That was my worst trip ever."

Pros: "I am 6'6" 300 pounds ... So I regularly book first class for trips over 2 hours in length ... Delta remains my #1 choice for both value and overall experience in first class. The difference between Delta and all other domestic carriers is just overwhelming. United and American/US Air could learn a lot from Delta. I could have flown this trip direct on United, but chose to fly through Atlanta on Delta for less money and a better experience from the baggage check to the gate to the in-flight experience."

All should of went well from there but they sent me to the wrong gate. Luckily I just made it to the correct gate for boarding. Upon arriving at Chicago there was no one available to provide information on how to get to Royal Jordanian gates. Also on my AA portion of my flight coming into The U S in New York the flight was cancelled and I was told the next flight Available was next day (18hr delay) at the other NY airport. I had to have someone drive from D.C. (My destination) to pick me up"

Had they provided our bags to us when we exited the plane, or told us in advance that there would be no space and they would be offering free bag check, that would have mitigated the situation. Instead they wait till the last minute costing us valuable time. In the future, they should pay us the 25 dollar bag fee when they arbitrarily make this decision."

After 3 weeks, he was stable enough to come back to Houston on an air ambulance. As I travelled with him on the air ambulance, I was unable to use the return portion of my round-trip ticket. I provided documentation of the situation and requested a refund. I received $106 on a $715 ticket. There was no explanation of how they determined the refund, but I'm not happy."

On my flight there, my flight was delayed almost an hour, it was a late flight and the late arrival threw my sleep schedule off for the beginning of the trip, however, this delay was not the worst from frontier airlines. Thats right, my flight home was delayed even further. I was on flight 1182 from MCO to PVD and my flight was delayed more than an hour. This completely disrupted my homecoming as my ride home was on a tight schedule and was forced to cancel picking me up because it inconvenienced her. My flight was expensive, costing me $114, and didn’t even include my checked bags! Charging more for carry on keeps the cabin clear, buy a bottle of water in the airport and skip the in flight food service. Planes are clean, reasonabley comfortable. Crews are professional."

Cons: "My flight was a very early morning flight scheduled to depart at 6:25AM. After parking my car in the long term place, the driver was a bit slow and I arrived at the counter at 5:45AM. There was a line of people for the next flight. So I went straight to the lady at the counter and said my flight would leave shortly. Can you please take care of my check in. Her name is Carol. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. She basically brushed me off by saying you are too late for your flight. I said I still have 40 minutes and if you can check me in I can still avail my flight. She didn't even bother to listen to me and asked me to stand on the side and when she would be done with other passengers then she would listen to me. I couldn't wait because my brother was having a surgery the same day in LA for which I was flying and my brother was alone. Unless I arrived on time, they wouldn't even do the surgery and he would then suffer more. So I rushed to the Delta counter and found a flight that would allow me to arrive in LA on time. I had to pay full price to Delta to buy a complete new ticket and thus I availed my journey to LA from Cincinnati. I couldn't use Frontier flight. I used it only when I was returning from LA and didn't use the Delta flight for my return journey. It ended up wasting so much extra money that I wish I didn't have to. After buying ticket from Delta I once again returned to Frontier counter since I had time available now. By this time the Frontier counter was empty. Another lady who was at the counter, she actually witnessed what just happened a few minutes ago with me and she said she was sorry. She said Carol could have easily accommodated me. She gave me a piece of printed information that says "To File a compliment or Complaint". I called that number but that was an invalid number though it redirected me to the correct number. The person who took the call, listened but did nothing. I am totally upset with your handling. And oh yes, during my return I noticed so many fellow passengers were being harassed in a similar way at the LA airport. There is price they were being asked to pay for everything including a particular seat of their choice. How ridiculous. I will never avail Frontier service in the future again unless my issue is paid proper attention to and resolved satisfactorily."
