Travelers must complete a disclosure and attestation form before departure.
Exemptions or waiver to the testing requirements may be granted by the CDC on an extremely limited basis when emergency travel (like an emergency medical evacuation) must occur to preserve someone’s life, health against a serious danger, or physical safety and testing cannot be completed before travel.
US citizens and permanent residents arriving from the UK must present a medical certificate with a negative COVID-19 PCR or antigen test result issued within 72 hours prior to departure.
Travelers arriving in New York State must complete the Traveler Health Form.

The gentleman in the seat in front of me had packed some oxygen bottles in his bags and a handler came onboard to address this. The handler took an address from him and said he would take the bottles to Fedex near the airport and sent them to him. And the passenger could send him the money later! I thin k the handler's name was Bob. He needs a commendation foe going the extra mile for a passenger! Find him and buy him dinner."

Cons: "To be clear, I do not have an issue with overweight people. That being said, I was put in an extremely uncomforatable position on this flight. My seatmate was a woman who easily weighed 400 pounds without the slightest exageration and was 5'7 at best. She carried all of her weight in her midsection and behind, which was truly uncomforatable for us both. As she attempted to squeeze into the aisle seat it became apparent that with the armrest down it was not going to happen. She raised the armrest and finally maneuvered into her seat and part of mine also. Not only was her bottom in my seat but her stomach was resting on my entire right leg. It felt like a toddler was sitting on my lap. This was beyond uncomfortable and embarrassing for us both as it was clear that she knew how intrusive this was and kept apologizing. My leg went to sleep after about 15 minutes so I asked to be let out. I approached the flight attendent and requested that my seat be changed to which she responded that the flight was full. I know it wasn't because I could see an empty seat about four rows in front of me. Finally I sat back down but every 15 minutes or so she would get uncomforatable and get up to stretch. The first time it was a welcomed break, until she came back and flopped in her seat with so much force that it felt like someone had ran and jumped in my lap. This occurred 4 or 5 times during the flight. I am not sure what the policy is for obese passengers, but it should be relooked. As a passenger I should not be put in a position to address another passengers weight. I also should not have to pay for a seat and only get to use 2/3 of it. Lastly, no one should ever be allowed to put their body parts on top of another persons lap and that be considered ok."

United crew hid in the galley the whole trip wit lititle to no interaction with passengers. My flight today on Delta was great; food really excellent (Chicken Tika) and the crew was great as usual. Then we ran to the gate inky to find the gate was closed less than 2 minutes before we arrived. At least 20 others also missed the plane because of the lack of crew and long lines checking bags. It was frustrating, irritating, uncaring crew checking in, and a bit rude. Then on of my checked luggage was lost enroute - which made getting off the flights even later which made me miss a meeting that I was scheduled to be at. All because you didn't have the crew needed to check in."

Cons: "We arrived at 3pm for our 545pm flight. Once we arrived at the gate, we were notified the aircraft would be coming in late (10-15) due to tech issues. The AA staff was aware the plane had mech issues and decided to board us anyways. After 45 mins of sitting and waiting around in our seats, the pilot preceded to ask us to deplane the aircraft. AA gave us a lousy food voucher and booked us on the next available flight to Miami which wasn't until 1145pm! AA crew/staff handled the situation in a disappointing manner. The AA crew at the gate spoke in a condescending manner as if were young kids! I was appalled by that! I will not be flying AA anytime soon!"

Cons: "My original flight was cancelled so my group was bumped to an earlier flight. However, when we arrived at th airport at 6 am, it turned out that the rest of my group was on that flight but that my ticket was cancelled entirely, and I couldn't get on the new plane because it was oversold-- meaning that, without any warning, I was stranded at the airport in DC at 6 am with not only single available flight that would get me to Indiana in time for work. I ended up having to take a train to Baltimore to catch a flight from there to NC to connect to Indiana- but then that flight was delayed for 2 hours so I missed my connecting flight. By the time I finally arrived in Indiana I was 6 hours late to work. There was no reimbursement for the additional travel expenses, and not even an apology. Then flying back the next day, they cancelled our flight again and we had to rent a van and drive back overnight from Indiana (15 hours drive). I have never had such a miserable travel experience with any other airline."
Cons: "Our flight was delayed due to bad weather in Phoenix. The agents when we landed in Phoenix were remarkably unhelpful when it came to rebooking our flight. When I finally got LA after flying into another airport instead of my original destination, it was ridiculously painful to file a claim to get my bag which had gone to LAx. After filing the claiM I waited several Hours then decided to call And that's when I realized they hadn't even scheduled my bag for delivery though I was told that spas already taken care of. I had to go get my bag myself."
Cons: "Basic Economy options for carry-on confusing/not clear. Surprise charge of $110.00 once we got to the airport. Airline specified on website that a full sized carry on was not allowed. We were under the impression that meant a personal item (second personal item) was allowed as that is not a full sized carry-on. Confusing language! Airport personnel were entirely unforgiving. Basic Economy is a tactic to attract customer at low price but with substantially subpar options."

Then your flight experience will be great. Otherwise, it's quite annoying to buy seat, check bag and carry on bag at additional price which can be quite expensive so cheap airfare doesn't make any sense! The flight arrived early and absolutely no hassle."

One sad items was a soldier had been on deployment for TWO years and was trying to get home. He had been stranded since Friday (it was now Monday). The agent just shrugged and said get in line. Frontier should have booked him on another airline! Finally, a lady in line heard of his plight and bought him a ticket right there on the spot! (on another airline of course). SHAME ON FRONTIER. We will NOT fly them again! #NEVERFLYFRONTIER"

Like: Welcome passengers. estimated time in flight, crusing altitude, estimated arrival time, weather at destination, starting decent, etc. Of course, as an ex-military and corporate aviation pilot, the more I know the more comfortable and connected I feel."

Now I know why the tickets are so cheap, but if you have any kind of luggage, you might be bettet off just paying what the other airlines are charging for airfare (might be cheaper, especially after Frontier's luggage fees)."

There were multiple chances, and no expression of gratitude for our patience, nothing. I understand that this happens, and was understanding at the time, but some expression to their customers would be nice."

They kept a positive attitude and were never rude even when some of the customers were very rude or angry towards them."
