Pros: "Crew had great attitude"
Cons: "By the time I boarded I was unable to take my bag on as all overhead compartment space was gone. My bag was not prioritized, instead I had to wait FOREVER at SFO for the bag to arrive. There were over 6 flights assigned to the same baggage carousel. I think since we have to pay now for bags to be checked, I should have been compensated for NOT being able to take my bag onboard and for being forced to wait a very long time to retrieve it...exactly what I had hoped to avoid by carrying on."

The ground staff gave confusing and ambiguous instructions that resulted in everyone forming a large, disorganized throng in front of the gate agent. It was as if they said "everyone get on the plane immediately, and we are only taking the first 30 people"."

The pilot kept us up today on info, the flight crew brought water & anything else people needed before take off. It was a short delay but you would have thought we were going to be there for hours because they were all so attentive. It was the smoothest flight (THERE WAS CRAZY WEATHER EVERYWHERE!!) but our pilots made sure we had the smoothest safest flight possible. I could go on forever! This airline went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure we were comfortable and had a great flight."

Travelers already tired and anxious about flying this only compounds the problem.They did get me a hotel room,but only issue meal vouchers one at a time. Alaska's ticketing and check in area is only manned for a short time and not on the weekend. Talk abourt a "Catch-22" I would rather have my money back than a flight voucher. I would only use Alaska if it was the only option."

How they could not make us aware of this until we were boarding the airplane is unbelievable and unacceptable. This has ruined our vacation which has been in planning for the last six months."

We had to check a dog so we had to go through the special needs line, they had 2 out of 20 of ticket lines open. My wife also needs a wheelchair and after 45 minutes of standing in line, I spoke to one of the idiots that are supposed to be there to help and he went and got a wheelchair which I had to push my wife in the wheelchair through the zig zag line with 2 large suit cases and a dog. It took us an hour and a half to get tickets and then they called for someone to push the wheelchair and we where told to wait for them there. We waited for 10 minutes for someone to come but no one came so I started pushing her towards the Sercurity check line and finally someone came to push her and he stayed on his phone the entire time. When my wife got to the point where she needed to walk through the metal detector she was having a little trouble getting out of the chair so they told her to just stay in the chair and they would push her through in the wheelchair. When she got through, they almost strip searched her and patted her down like she was a criminal. That took another 25 minutes!!! They the guy pushed her to our gate and insisted on taking the chair back with him, so 5 minutes later they asked if it was anyone who needed assistance getting on the plane. I went up and told them that my wife needed a chair to get on the plane so they had to call and get another chair which took another 10 minutes and finally we got on the plane. It took us 2 hours and 15 minutes to get a ticket and go through Sercurity!!!! Very very very unprofessional!!!"

I had to leave security line and go back to the counter. I was told it was no big deal and these things happen. After waiting a couple of hours for my next flight I was told my boarding pass had the wrong flight number on it. So once again I had to leave the boarding area to get the matter taken care of. It was a very frustrating experience."

To find out the I have lost the plane. I went and talk to management after a few minutes of conversation nothing happen I have lost my plane my money . I am very frustrated sad because it was not a plesiosaur trip My mother was sick and I needed to see her take her to the Doctor. Had to borrow money from a family member to continue my trip. On my way back I try to check And I was Unable to do so. I arrived to the Airport to find OUT that they cancel my way back too!!!!!! I had to borrow money Again!!!! And stay in the Airport for 8 hrs! This was my experience my lost money time family worried about me and my sister.I had No signal in my phone due to the poor Cituation of this country went I'm able to check my fly with you KAYAK notice the right gate number and time went the plane was living. The attitude of management from Aeromexico was so rude And disrespectful. I will never use them again."

I had a first class ticket and all I got was someone in the airport will help you. But there was no one at the counter! More rhan 2 hours on the phone and they would not even let me talk with the supervisor. All I got was wait for someone in the counter... No one ever showed."

At final destination I was asked to file a lost baggage claim. If not the initial flight from Logan, everything should go smoother."

Cons: "This was a plane with central screens along the aisle, and the airline chose to broadcast a sci-fi action movie with almost constant flashing blue light, and violent action scenes. This was first of all a movie that many people, including me, would never choose to watch, but since it was on the aisle screens there was no getting away from it. It was also unsuitable for children, even without sound. But mainly, I object to the showing of any film in that situation - only aisle screens available, and on a night flight where most of the passengers are trying to sleep. I was awakened several times by the flashing lights. Other things: one of the bathrooms was not very clean, and the plane felt like the usual cattlecar, with just 3 seats on each side of the aisle, which is unusual and unpleasant for a transatlantic flight."
