Pros: Very friendly cabin crew; excellent service with a smile. Food was good considering, and Magnum ice cream bar a delightful treat. Cabin crew paid good attention to benefits of hydration and served water continuously. Seats and leg room were comfortable considering economy and no extra cost.

Cons: Plane was not as clean as it should be--plastic utensil on floor, seat rails not vacuumed--however, still rate overall comfort as excellent.

Cons: Delayed flight and then undelayed it, and then delayed it again - so many almost missed the flight. The guy next to me smelled like a barn animal and cigarettes. United needs work.

Cons: Crew attitude was poor. LA station crew was snarky and arrogant. Don’t know what it is, maybe it’s the people they have to deal with, but last three trips out of LA have been miserable.

Cons: A strong snowstorm prevented me from arriving to the airport on time (highway was closed). Flight was at 3:15. After over 5 hours on the highway I finally arrived to the airport at 2:27 and the Aeromexico counters were empty. A lady from Lufthansa told me the flight had just closed and suggested that I call aeromexico’s phone number. I did that and the gentleman on the phone told me I should go to the check-in counters. I mentioned they were empty and he had no other suggestions. After an hour on the airport and on the phone with no progress I booked a trip with United and traveled home.

Cons: Paying for luggage even with million Miler skyteam elite card. After paying for luggage then it didn’t come out on the belt and I had to get help to find it. Aeromexico should be avoided at all costs

Cons: Awful, loud credit card sales pitch wine up children and another everyone in cabin for what seemed an eternity. Absolutely disgusting.

Cons: Flight was delayed so it made our arrival time closer to 3am. Sleeping was almost impossible on the flight because the lights kept flickering on and off.

Cons: The flight was 9 hours and they didn't provide any meals. That's ridiculous. When I fly with any other airline for over 7 hours I've always gotten 1 meal, if not 2. The food for purchase however, was very good. But they should not expect you to pay.

Cons: Flight was delayed and updated departures times were changed more than 4 times. Latest update schedule time was 3:58 am. I did go home then I got updated email saying flight is departing at 2:30 am. . So confusing.. no clear departure timings. I could’ve missed the flight and my plans got ruined.

Cons: We could have left on time, not an hour 1:35 hrs late. The passenger next to me could have taken a shower to kill the super strong body odor. My seat could have reclined and The entertainment could have worked. But none of there happened so it was a very uncomfortable flight.
