Cons: "Nothing... great flight, uncrowded flight, plenty of extra seats to stretch out. Seat were very comfy and spacious which I loved even got a full can of soda unlike the usual half a cup and done lol. Would definitely fly Jet Blue again and prefer also. Way better than the other carriers."

Also, what really made me mad, instead of printing our boarding passes at the kiosk we went to a person (husbend had questions about Precheck) and she made us buy return tickets right then, on JetBlue. We had not decided on our return and wanted to leave it open. Can she do that? If not, I would like my money back."

When my kid asked to go to restroom, it seemed that we’re troulesome. My mom missed the water when they gave out drinks, but they did not come back for us. When I went to the back to ask for my mom, they said they’re cleaning up already."

Cons: "This is a business class that is equivalent to a US carrier domestic first class. Good seats, not lay flat but wide on my 737-800. The food and service emulated say American Airlines Domestic 1C as well. Everything was just good enough, and much cheaper that international business on the majors."

They had a TV for every 4 rows (those very old ones) and for the second plane they played one movie, and about 1:30 hrs of series (TV show Friends). So bored!!"

Agents were waiting for us to further accommodate passengers with missed connecting flights. The process was so easy and effortless. Thank you Copa!!"

Cons: "We traveled with 16 months old toddler. When checking in online I requested kids meal under our reservation. So, I got kids meal but there was no food for me. If I didn’t request child’s meal, I would get my dinner, but my child would be hungry. It was ok, we shared, but later I asked for whole milk for my son, but they didn’t have it. I am glad I had some toddler formula with us, otherwise I don’t know what we would do. It was a 16 hour travel with one stop and they had no milk on both airplanes. I never write anything bad ever but I think the airline should reconsider kids services. There should have been milk and separate tray for child to eat."
Cons: "There was a prolonged delay on arrival in Panama, as the gate was apparently in use. They set up stairs (on the runway?) and they transported us by bus to the airport. On the connecting flight to Guatemala, they began boarding an hour before departure, only to wait on a bus to be taken to the aircraft. Apparently the airline doesn't only double book seats on flights, but on Gates on arrival and departure as well? Aside from this particular gripe, the crews were pleasant and the airfare was a relative bargain, so all in all not a bad option IMO."

Cons: "ruin my seat arrangement for no reason! We were traveling as a family of 7 (2 grandparents from each side, my husband, my 4 year son and myself). We paid $30 per person per seat so that we could sit together and watch out for each other because some of the grandparents are in their 80's. However, when we checked in, we found out all our seats were re-arranged and in the worst possible way! Our 4 year old child was assigned in middle seat no where near my husband or myself. In addition, the family was divided in half, separated by the service station. I had switched seat so I can sit with my son but my husband had to sit at the other side of the service station to take care of the other half of the family because they do not speak English. I was left to attend to my 4 year old son by myself, which was hard to do. what bothers me the most is that there seem to be no obvious reason for them to re-arranged seats in such a devastating manner - it was not a full flight at all. I saw quite a few empty seats in the back. We spoke to the woman who was the head of the stewardess about the problem upon boarding, she said she would try to see what she could do, but she never got back to us at all. The seats were horrible seats for a few reason. First, there were a lot of traffic and noise from crew and other passengers because they were next to the Service station. Second, we were always the last one to receive food service because of the location. This is a problem when you have 4 year old and 80 years old who were diabetics."
Pros: "The Qantas lounge in Singapore is very nice. Nothing special relative to some others like Cathay, but lots of showers and good food are the key for a stopover, and the Qantas Lounge has that. The meal options are better out of Singapore than coming in to Singapore, The "order ahead" breakfast concept, where you place your order for breakfast when you board has it pros and cons. The personal service is nice, but one needs to know almost 12 hours ahead of time what they feel like eating. Overall a positive, but for me, it's hard for me to anticipate my appetite. It was my first A380 flight (together with the Sydney - Singapore leg), and overall I was disappointed relative to the Dreamliner. Yet it stands out as a positive the way that Qantas has configured business class on the upper deck. It's quite peaceful."
Cons: "Mostly an issue with security, two separate very long lines. The lines are marked priority and economy, but those are not adhered to. The seats in business class are not very comfortable. I feel like I had more comfortable seats 15 years ago on BA, and the world has come a long way since then. The planned upgrades are sorely needed."
