Cons: "They didn't have some of their food options (and they apologized for that up front), but then ran out of the others by the time they got half way through the plane. That was tough for a five hour flight that went through dinner time."

Pros: "On this short flight, the flight attendant was wonderful, accommodating special requests and being fully engaged with passengers. On time departure, early arrival, overall a nice quick flight to Duluth."

Cons: "I paid for 30 minutes of WiFi to download the United app on my iPad. I wanted to watch the movies/tv shows that were available to passengers. The WiFi was spotty and slow so I wasn’t able to load the app. Needless to say I was disappointed. I also was disappointed with the seating. I am an average size person and I felt very cramped in my seat. My shoulders and neck are killing me after a 2 hour flight. I know that I chose the economy seating but I don’t remember the seats being quite so narrow or the leg room being non existent."

Pros: "A very tall, male, flight attendant very wonderfully took me almost all the way from one end of the horseshoe to the other. I didn't catch his name but he was SO helpful."

Cons: "My flight was delayed by a few minutes and by the time we got to San Francisco, boarding was almost done for my connecting flight. I had to literally run from one end of the United terminals to the other... the entire horse shoe."

Cons: "I was there on time but was told my travel information was not on found even though I had the email confirmation and I lost all the money I paid."

Pros: "I liked the comfort that the plane gave. I also enjoyed the fact that the crew was all very friendly and kind."

Cons: "There was no music or free tv to watch on flight. There were delays due to high traffic."

Cons: "Honestly, I am not a big fan of United right now and their airline policies. The flight was delayed for a hour. But at least I wasn't dragged off the plane or stuck in 95 degree weather for 5 hours."
