I like the seats (reclining back with the seat bottom moving forward) except the seat bottom is entirely too hard and was bad for my back. The hot towels are a welcome touch. The ride was smooth, the pilots did a very good job."

Then they complained about work and passengers the rest of the trip. I was in the front row and they must've assumed I couldn't hear them. I could. I know you're trying to reduce fares and making it an more a la cart experience, but $2.99 for a can of soda? Having to avoid the pile of ice that was dumped by the flight crew into the bathroom sink when i washed my hands wasn't very pleasant. The chairs are still incredibly uncomfortable, even in my "stretch" seating assignment ($35 poorly spent on my part). This trip made me rethink the cost benefit of taking Frontier. Flying United or American may be worth the extra money. And that's coming from someone on a tight budget. I used to enjoy flying Frontier and love taking a plane in general. I surely didn't this time."

Some folks paid $30 for a carry on and others just lugged uge free bags on. The flights are always delayed and the plane was filthy. I know there was no time for staff to do there short cleaning routine, this was not from a single flight,looked like floors and seat have NEVER been cleaned. UGH"

Pros: "We never took the flight as we waited in the airport 2 hours from boarding scheduled for 8:00 p.m., as suggested, until after 2:00 in the morning, when we heard not from Frontier, but another passenger, that the flight was canceled. No flight was available until Christmas Eve, six days from the current flight, and so we spent considerably more money for all three of us to get home with another airline. I, nor any of the three of us, nor anyone we've told our story to, wishes to ever fly Frontier again. It is an event that will certainly impact our decision to fly Frontier again, without a doubt."

Right around boarding time, we were told that the plane had to be pulled out of the hangar and go through maintenance checks, so our flight would be delayed an hour. Later, we were told the flight would be delayed until 9:15am, and we were given a gate change and plane change. We finally pulled away from the gate close to 10am. It's absolutely unbelievable to me that the first flight out of the day would be delayed when there were no weather issues. This demonstrates very poor planning on behalf of the airlines. We were issued a $25 voucher for the inconvenience, but I don't plan to fly with Frontier again. They charge you for everything! (seats?, carry-on bags?, soda?), the seats don't recline and there's no leg room. I'd rather pay an extra $100 to fly United or Delta and have a comfortable flight."

When I left for the airport from downtown Seattle, the Seatac website said the flight was delayed 1.5 hours and the Frontier and Denver airport websites said the flight was on time. Had the information on all websites been current, I could have waited longer to leave for the airport and not waste time at the airport waiting for the delayed flight."

Cons: "They lost my luggage. When we landed in Denver they never took my suitcase off the plane from Salt Lake. Apparently this is an on going problem with the Denver Airport crew. As there were unclaimed suitcases on the carousel from the Denver flight the day before. I also realized for $20 more i could've flown my favorite airline by time you add up all the extra fees they charge you. They claim you get a carry on and a personal bag for free but thats not true. I ended up paying another $35 to check my bag and the prices of snack were outrageous. Very disappointed in how this was handled."
