Boarding was easy. clean plane, crew was very friendly. I was very concerned though, when we banked left and did a complete circle in the air. An explanation from the captain would have been terrific. I made sure I was the last one to leave the plane and asked him about it when I saw him at the exit. He told me what happened but I would have liked to know while it was happening. Besides that, the coke and pretzels were divine. :)

The gate agent helped half a dozen people (not including those described below) understand they were boarding with the wrong group.

Fully one-quarter of the passengers boarded as disability or premium. This included a party of eight that boarded with one person in a wheelchair because "We're all together."

The fee for printing a boarding pass was a complete surprise. Wasn't mentioned anywhere in the confirmation emails I received. Flight boarded late THEN sat in plane a long time for no apparent reason before taking off

Airline was great. Told us right away they were only going to do one drink service so we could order two. Left on time and had no issues. Would definitely fly with them again. Even though you have to pay to check a bag, it's still a better deal than any other airline out there. People need to stop complaining about the extra fees, do you want cheap or not.

The price, found a round trip from Albuquerque to Austin 3 weeks ahead for 74$. I couldn't believe it

It's a budget airline so don't​expect thrills, but it got me to my destination.

The boarding agent didn't understand priority comes before group 3.

Row 19 on a 737ER is great for room, as long as you don't plan on reclining (I rarely do in a daytime flight)

A little overcautious regarding seating the cabin crew because of possible turbulence, but better safe than sorry, I suppose. However, it is a common occurrence on this particular leg, so don't board knowing you might need to take a "break" before you get to Atlanta.

Well after going through a terrible storm to get to the airport we were given a opportunity to up grade to First Class for a very reasonable rate. That was great.

Having to pay extra $$ for seating and not enough together

Arrived twenty minutes late. AA refused to accept responsibility for this and compensate me, even though my transportation had departed without me as a result of their tardiness.

I arrived at my destination

AA changed my flight plans which resulted in a 4.5 hour layover in Philly. The gates were filthy, there is not much selection for in-flight food and nothing for entertainment. I couldn't even find an outlet that worked at the gate.
