Cons: This was my first time that I choose this Airline and also the last time too. This Airline didn’t care the customer. Never has a solution and also never depart on time. They charge the passenger for everything. Nothing is free. My humble opinion is don’t fly with them. I flew with them this time because I found a cheap ticket but at the final I paid more. The prices are very attractive but isn’t true. For me was a headache.

Pros: Comfort+ seats are affordable and give me the leg room I need as a 6'3" adult.

Cons: Seems like Delta provided free upgrades to families with small children in Comfort+. This impacts the flight comfort for us paying customers. Recommend readdressing this policy and not placing small crying children in Comfort+ for free.

Pros: The flight crew could have been more attentive. Jackets and coats were not collected during preboarding until last minute, by then I had already put mine away.

Cons: No food was offered, short flight though, that’s okay, but the crew definitely could have been more attentive to the first class passengers.

Cons: didn’t care for the food given out. Didn’t really get to know the staff.

Pros: The price of the ticket was great.

Cons: The flight was crowded, no overhead bin space from passengers putting coats and jackets in the bin instead of under their seats. I was in the middle seat between two large men breathing down on me while they slept. It was a nightmare. On a flight that long the seats shouldn’t be that close in proximity nor should larger passengers be allowed to sit in seats too small for their body type. That’s not discrimination that’s logical.

Cons: The wrong time was put on the calendar and we missed the flight.

Pros: On the plane legroom was much appreciated. Very convenient airport as living in Fairfield County. Good departure time, although general flight delays (Feb 3rd - runway problems) meant long lines & very crowded airport, with limited eating facilities.

Cons: Return flight (Fort Myers to Westchester) flight was delayed - believe it was weather related & not the airlines fault.

Pros: Flight was on-time, the crew was nice

Pros: The plane flew me safely to my destination. Nothing unpleasant happened. Those are the best things I could say about it.

Cons: Overhead bin space was full when I boarded (I was in row 9!), so I had to check my roll aboard and hold my backpack at my feet the whole flight. The bin space above my row was being used to store trays of snacks for the food service. Don't they have somewhere else to store service items so bin space is available for passengers? In explicably we left sunny and calm Burbank 45 minutes late. No water was offered until we'd been on the plane for 2 hours.

Cons: Computers that worked so we didn’t have 200 ppl waiting to check in. Reclining seats would be nice, trays that actually fit our computer. A flight that was on time. Entertainment. Will not fly Spirit again.

Cons: Overall a horrible experience. Would never choose American Airlines given other choices. This was the second time this year I was held at an airport over 24 hrs due to plane maintenance.

Pros: The plane wasn't super full so I could spread out more than if there had been someone next to me. The cabin crew was friendly.

Cons: Seats are too close together. 9 boarding groups is excessive. No one boarded between groups 1 and 6 basically. Maybe makes sense for larger flights, but for a smaller one 4 groups would have sufficed and been less confusing.

Cons: This is more of a complaint about another customer. Allowing travelers to take three bags of chips while the rest of the plane is waiting. It was rude and inconsiderate of that customer. They run out of certain flavors. I just need some plain pretzels. She then took 2 more later. The attendant did grab another bag of pretzels and returned Ed later. I’ve been on other flights (other airlines) in which the attendant has said no to seconds unless some remaining at the end.

Cons: When I pay for a seat, I should get the entire seat. Because I am small, and seated next to a giant person who didn't upgrade to a size appropriate seat, I was forced due to full flight to endure the flight in 3/4 of my seat. I felt that if I were a larger MAN, they would have MOVED ME to another seat. They could have had this guy sit in the row behind with a Mom and a 4 yr old which would have been simple fix and not a safety issue for trying to exit my seat or row with this guy in it nor uncomfortable for the two woman sandwiched with him in middle seat.

Pros: Most of the crew was great with the exception of curbside check-in in Denver.

Cons: Curbside needs to stop chasing cash tips and do their jobs. If they focused on that tips would be easy to come by. The curbside attendant that took my bag didn’t even bother to check my id. He asked me my name and asked where my destination was. I told him Cincinnati as a layover then LaGuardia where he said that was wrong. He then proceeded to print a boarding pass that wasn’t mine and load my bag into the conveyor. Not 5 mins go by when I realize what happened I wound up having to go to special services to rectify the situation. Which ultimately consisted of me waiting another hour in LaGuardia to get my bag. Please delta have these curbside handlers actually want to do their job and stop chasing cash tips.

Cons: Th plain boarding took much longer, we flew in circles above JFK, waited for a gate for us, then waited for all passengers with connecting flights to get off because we were late and that resulted in a VERY long process for the rest of us. The descent into the airport was also not the smoothest, but it was a smaller plane.

Cons: Crew needs to not behave like they work for a very cheap airline. Not a smile on their faces, not a single friendly sounding instruction or announcement from them. It doesn't cost them anything to act a bit more friendly.
