Cons: More food/snacks and waterRead more about Alaska Airlines
Cons: More food/snacks and water
Cons: First class in an airplane this size is a bit limited (especially legroom) when in the first row.
Pros: The crew was fabulous
Cons: Better mover options
Cons: Had to pay 100 for overweight bag fee which is a lot. I knew it was large but I had to put all I. There as I had a serious should injury and could only manage a very small Carey in. I was only over by about 5lbs
Pros: It was quick, simple, not too crowded, and easy.
Cons: The WiFi could have worked.
Pros: We landed 45 minutes early and the flight attendants were great
Pros: Baggage drop and checkin was a breeze
Cons: Nice job and thanks for waiting.
Pros: Fast flight,
Cons: we need better snap
Cons: A little stingy on the drinks...
Cons: Seat not very comfortable.
Cons: Really turbulent, but I realize that’s out of the pilots control. WiFi was not good. Plane seats were somewhat comfortable.
Pros: Food was amazing.
Cons: The flight delay was annoying
Pros: on time
Cons: seat size , some food,
Pros: They allowed passengers with little children Board first, unlike the trip from LAX to Boston we had to wait until our class even we traveled with 3 little children
Cons: Let passengers with special needs board first, and announce baggage claim carousel number before entering the gate
Pros: Crew was great
Cons: It was tight at the gert
Cons: If we were able to get some real food and real answers when our flight was delayed for 5 hours. We got pretzels and cookies and that was it even though all the resteraunts in the airport had closed so we had no other options! We also kept getting told the fix would happen soon and it took 5 hours.
Pros: Easy on, easy off! Departed and arrived on time. Crew were cheery and bright! Happy Holidays to all and to all a good night!
Cons: Some of these survey questions need to be NA- my flight was too short for food service or entertainment.
Cons: Alaska airlines is a consistent let down. This was the LAST time I will ever fly them. A 9 hour delay because their captain called out 1 hour before the flight. They did NOTHING to compensate the entire plane, made ppl leave back into a city with their bags, no food, etc. The gate agents handling it could've cared less and told people to call and complain it wasnt their problem. The service was horrible from top to bottom and cost people their entire day. Many missedevents, connecting flights and Alaska all the while didnt even comp a coffee to people theyd stranded from 6am to 6pm ,
Pros: Flight crew was wonderful.
Cons: They ran out of cups......
Pros: We were 30 min early and took off on time.
Cons: Slightly turbulent, but not bad. Alaska could have more non-dairy, gluten-free options in the menu, but their Mediterranean tapas box is pretty good.
Cons: lack of Cleanliness, one crew member was rude and pushy (not to me but in her tone and to others),
Pros: Virgin plane, flight crew great
Cons: No headphones, no snacks. Tray tables not clean.
Pros: Aisle seat, no delays, San Francisco waiting areas had plenty of power plug-ins for charging devices.
Cons: The only free items were a single Biscoff “cookie” packet containing two small inedible “cookies” and one service only of beverage cart from Boston to San Francisco. Service on airlines is rapidly disintegrating. Very disappointing.
Cons: Our flight was delayed while we waited for a crew member to fly in to cover for a FA that called in sick. Gate agents didn’t provide many updates while we waited. The were only 3 snack items for purchase available on the plane. Seat didn’t recline
Pros: The plane was still branded as Virgin America. All the great features of Virgin were available on this Alaska flight. Loved the wifi for iMessage, FB Messenger and Whatsapp. Movie selections were awesome. Food options were ok. Loved the exit seat extra legroom.
Cons: The gate at BOS really sucked since there wasn’t any room to sit while you waited to board. It was really crowded when people were lining up since there wasn’t enough room to manuever.
Pros: I arrived - finally (though stuck on the runway at SFO as I write this)
Cons: Crowded, chaotic boarding area & process at Boston Logan. Checked in seats manually since systems apparently down. An hour delayed (on takeoff) for no apparent reason and delayed waiting for gate on arrival. Seems to happen regularly with Alaska but not JetBlue Broken restroom - should have at the very least let coach customers use First Class restroom rather than get by with one Broken wifi - none the entire flight Limited food which ran out quickly Flight attendants trying but seem harried and confused and not very attentive
Pros: On time, quick boarding, overhead bins are easy to get bags into.
Cons: Logan airport requires that you leave the secure area and change terminals and go through security again to get to other airlines (so does Vancouver BC). This is very inconvenient and unexpected too and adds a huge time element that you have no idea is happening. Avoid it for any transfers.
Pros: Security check took literally 30 seconds. Boarding was very quick. Flight was delayed due to weather and it arrived at my destination before schedule.
Cons: No complaints, flight was great!
Cons: I was informed we'd get some kind of voucher for the 5 hour delay but never recieved anything.
Pros: Alaska Airlines is the best domestic Airline. However their terminal in Boston leaves a lot to be desired. The ticket agents are not Alaska employees it seems and they don't quite know how to work their computers. The gate area has no restaurants and is extremely disappointing.
Cons: .The ticket agents are not Alaska employees it seems and they don't quite know how to work their computers. The gate area has no restaurants and is extremely disappointing.
Cons: The man next to me left his phone on so he could text.
Pros: On time flight
Cons: Poor service for food and beverage
Pros: The crew was very friendly
Cons: Delay that could have been quickly resolved if the crew and mechanics communicated to each other
Pros: Timeliness, clean plane and nice attendants
Cons: No complaints here!
Pros: Snacks were good and reasonably priced.
Cons: Major issues boarding in Logan Airport - terminal way too small and very unorganized. Seats uncomfortable and tight. Staff was cold.
Cons: By the time I boarded I was unable to take my bag on as all overhead compartment space was gone. My bag was not prioritized, instead I had to wait FOREVER at SFO for the bag to arrive. There were over 6 flights assigned to the same baggage carousel. I think since we have to pay now for bags to be checked, I should have been compensated for NOT being able to take my bag onboard and for being forced to wait a very long time to retrieve it...exactly what I had hoped to avoid by carrying on.
Pros: Everything went so smoothly. I was surprised at all the food options available and how nice the people were. The plane was comfortable.
Pros: I can't say enough great things about this airline! This was my first time on Alaska and it definitely won't be my last. We had some weather issues come up as we were about to take off. The pilot kept us up today on info, the flight crew brought water & anything else people needed before take off. It was a short delay but you would have thought we were going to be there for hours because they were all so attentive. It was the smoothest flight (THERE WAS CRAZY WEATHER EVERYWHERE!!) but our pilots made sure we had the smoothest safest flight possible. I could go on forever! This airline went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure we were comfortable and had a great flight.
Cons: I don't love paying to check luggage but these days unless you fly Southwest that's hard to avoid.
Cons: Asked at check-in if my barcode was ok to use bc I did not receive an automated email for return check-in, she said "Let me see, yes that's good, but hurry up because you have 40min before your plane departs". Low and behold, security said my barcode was not valid and had to run back and forth to get a new one printed. What made it worse was the check in clerk wanted to argue her point and there was only one flight attendant available and boarding closed 12min prior to departure, I was standing and waiving through the gates window trying to get all the flight attendants attention. I could have made it but missed my flight. Horrible experience!
Pros: It is ridiculous to be paying a full fare a BD then be charged for luggage! Worst policy going
Pros: The pilot did a great job! His landing was commendable given the high winds Portland was having!
Pros: Alaska is one of the best airlines to fly these days, and I've flown most. I have my mileage program on another airlines but I'd switch to them all the time if I could.
Pros: Terrible that I had to carry my carry on down the stairs to plane, lucky it wasn't raining, & then up a flight of stairs to plane with a torn rotator cuff. I felt like I was flying in the 70's. Coming back, a bald headed attendant was very rude. I did not get any refreshments on the way to Portland which they said was a rough ride but ride was smooth. That was ok, that didn't matter if our safety was involved. Also $25 for one bag is a lot to carry hair spray or a few things you can't carry on.
Cons: I did like the refreshments served on the way back from Portland to Reno. That was nice. A different attendant served us & he was very nice.
Cons: That I can not smoke inside Secure inside of airport security almost missed my flight because I have to go to the street to smoke and then back though tsa
Pros: Very attentive staff, it seems like they were constantly walking the aisle to ask if anyone needed anything
Cons: The captains were late because they had to be off for ten hours, so that got us in the air late
Pros: Nice crew.
Cons: A 5 1/2 flight and just a tiny bag of pretzels. Bring back meals to flights, with NO extra charge up front or on flight. Planes with tv's built into seats are better. On cross-country trips, movies should be free as well as WiFi. These extra charges are proposterous.
Pros: Pleasant staff. Pilot informed us that due to bad weather we had to divert quite a bit north to avoid the worst of it, which was good.
Cons: No entertainment system without paying, nothing other than a small pretzel bag and a small drink without paying, and the seat was unpadded and narrow to say the least. A miserably long time to be treated like cattle. Boarding process was a mad rush and mess; the boarding pass reader broke and the waiting area was a fraction of the size needed to hold the passengers waiting for the flight. When will US carriers ever learn?
Pros: The staff was great, the food choices were good too. I like healthy food choices.
Cons: The in flight entertainment is $10 on top of the $50 I spent on checking my bags. With Other airlines, Both were included at no extra cost.
Cons: the flight was 2 hours delayed but the staff continuously kept us up to date
Cons: Wifi/tvs didn't work for a bit
Cons: Everything was perfect!
Cons: The plane was full, there were barely any empty seats. Everything inside the plane was old. The bathrooms were gross. The TV didn't work for most of the flight, and when it did start working you couldn't choose movies or shows to start from the beginning.
Cons: Lots of turbulence but our pilot handled it great!
Pros: Theres no earphone, how to watch?
Pros: Paid seat was comfortable, entertainment was great
Cons: The elder gentleman was very rude throughout the flight. Paid for front row seat mostly due to covid and he made us seat and wait for people that had a connection flight to exit the plane all the way from the end of the aircraft defeating the purpose of me buying the front row seat at $65 which was more than the seat was worth. The way the crew asked was was very rude because he stated if we stand up he would keep the door closed. I understand about the passengers with connection flight but its Jetblue responsibility to get these people to their connection but it shouldn’t jeopardize me.
Pros: Crew is nice.
Cons: Snack options. More frequencies of passing snacks. Limited options for movies
Cons: It was a 6 hour flight and I didn’t know only 2 snacks and a water were available on the plane until I got to the airport. Almost everything was still closed at the airport. We were quite hungry and thirsty.
Cons: COVID19 is over.
Cons: Maybe Food? I don't say during the COVID19
Pros: Everything about the staff was amazing. The plane was excellent I like the backseat televisions.
Cons: Everything about Jet Blue is amazing.
Cons: Old planes Small screens My remote control (BOS-FLL) didn’t work Wifi was slow Old plane for such a long flight (FLL-LIM). Only snacks on such a long flight?! International should give food.
Pros: I liked the male flight attendants on my flight. They were nice and cheery and was always willing to help. The inflight entertainment and WiFi was great. The snacks were also good.
Cons: I forgot to the flight attendant’s name but she was quite rude. I traveled with an infant who required warming up of her milk in a bottle and I would ask for hot water and she failed to bring it over. I requested hot water twice. Initially when the plane was taking off- she stated she cannot bring anything while the flight was taking off but even after take off and in cruising altitudes she did not come over until we rang the call bell and another flight attendant came over. Second time mid flight we happen to ask the same flight attendant for hot water as she passed by— she nodded her head but again never returned with the hot water. Again I hit the call button and another attendant came over and gave me water. I felt that she did not like attending to the flight guests and always seemed to give an attitude. I understand traveling with a child may be hard for others, but imagine the parents who have to care for a starving baby. The flight was also a bit too warm.
Pros: Having WiFi onboard the plane,
Cons: The crew, when I was boarding the plane one of the flight attendants a Caucasian women was saying hello, greeting everyone before me when I got in front of her she made a head gesture to say hi but didn't say hello. It felt like racial profiling to me.
Pros: The crew did a good job on the short flight.
Cons: Second delay on this trip, but at least it was ONLY 2 hours this time.
Pros: For this flight the rows are just four seats total, two isle seats and two window seats; that means that there are no dreaded middle seats. The seats are larger and more comfortable than many competitors.
Cons: The flight was delayed for two hours and then once we were on the plane and pulled away from the gate there was a "maintenance issue" so we sat just outside the gate for about 50 mins (bring delay time to three hours). The pilot was a bit worried about weather so there was no snack/drink service.
Cons: Free earphones for the TV
Pros: The delay
Cons: Don’t be delayed
Pros: The seats - awesome!
Pros: Boarding process was smooth, and attendants were kind and entertainment system seemed good.
Cons: Attendants could allow passengers to use extra leg room seats if they are empty once in the air. Would be great if the default setting for the screens was OFF.
Pros: My experiences flying with JetBlue have been consistently great! Delays happen & are of course out of the crew’s control, but offering free snacks while we waited & the efficient boarding process, along with the free movie & TV choices on the seat back screens, make the process great!
Cons: My only issues have been with LAX itself & staff there (nothing crazy, just less than stellar service & somewhat rude staff occasionally) but flying with JetBlue has been awesome.
Cons: no overhead availability due to full flight; entertainment sucked
Pros: Fly crew were friendly
Cons: The airplane seamed VERY WEARED OUT, even the winds, when you look through the window. Crew had to beat really hard carry-on luggage containers to close them. There was a lot of turbulence and because of the visible bad conditions of the plane we heard noises from the fuselage that were not normal. We feared for our lives... when in the way for landing we were loosing altitud softly, as it should, but there was a moment that the pilot pushed SUDENLY up again in a very hard way, after a few minutes he said it was to allow more time between planes, and that we will do one more tour that will take 10 more minutes. When we finally landed people were clapping, we also clapped celebrating we were alive. I think, if Jet Blue doesn’t replace or at least FIX this kind of rusty planes, I’m done with this company. It was a couple of dollars cheaper, but, my life is worth more than this.
Pros: Great service and smooth flight. On time, all good things.
Cons: An individual who was very overweight sat next to me and took up half of my seat as well. I understand we all deserv to ride comfortably and my intent is not to shame them. That said, if someone can’t put the armrest down I think the airline should require them to purchase both seats as it’s very uncomfortable to be in the position of having no seat for the entire ride. I’m an average sized person so it was a challenge but even tiny people deserve the full seat they purchased. There really should be a rule or something.
Pros: The Entertainment was fine and I appreciated the Captain communicating with us that there would be bumps on the last part of the flight.
Cons: This was the most unnerving, uncomfortable flight I have ever been on. I really do love Jetblue and I know that this particular flight doesn't define you. That being said I was sorry to have to have experienced this. Even sitting on the runway before taking off the ride was uncomfortable as we swerved our way to the take off position. The weather was nice and it felt so strange that were going back and forth as if the path was filled with sharp S-curves. Then the entire flight was bumpy as we went up and down and all around. I would say there was about 20 mins of smooth air the entire flight. Then there was the last 90 minutes which was absolutely terrifying. I know that the turbulence can't be helped but I do feel the Flight attendants were not very accommodating during it. I sat near the back and they just sat there and chit chatted about something they were meeting up to do later while people were up and about when the seat belt sign was on. Then there was a baby screaming for many hours and they never tried at all to help the parents or anything calm them. They mostly just sat in the back, complained it was bumpy and laughed about how people were agitated because of it. I found it to be so much more frustrating that in addition to the bumpy air, crying baby and passengers just roaming around we also had to deal with the attendants laughing about how uncomfortable we were. It was not what I have ever experienced before and I truly hope I never have to experience again on JetBlue.
Cons: The security and boarding area in Boston needs to be larger to accommodate a full plane of people and all others boarding their planes.
Pros: Hard working courteous crew. A 45 min. delay caused by safety concern. That's a good thing.
Cons: 2 of the 3 video displays in our row could not function in movie or show mode. Worse still: the arm chair controls seem perfectly placed for accidental activation, which happened dozens of times on our flight. No way to disable. Very unpleasant.
Cons: I never got the opportunity to fly because I was stuck in unusual traffic in a tunnel for over an hour just minutes from the Boston airport. I was later told there was a fire. I called the 1-800-JETBLUE number and I explained that the situation. The agent said that there would be a $75 change fee and at 4:47 pm there were no more flights out that night and that I would also be charged the fare differential the following day. I quickly went on line and found a deep discounted fare on United for $56! When I got to the airport there were several other people with the same situation. Not a enough agents on staff and no concern that I might miss my new flight on United. Thank Gid I acted fast and got another flight that evening or I would have needed to spend the night in the airport like a woman and her mother traveling to San Jose! Need more professionalism !
Pros: Entertainment was great. Plenty of room and very comfortable. Will be flying jetblue when available to where I am going!
Cons: The option to move to exit row if open without paying for the seat.
Pros: The TV was free, thats about it.
Cons: My plane boarded 20 minutes late. Jetblue forgot to de-ice the plane so we missed our takeoff spot and left an hour and a half late. We arrived in SLC over 2 hours late, and then proceeded to wait 20 minutes for an open gate. The entire flight I was seated next to an elderely couple that were making out literally on top of me. When placing my overhead bag, one of the straps were caught in the lock mechanism. Instead of the flight attendant moving my strap and closing the bin, she gave me attitude and told me to fix it myself. 2 hours into the flight i wished to sleep, but my television display was broken. As a result, the brightness of the screen was on the max setting the entire trip. The last two hours of my flight I spent dealing with a headache because the rest of the plane was dark, and the display was half a foot from my face. To top off my horrible experience, the row across from me, and the row in front of me, had a screaming infant which wailed the entire flight long. I will never fly with Jetblue again, and will advise anyone considering it to pick a different airline.
Pros: I liked that I arrived safely albeit it 6 hours later than I was supposed to land.
Cons: Our flight was delayed. We were not told our flight was delayed until an hour before the flight was to take off. Then they kept switching the time we were going to take off later and later then earlier then later and later. It would’ve been nice if we got an updated time that we were going to leave- just say come back in six hours rather than make us get up and get down, board the plane, then get off. and get up again then change gates I could not get any work done. I understand that sometimes schedule can be unpredictable but this was ridiculous. One plane that was supposed to leave after us actually left before us and people were getting upset
Pros: Plenty of room for legs and attention from flight arttendent regarding overhead storage.
Pros: I didn't like much of anything EXCEPT THE FREE WIFI. While it's nice to have all the bells and whistles (free in flight TV/movies, snacks/beverages, etc.), the basics need to be met too - which they weren't.
Cons: I didn't like that the plane was delayed 1.5 hours for no good reason. Why have us sit on the plane in a cramped atmosphere instead of delaying it at the gate first until your ducks are in a row? Then the in-flight entertainment audio periodically cuts out, and they were resetting the TV system over 3 times. In addition, I had requested a price reduction when I booked the flight since JetBlue's website is buggy and the price went up $80 in front of my eyes while other people booked the seat I wanted, and they weren't willing to give me anything.
Cons: It was just a mechanical issue that forced our plane to turn around 2 hours already into the flight, return to JFK, and then wait another two hours to board a new flight to go to PHX. So a planned 10 pm arrival in PHX turned into 6 am. I'm not sure there's anything that could have been done other than checking for that situation before we departed originally (if possible), and maybe being able to land somewhere closer than having to return all the way to JFK. I know JetBlue doesn't have a ton of locations or planes yet, so our options may have been limited. We did receive a $100 credit, but it was a pretty painful flight, basically turning into a red eye after departing originally at 6 pm. Again, I'm not sure if there were any other options, just wanted to report my experience. My flights have typically been on time with JetBlue and I am a Mosaic member. It may have helped if there was better communication back at the JFK airport (knowing it would be two hours instead of thinking we were getting right back on the plane), maybe we could have relaxed in a restaurant or something. It was just exhausting waiting and getting later and later. There isn't an Admirals Club or anywhere relaxing for passengers to wait in a circumstance like that. Thanks.
Cons: cabin crew is arrogant and rude to coach class. They don't even have courtesy to serve water when needed for medical issue
Cons: Normally I don’t complain, but from the jump this flight was a nightmare. I fly JB all the time but this time was not nearly as enjoyable. I asked my attendant 2 times to buy headphones. She never brought them and maybe she forgot but She sat in the front on her phone the whole flight which was just irritating. After being delayed (for no apparent reason) Then having to sit for 20+ minutes because of a “jet bridge that’s too cold” (aren’t these made for the out doors?) this JB flight was less than satisfactory.
Pros: I can’t say there was a single thing that I liked. I suppose if I had like something I would say the pizza I ate before my flight was pretty good.
Cons: I didn’t like that yet again, my flight (to PBI) was delayed for hours and then upon boarding and making it to the runway, was told that I would be getting back off the plane because we no longer had pilots. I think its good that there is a limit for the amount of hours pilots can fly but to leave an entire plane, the last flight out in particular, to have to wait an additional 2 hours to wait for new pilots is a little ridiculous to me. On top of that, I decide that I would rather go get a hotel than wait to fly out at 1am in the morning, I come to find that I will have to leave my checked bag on the plane and go to my hotel, in Boston, in 17° weather, without a coat or my toiletries, my phone charger....everything I would have needed went to PBI without me. Needless to say, this was by far my worst experience flying Jetblue. And to top it off, this was the second time this trip (flying out of PBI to Boston earlier left me delayed for 5 hours) that I felt like what I enjoy about Jetblue was not at all what I receieved. I understand that the holidays are a challeging and busy time for airlines, but it feels like PBi flights are by far the worst and that for some reason, Jetblue flights for PBI to Boston, and Boston to PBI are nightmares. Very disappointed.
Pros: The crew is courteous to us. We had a delay flight but theymade sure that we are all informed and guided.
Pros: miss the flight, plane was at the tarmic, door was not close, supperson supervisor was in the plane but gate was close, person at the gate did not try to contect the supervisor, thats not helpful at all
Cons: Unfair refund policy. We tried to cancel MONTHS ahead of time, upon early departure from our Peace Corps service. I don't feel airlines should have no refund policies starting from the date of purchase. There should be a window for refunds.
Cons: I came 40min prior to my flight and found out that it was too late to check in my bag. I rescheduled my flight for $50 fee to make sure I get in in time for my meeting. When I went inside, I found out that my original flight got delayed and was leaving only 15min earlier than my new flight, which then got delayed for another 45min...disaster. Essentially, I paid extra $50 for nothing. In fact, I would have been on my original flight and gotten to my meeting in time had they not had you are on your own attittude toward customers.
Pros: Excellent service
Cons: Too long flight time I noticed the plane speed was 440 MPH most of the time. This may be the first flight I sat which was flying this slow
Pros: I loved the leg room!!!!! It was wonderful after coming off the AerLingus flight and feeling like a pretzel.
Cons: We had a short span of time between our flight from Dublin. I worried the whole time I was not going to make it since it said doors close at 2:04 and we landed at 1:55 or something close to that. When I got off the plane the gate agent told me AerLingus does theirs differently - that meant that is when they started boarding. It would have relieved a lot of stress if they had explained that. Also, our luggage didn't make it on the flight. Said it was stuck in customs since it did not have enough time. Understandable, but why didn't someone from JetBlue come out and get us instead of making us wait at the luggage terminal for 30 minutes before we went and checked. Also, they told me on the phone that my luggage would arrive at 7 and it came at 4 - luckily I was home. What would have happened if I was not?
Pros: When I sat into my comfortable seat with its amazing leg room, I asked the woman next to me if she had flown Jet Blue previously. She replied that it is now her favorite airline. At the end of the trip I agreed that it is a distinctly different and great airline. My complaint is that I have to travel from NE Wisconsin to Chicago in order to use Jet Blue. When are you coming to MKE? The way the food and drink orders were handled worked well, and the selections were amazing! Needless to say, the media offered was wonderful.
Cons: The crew did a good job, but one of the female staff seemed stressed. I hope she was able to get some relief and rest.
Pros: Seat very v=comfotable
Pros: Absolutely ridiculous ... sat on the runway longer than the flight.
Cons: Reason we sat on the runway longer than the flight is they were understaffed. Unacceptable.
Pros: Plane was new and equipped
Cons: In first class we had beef jerky for breakfast
Pros: Sanitized, open middle seats, comfortable
Cons: We were stuck on the tarmac for 40+ minutes due to our gate being blocked by another plane. We almost missed our connection and had to run through the airport with our luggage and the staff at our second gate yelling “hurry up” at us like it was our fault.
Pros: Friendly crew
Pros: Great crew.
Pros: Everything! the best part was that the they kept the middle seat empty!
Cons: For some reason, we were asked several times for Passports. This didn’t make any sense since we are US citizens with drivers license. They even had TSA talk to us. This has to be fixed. Otherwise, Delta experience was great.
Pros: Don’t go overboard
Cons: Good for now
Cons: Top carrier
Pros: Well organized and easy to check in.
Cons: Nothing, really. Airlines unfortunately can’t make people patient or polite, & I can’t afford a private jet, so I’ll have to settle for an eye roll or twelve.
Cons: The inoperative TV screens should be repaired.
Pros: Was boarded promptly
Cons: During this trip all my flights got delayed and I was told that I could not get a hotel room and had to pay for myself.
Pros: Entertainment. Flight attendants. Food
Cons: PROBLEM WITH LOCATING BAGGAGE CAROUSEL. GIVEN WRKNG LICATION .
Pros: You know what you are getting with Delta
Cons: The economy seats were really tiny, this made the flight fairly uncomfortable
Cons: Plane was late taking off. Crew did not provide water when requested. They were busy with beverages that they could sell at a cost.
Pros: Crew was amazing. Pilots were attentive to kids and answered questions. Everyone was very welcoming and helpful.
Cons: They didn't have some of their food options (and they apologized for that up front), but then ran out of the others by the time they got half way through the plane. That was tough for a five hour flight that went through dinner time.
Cons: The flight attendants were quick with the pick up of drinks. I had only been served my drink for five minutes and they were already coming around to pick up trash.
Pros: Ryan was great! Very nice and professional, would love to see him on a future flight.
Pros: Smooth flights and in time. Everyone is so nice. True professionals
Pros: Seating was fine
Cons: Did not have a wheelchair waiting for my wife when we arrived in LAX
Pros: Crew was friendly
Cons: An hour and a half late, terrible communication about scheduling
Pros: I was in Comfort+ so there was a bit more leg room than standard economy
Cons: Even with Comfort+ things are tight.
Pros: Good flight in air
Pros: Everything was great. Has nothing to do with the airline, just rough weather.
Cons: The stewardess could come around more. Just twice. Once for food. Once for trash. Just me tho
Cons: Even the baggage was quick (highly unusual for Columbus, Ohio)! Everything went smoothly.
Pros: The flight attendants were excellent. The plane was comfortable, as usual. The choice of snacks is great!
Cons: Actually, everything was fine. No need for improvement .... even the airfare was great!
Cons: Delays due to Democrats not making deal
Pros: Good service this morning
Cons: All good
Pros: Everything went great. Flight left a little late but was fine and only arrived a little late. I like the side wings on head rests really help.
Cons: Seats are always hard on long flights.
Cons: Delays, delays, delays... first class ticket from BOS to MSP got me a 6 hour delay and a middle seat in econ main cabin at the back of the plane. Delta you suck!
Pros: Got to London on-time (early, actually) and safely. The in flight meal was okay. The leg room in comfort plus was great, the mobile app was awesome, and the staff (check-in, gate, cabin and flight deck) were professional and friendly all around.
Cons: The leg room was great, but as a broad-shouldered guy, the width of the seat was miserable. Unfortunately, the Delta 767 doesn't offer any upgrade for a wider seat beyond Delta One, and my employer won't spring for that. Too bad there isn't a premium economy option. Also, the entertainment unit in the seat next to mine malfunctioned, which you wouldn't think would impact me that much except that because it was "seeing" touches randomly throughout the flight, the screen would turn on, off, brighter, dimmer, play random stuff, and just generally be as annoying as possible to everyone nearby throughout an overnight flight.
Pros: Generally, Delta is cleaner, their terminals are much nicer, and the experience is better than one with American and United. I wish they had more direct flights to my normal destinations--I'd fly with them more!
Cons: Someone unloaded a lot of crumbs on my tray table and they all got smooshed on the back of the seat between the tray table and chair. It was pretty nasty. (The tray table was clean, the back of the seat wasn't. Please be nasty.)
Cons: Tray table was broken, I was downgraded from Comfort plus to main cabin after a plane swap with no mention by anyone and no compensation. Flight was delayed 45 minutes because a flight attendant was running late and then to top it off, at the end of. The flight the attendants blocked anyone fromaim cabin from leaving until all of first class had departed, even when no one was coming they still Blocked it off. This is a practice I have never seen on delta and haven't seen in aviation in almost 20 years in the US
Pros: Leg room and seats are very tight and I'm a small person.
Cons: Coach class is very crowded.
Pros: Cabin crew and captain were great.
Cons: Don't like how you don't get your seat assignment until you get to the gate. I was given the window seat in the very last row for a 6 hour flight, quite uncomfortable. I could've booked another airline for a similar price and picked the seat i wanted at booking. They ran out of food choices by the time they got to the last row, so we were given whatever was left. Delayed because one of the bathroom doors wasn't working, 30 min later still wasn't fixed and ultimately they decided to go without it.
Pros: Staff smooth flight great landing and free movies
Cons: Everything was perfect
Pros: Your entertainment system is fabulous!
Cons: We purchased a direct flight from Boston to Tampa. We paid extra for the convenience of a direct flight Our flight was changed without notification to a connecting flight that was leaving 10 minutes earlier and arriving 2 hours later. Due to malfunction with the kiosk and not a sufficient amount of agents at check in, we missed our flight by 4 minutes. The gate agent seemed to enjoy telling us, with our 10 month old baby, that we were too late. Our baggage, including car seat, had been loaded on the plane. We were reassigned to a flight the following morning. We missed a full day with family, had to travel back home without a car seat and return to the airport the following day. I was shocked and disappointed that not single Delta agent was accommodating or remotely helpful while we were at the airport. I've never had a problem with Delta before. We travel on regularly and would like to continue using Delta. I would like a voucher for my next Delta trip.
Pros: gate staff were great
Cons: plane cabin staff looked overworked
Cons: My wife was told she could not board our flight from Boston to Paris because her passport was expired, even though it was not expired. We were told that in Europe passports cannot expire within 3 months of your departure. However, Delta never let us know about this rule until we literally were boarding the plane. How they could not make us aware of this until we were boarding the airplane is unbelievable and unacceptable. This has ruined our vacation which has been in planning for the last six months.
Pros: Complimentary snack mini-meal. Early departure and arrival. Availability of extra seat and elbow room. Free movies.
Cons: Entertainment screen would not tilt to comfortable angle when passenger in front of me reclined his seat, and the screen/system stopped functioning properly near end of flight.
Pros: Everything was just right
Pros: Im usually not one to sleep on ttransport but I was very comfy on this flight and was able to sleep the whole three hours
Cons: The snacks.
Cons: Great flight, ontime departure and early arrival. Bags were delivered within 15 minutes of Ariosto the gate.
Pros: We got to our destination.
Cons: Better social distancing standards. People are still getting sick even with the vaccine.
Cons: More legroom and monitors in the seat back like Jetblue.
Cons: Feed me
Cons: Too many travelers on the same flight, but I know its the day before thanksgiving so its the way it is.
Cons: Wifi was not functional, making me unable to do work for the duration of the flight. Rude flight attend literally stormed off mid-conversation as I was asking for assistance with wifi. And this was in FIRST CLASS. Unbelievable. And Unacceptable.
Pros: Crew were exceptional!!! Organizing the passengers and make the arrangements to meet the requirements of social distance. Bravo!!!
Cons: Cookies had a very bad taste. Water was perfect!
Pros: The crew was respectful and friendly, the seat was comfortable
Pros: The comfort of the plane and aircraft crew.
Cons: Customer service. Ridiculous when buying flight tickets, regardless the economy “restriction” if you buy two tickets together you put them together even if your picking the seats. A money scam charging more for us to pick our seats. Common sense isn’t that common
Pros: Lisa Inzerillo is amazing, I don’t know how she kept everyone happy and safe. What an amazing employee she is, please thank her supervisor for such great training and service!
Cons: If Lisa was our flight attendant on previous flights!
Pros: Nice to fly again!
Pros: Entertainment was good for the length of the flight.
Cons: Delayed several times, one of which was because they didn’t have enough gas for the trip. The pilot also came in so fast and hard that he slammed on the planes breaks when landing - violently shaking the entire plane.
Cons: Sat on tarmac for over 40 min waiting for gate
Cons: They make flights to depart on time. Also they should tell anything about the reason when they are delaying four times for a flight
Pros: The flight crew and the captain were terrific.
Cons: Gate agents were rude. Everybody was forced to check-in their carry on luggage due to the small plane. This information should have been shared before boarding. We were informed as we were boarding and had to scramble to remove the laptop from our carry-on and help up passengers behind us from boarding. A totally unnecessary stressful situation created by the gate agents for failing to share information. Once we got onboard we saw carry-ons larger then what we were forced to check-in. Evidently, enforcement of standards is at the gate agents' discretion.
Cons: Plane was delayed for 1 hour, electrical problems, which were never fixed. No entertainment no wifi, unable to charge battery on cell phone. Cabin very warm.
Pros: Comfortable seats with plenty of legroom.
Cons: The counter agent charged us for one bag when it should have been free. According to her, there was nothing she could do as that's what the computer stated. She did mention we have a receipt so we can ask for a refund. Why was she even there?? Could have done the same with a kiosk.
Pros: The crew members were extremely helpful. It was a full flight and hard to find space for all the carry-on luggage, but an extremely helpful stewardess did a great job of finding space for my bag. She was attentive and friendly for the beverage service and really made me feel welcome.
Pros: Crew was nice. Boarding and deplaning was quick. Flight was on time
Cons: WiFi was super slow
Cons: No complaints, great crew, great service, great flight!
Pros: Flight crew were very apologetic
Cons: Missed connecting flight from Miami. Only one flight per day. Had to take a flight to an alternative location, drive for an hour down the coast and take a ferry to my final destination.
Pros: There was an excellent selection of movies to choose from. The seats were pretty nice and clean and modern. A power outlet at every seat, and not just USB.
Cons: Flight was delayed due to paperwork and some people were racing to their connecting flights. Lots of turbulence. The seats seemed comfortable at first, but actually hurt my tailbone pretty quickly, while the 17 hour flight we took next did not. Tray tables are the folding kind and a bit awkward. We were in the last row by the bathrooms and our seats didn't recline at all. You had to pay for any kind of snacks other than a little bag of pretzels and a package of cookies. We were in one of the last two boarding sections, and the woman letting us on the plane tried to make us check out carry-on luggage, stating that the overhead bins were full. Well, we didn't want to be without our bags for the next 24 hours, so we argued and she let us "try" to bring them on. There was PLENTY of room back there! It's just the standard line they feed, apparently, so beware if you're sitting in the back of the plane!
Pros: Flights to Reno tend to be empty if you fly in the right time of the week. I booked the cheapest ticket and ended up getting an exit row all to myself.
Cons: There is no seatback TV which is a major drawback. They do have a service that you can stream through your personal device but my power outlet didn’t work so my laptop died mid movie.
Cons: No message to call with passengers with kids to board first or any military personnel boarding first.
Pros: Generally clean plane with good entertainment system and technology overall. Diabetic meal much better than in the past.
Cons: Didn't announce meal choices at the start so flight attendant had to repeat herself every. Single. Row. They forgot my diabetic meal on the last part them forgot to include cutlery and it took a long time to sort out but they were otherwise lovely.
Cons: I wish there was another option for a snack. There are many companies that would probably love to advertise through distribution to airline passengers.
Pros: Nice flight, great leg room, staff was friendly and flight was on time.
Pros: Due to a strong tailwind we arrived 45 minutes ahead of schedule. Great service with attentive attendants. However the plane was older than me, no real entertainment system or outlets to plug in smart devices.
Cons: Plane needs to be retired or retrofitted to accommodate smart device charging.
Cons: I purchased a flight two weeks ago to depart at 11am from lax I checked in at 10:30 where they told me It was too late for me to check in they gave me another flight departing at 4pm (free of charge) weird right? Very disappointed since I always fly and check in 30 minutes before. I didn’t have any luggage with me either I do not think it’s fair and I will not be flying American Airlines/Alaskan airlines ever again.
Pros: The terminal seating
Cons: I am a 100% disabled veteran and I was being rushed by flight stewards with no regard to my physical limitations. I wanted to try the kayak route but after this last experience I don’t know if I’ll still with Kayak
Pros: The crew was really nice and caring
Cons: The music and entertainment collection was very limited
Pros: Not a single part has a positive remark
Cons: Well - this partner of westjet was terrible. The amount of re direction to get to the final terminal was absurd .. that's just my venting My real problem is that then "crew" or team that represent s the American Airlines / compass part was just useless. A hand full of people - myself included didn't get a chance to board the plane as they didn't make any announcements. Beyond disappointing. When you check in they take your cell phone "in case " well no call no txt no nothing. It was a joke the level of service No apologies or anything just a group of any tired patrons getting the worst customer experience. I'll never EVER book a flight that has anything to do with American Airlines or its partners
Pros: The flight crew was professional, friendly and competent. They served the dinner as early in the flight as possible.
Cons: This was a plane with central screens along the aisle, and the airline chose to broadcast a sci-fi action movie with almost constant flashing blue light, and violent action scenes. This was first of all a movie that many people, including me, would never choose to watch, but since it was on the aisle screens there was no getting away from it. It was also unsuitable for children, even without sound. But mainly, I object to the showing of any film in that situation - only aisle screens available, and on a night flight where most of the passengers are trying to sleep. I was awakened several times by the flashing lights. Other things: one of the bathrooms was not very clean, and the plane felt like the usual cattlecar, with just 3 seats on each side of the aisle, which is unusual and unpleasant for a transatlantic flight.
Pros: Was on time
Pros: Cabin was clean. Flight attendants were courteous.
Cons: Their snacks were merely a cookie which was okay, but not what I would have wanted.
Cons: After everyone boarded they said they had a 2 hour delay and if you got off the plane your flight would be cancelled. After an hour of sitting on the plane they got everyone off so a different plane could board and take off and then everyone got back on the plane and continued to wait. We left 2.5 hours late and when we arrived at the destination the plane couldn't contact the tower?!?! So we waited another 30 mins...ridiculous, rude, and rather fly southwest
Cons: It was not obvious that I was flying American arlines out of Boston. I was very confy
Pros: The crew were pleasant and friendly. They tried the best that they could given the circumstances.
Cons: My flights were delayed so I missed my connection. I had to fly a red-eye from San Fran to Boston getting in at 6AM with meetings that started at 10AM...had to BUY a day-pass at the Admirals Club (I feel this could have been provided as it was mechanical issues that caused the delays). THEN my trip from Boston home were delayed so they switched me to another flight and then THAT one was delayed twice so I actually got home later than if I had taken the original flight! Overall the flights really sucked!!
Cons: they were keeping delay, delay, and delay when I was on the aircraft. My flight was from BOS to PHL on June 13,2017 was delayed and cancel then they pushed me back. They pushed my flight back on the next morning and without any apologize or responsibilities for me and I have been sleeping in the AIRPORT all night! never go to this airline again! bad and worst airlines ever!!!
Pros: Flight crew somehow noticed that we had someone in our party who could use some extra consideration. They pre boarded us as a result! They were also extra considerate during the flight.
Pros: That I got home safely
Cons: From the get go it was an awful experience ... I travel with an emotional support animal as does my husband because we don't do well with flying. I have anxiety to the max about it & my husband gets ulcerative colitis flare ups any time he's stressed out which is usually while we fly and having our dogs with us turkey makes us feel better. When I called to tell them over the phone we would have our emotional support animal I got an attitude as if I hadn't been doing this for the last 4 years. She reiterated to me that we needed in addition to the letterhead from the doctor a form filled out (which we both did ) . Brought to the airport and sit had to sit at the counter like the girl didn't know what she was doing. Fast forward to finally getting to the gate after being stressed and our flight was delayed. This now only made our 50 min layover in DC 20 min by the time we landed. We ran from one gate to the next hoping we wouldn't miss our flight and when we got there they wouldn't let us on the plane saying things like "your dogs are not on this flight" "there is no documentation" "well then you must not have the right paperwork" ... in front of a bunch of people in line, out of breath, and now embarrassed I am forced to take out my folder and give them all the paperwork I had just given to the customer service desk before our first flight. They let everyone on the plane and still made us stand there and finally said "just go but your dogs aren't on this flight". Fast forward AGAIN to sitting on the flight the flight attendant comes over and says "guys where's you carrier the dogs need to be under the seats" .. we peoceeded again to explain for the seventh time that they were emotional support animals ... she then proceeded "no they are not they are not even listed on this flight" at this point I'm EXTREMLY embarrassed because people on the plane are paying attention and drawing attention to us but not only that ... I have been doing this for years .. I ALWAYS have the proper documentation as does my husband and we have never ran into this kind of disappointment and embarrassment from any airline until now. I was so stressed out to begin with and this deffinately didn't help ... nor did it make us wants to fly on American again. I felt pushed aside, embarrassed, and belittled by multiples employees ... all because the first employee clearly made a mistake and didn't document things correctly ... that should have never been put on us .
Pros: The airplane had screens that tracked the flight progress, which was nice once we finally left.
Cons: The delay leaving Boston caused me major ground transportation problems in Philadelphia. Also boarding agents did a lousy job getting people to check their carry on bags, knowing with a full flight they wouldn't have room. This further delayed take off.
Pros: There's nothing good about AA
Cons: One of the few things SouthWest, Alaska & United did was the proper queuing of people to get into the plane. AA is a free for all - those who follow regulations will fall behind. In this flight from Boston to LAX - I heard there were 80 Priority checking - are you kidding me. Group 1 does not help if I have 80 Priority seating and one family took 12 people in with one elderly. It's good to place Elderly and Military up front first - but to take the Whole entire family - that's not fair - you have 8 able bodies who should be in line with the rest of the crowd. Also who heard of 80 Priority check ins - normally, that's Group 1. Never flying AA unless I a desperate.
Pros: Good experience all around.
Cons: 15 minutes late. No big deal though
Pros: Good crew, very pleasant and professional.
Cons: The three and a half hour delay was not great, but since it was due to weather issues in Chicago, certainly not the airlines fault. However, the communication about the delay was terrible. There was nobody and the gate, so we were relying on automated notifications from the airline. They kept pushing it later by 30 - 45 minutes at a time. We could have gone to the airport much later but just didn't know that.
Cons: The pilots did not show up for my flight after my other connecting flight was delayed and a previous fkight had been cancelled.
Cons: Not updating flights at the airports or apps, our 3 flights that we tried to take to get us home were canceled I had to fly stand by ALL day Saturday, went through security three times, and have been standing at a ticket counter for ANOTHER DELAYED flight. I am disgusted and will NEVER fly American again and will let friends and family know to fly SOUTHWEST
Pros: The seat was uncomfortable and the flight was full. The crew was okay. Friendly enough.
Cons: Next time I will fly first class.. More legroom
Pros: Crew was fun. Didn't get to finish movie because no wifi from den to mtj
Pros: crew were great.
Cons: Flight personnel seem like they dont enjoy their job.
Cons: The delays, gate changes in a massive airport, and general lack of information made this trip excruciating.
Pros: In flight entertainment is provided through a screen in front of your seat. There are many different channels to browse.
Cons: They had no room for my carry on, I had to place it under my seat making my legs very comfortable.
Cons: Wouldnt refund my ticket or change my flight when I needed to change it fee for everything
Pros: Felt like the pilot was experienced and skilled because It was very smooth in departing and landing.
Cons: There was a lady sitting on my assigned seat. She said flight attendance told her that is ok to do. I wouldn't mind if she or staff asked me with legitimate reasons. It happened at mt last trip; ending up sitting next to big person instead of sitting with my 12 year old daughter.
Cons: Our flight was “delayed” 12 hours! Notably not cancelled and rebooked because then they would have to compensate us, I believe
Pros: Crew was professional
Cons: Being delayed 2.5 hrs
Pros: Never made connection since first flight was deplaned
Cons: Never made it
Cons: We almost miss our flight cos the line was so long in the custom check out n the airport crews kept directing us in the wrong lines. It was very unorganised.
Cons: No entertainment for a 6 hour flight. Only served pretzels for food. Most of the crew was fine but one flight attendant was very rude, pushy, and condescending. Literally pushing me out of the way as I’m trying to board, yelling across the plane, rude comments over the speaker... honestly surprised such a large airline would tolerate this.
Pros: We arrived in one piece so United did exactly what they offered. The gate crew kept up updated over the 2 hour delay including the gate change.
Cons: United shouldn't make access to the in-flight entertainment on planes *without* monitors dependent on the customer's personal electronic devices if they don't offer an intranet link that is available to all devices. For example, not all devices also for the download of certain files to java script which is necessary to gain access to the in flight entertainment.
Pros: The crew were great, but
Cons: the airline had to hold the connecting flight because of gate assignments
Cons: Denied access to lounge in Chicago. Didn't have requested (vegetarian) meal. Flight attendants were rude, not friendly.
Cons: The itinerary printed out that I was traveling Lufthansa so my nephew left me off at Terminal B; but after trying to print out my boarding pass unsuccessfully, the supervisor said that I was booked on United which is at Term C. I had to rush on the air train to the crowded Airtrain & running thru Security & Customs.
Pros: Flight was on time and I received my checked baggage.
Cons: Seat was uncomfortable due to insufficient foot space. All (about 6) overhead bins in the rear of the aircraft were full because crew stored “essential equipment” in them. Crew was not professional. After takeoff they never came around to see if anyone needed anything and not even a glass of water was offered for the entire flight. They didn’t even ensure that everyone wore seatbelts on landing - woman next to me was stretched out hugging her companion while landing wilth unbuckled seatbelt. Entertainment screen did not wirk properly.
Pros: The person at the United customer service desk was able to book me on the next available flight to Reno (after missing my original flight mentioned above) quickly and efficiently. Boarding was fast.
Cons: I was late to my original flight and the United personal that I talked to at the gate was very rude. I asked if the plane was still boarding and all she said was go to customer service. I know I gave her a questioning look because this did not answer my original question. She repeated her statement again this time pointing. I would have preferred that she tell me that the flight had finished boarding but customer service could help me get on another flight. I feel that would have been more professional. My new flight was also an hour late
Cons: slightly delayed
Cons: The flight ran out of eggs so my breakfast was only fruit and a yogurt but honestly with that being the worst thing that happened I will take it.
Cons: Very limited leg room, very expesive entertainment - even for flight information ($US4/hour), no need to follow TSA rules (number and size of carry-on, placing carry-on under the seat, storing bags in overhead close to where you sit, etc.).
Pros: The crew was very nice.
Cons: Due to a change that wasn't communicated, my seats were changed from check in to arrival at the gate. I was moved farther back and lost my window seat for a middle seat.
Pros: Good cabin & flight crew; kept us informed.
Cons: Ran late. Seats are time (I'm average weight & height). Windows couldn't have been lower or we'd have been looking at the gear.
Pros: The flight and crew were satisfactory
Cons: That was probably the most uncomfortable flight I've ever been on. There is no room to stretch your legs or to recline the seat. To fly almost eight hours sitting straight up with no leg room is not something I want to do on a regular basis.
Pros: Assigned seat - delayed because of hot breaks but stayed on tarmac to cool while cooled only about 10 min.
Cons: Airline stewardess should have suggested mom with young child in lap could move to empty row of seats.
Cons: Didn't take the plane!
Pros: Was able to fly standby and get home earlier. Crew was nice and friendly.
Cons: Slept most of the way, but this plane didn't have television screens, so limited entertainment options.
Pros: Not applicable. Appreciate 40 minute flight.
Cons: Delayed flight which didn't bother me as was due to maintenance. Couldn't hear the gate agent over the microphone. Updates of delay could have been more that just the initial announcement. Snack bag had 8pieces in it.
Cons: Same as my experience on first flight - see comment above. Terrible!
Pros: The kindness of the crew, was having a panic attack. They calmed me down with a smile an plenty of water. Thanks
Cons: I would have liked more nuts ,
Cons: The price
Pros: The crew was friendly and helpful. The flight arrived much earlier than scheduled.
Pros: On time. Good temperature control.
Cons: Extremely cramped. Need More bathrooms.food options not clear.
Pros: Crew was great
Cons: Aircraft interior is dated.
Pros: Crew was awesome.
Cons: NO entertainment whatsoever unless you purchased it, $5 is expensive
Pros: Friendly flight attendants Help luggage personel
Cons: without notice, plane made significant shift ..about 70 degrees..... Passengers began to scream. after about 5-10 minutes, pilot announces we were 10 miles away from plane in front of us and got caught in its tail wind. I was never so frightened on an airplane as this flight.
Pros: every thing
Cons: Purchased tickets 4 months before this flight for a departure time of 6:05pm. Tried to check in and check baggage at 9:30am but was turned away saying I could only check in 3 hrs prior to my flight. Came back at 3:00pm to check-in and they could not find my information. An hour later they find out that they cancelled the flight and moved my departure time to 8:25am for that day. They say they emailed 3 times in May but I never got it (I'm a bit crazy about my email staying clean) so they say it might have went in to my spam folder due to they types of emails they send to customers. They only kept repeating that they notified me so there is nothing they could do. I ended up going to Air Canada to get a flight from PHX to RNO the next day. No apology, no help, no hotel for the night...Terrible experience by United. They gave me a customer relations group contact information to follow up with for complaint but since they sent me the 3 emails in May about the change, they have no liability to fix the situation.
Pros: Smooth. No problems. Happy we didn't have to get suitcases through customs because you could handle in Canada. Happy gate was near where we got off.
Cons: The flight was overbooked and asked for several volunteers to take later flights for travel credit. Ended up forcing those unlucky souls in the last boarding group off flight with no offer of credit or accommodation. Waited in customer service line for hours, literally longer than it would have taken to take off and arrive at my scheduled destination. United representatives could not find a flight that guaranteed a seat (not on a long standby list) that was even in the same 12 hour period. I spoke with a United supervisor who showed zero empathy or concern with the situation. In the end I arranged for other travel accommodations to drive to my family reunion destination. No refund was issued or offered. I was informed I would have to call United customer service after the date of my previously scheduled return flight to explain my situation. I will personally never fly United again and would recommend the same to anyone. Although for the record, I did receive a single ten dollar airport food voucher for my inconvenience. Inexcusable.
Pros: Staff and Pilots did a great job. Wheelchair was much apprecciated!!! Everything was on time or ahead of it. Great landing!! Wish you didn't charge for baggage and would like better snacks--oh for the good old days!
Pros: Short flight
Cons: No leg room... Overbooked so I could not upgrade. The kid behind me kicked my seat for 3 hours
Pros: Roomy planes. In flight entertainment. Great service.
Pros: Comfortable seats ,they seem to have a new ergonomic design that make them more comfy . More leg room even in regular economy seating.
Cons: Staff wasn't very talkative just kinda did the basic beverage service and that's it . Not rude but not overly friendly either . The crews that work for Southwest make you laugh and they're so much more interactive with passengers .
Pros: I liked that it got me to my destination
Cons: No entertainment, really uncomfortable, arm rest don't go up, planes are not cleaned from previous passengers, flight attendants hardly smile and don't interact as much as other airlines, delayed flights every time I fly with United.
Cons: United had 3 gate changes. Ok sometimes that happens. This was said due to a storm out of colorado
