I don’t know if it was bc we checked in early, or the airline was trying to make up for the miserable experience on the first leg of our trip, or some higher benevolent power was smiling on us, but not only did our random seating assignment put me next to my family member, but we got sat in one of the four “nice” seats in the first two rows!! It’s the most leg room either of us have had on s plane since were children, and it was phenomenal! The crew was just as great as the first portion of our trip (Spirit Airline’s one consistent bright spot), and, although the seats were still quite poor quality, they were spacious.

I could feel the knees of the person behind me through the back of my seat, and the take off and landing of one of the “youngest planes flying” (S.A’s words, not mine) was disturbingly loud and shaky.

The flight was delayed 3 hours and would have gotten into BWI after 2am -- far too late for me to have found a reliable way back to Washington, DC. I had to buy a flight on a different airline and skip this one. I'm told delays are par for the course on Spirit.

The flight kept being delayed further for vague reasons and we were not given a realistic estimate of when we might actually take off. When we finally boarded the plane two hours late, it smelled strongly of vomit and was covered in crumbs and other debris from previous passengers. Paying $45 for a carry on bag is expected with Spirit but also so absurdly overpriced. Unpleasant experience overall.

Seat 20f It was very uncomfortable and freezing My legs were sore after the journey. Besides until 30 seconds before actual boarding time the members didn't inform about the delay. Everybody had formed lines and we see people getting out only then.

Relatively short TSA, arrived at gate just as Group 1 was boarding, hopped in my seat, and enjoyed a quick, easy flight with a surprisingly good lunch of paella, salad, and torte. Very tasty. Service was great. Nice route.

It was a 737-300 so a bit dated of an aircraft, but it was - at least - clean.

Smooth flight, efficient pilot.

Staff weren’t particularly welcome and didn’t have the usual Jet Blue character. Boarding was a nightmare with only one poor employee working the gate for a fully booked flight. TVs were old and signal broken most of the flight.

Great airline. Lots of leg room and great snacks! Smooth take off and flight too!

Boarded 30 minutes later than expected. Also sat on plane for an hour and a half before takeoff because of technical difficulties. It was a late flight to begin with and now instead of getting in at 11 I got in at 1:30 am.

For instance I had left my lap top in airport terminal and we were ready to start to move away from gate I had told pilots and they asked permission from the higer ups and was givin permission to shut it down and co pilot ran back to gate and picked up my lap top it would have been a totally messed up my business trip when he picked it up and put it in my hands I was so impressed I will never ever use another airline on this trip to vernal Utah ever again if they ever have any other companies on this same route even if they were more expensive I would still utilize there services because of the professional service and care it's a no brainer for me and my company to use them and the airline routes above and beyond the call of there duty I was impressed as well as the other passengers in this flight Denver to vernal Utah exalent flight and very little turbulence on time and carrying people p pilots and ground crew both airports I appreciate good old fashioned service and careing other then a ticket I was a real person to them all I give them all a perfect 10 OUT OF 10 THANK YOU FOR BEING REAL I FLY ALOT FOR MY BUSINESS ANF THERE THE BEST AT WHAT THEY DO WISH HAD MORE OF THIS KIND OF REAL BUINSSINESS LIKE THIS I CAN NOT GIVE THEM ENOUGH GOOD THINGS TO SAY ABOUT THEM TO MY FELLOW CO WORKERS AND OTHER PEOPLE AND BUSINESSES TO RECOMMEND THEM FOR THERE GREAT SERVICE AND ATTENTION TO THE CUSTOMER THANK YOU AGAIN I APPRECIATE A GOOD IDEA AND ATTENTION TO BE THE BEST YOU CAN BE SINCERELY LOUIS STEVENS .... The flight was supposed to leave out of Cortez at 6am, the pilot showed up at 620am, and we did not depart untill 635am. Because of this, we missed our next flight out of Denver. There was no reason this flight should have been this late. When attempting to talk to boutique air staff at the airport and on the phone there was nothing they could do. 1. Because we "choose" to fly and 2 bc it was bought through a 3rd party. No one was able to help us. Unfortunately our next flight to Omaha only departs every 2 days. The closest they could get us to home was 7hrs away from our car at the airport. It was not frontier fault that we missed our next flight, it was clearly boutique air. The pilot in Cortez was a complete jerk, had no sense of time or urgency. If we are required to show up 90 minutes early, so should the pilot. We were stranded in Denver unless we wanted to buy all new tickets for around $800 or wait 2 days for next flight . I was very mad at boutique and their staff was less than accommodating or understanding. Very poor service. They would not own anything because flight was bought through kayak.

At first was told my 5:30 pm flight back to Cortez from Denver was delayed until 6:30 pm, then a bit later the airline worker told everyone on the flight he made a mistake and read it wrong, it was delayed until 6:30 am! I was eventually given a voucher for a hotel for the night, and basically no explanation as to why the flight was delayed. I then woke up at 4:00 am to catch my 6:30 am flight, when I reached the gate it had been delayed again until 8:05 am. Then at 8:00 am the airline worker called me, personally to the front desk to tell me my bag had been lost! At 8:30 am we started boarding, I asked about my bag again and was told it would be on the next flight to Cortez if it was found. We arrived in Cortez after a very stressful flight, they unloaded the plane and my bag had been on the whole time. And if the delays and miscommunication weren't enough the staff was rude and uninformed and the plane was cramped and uncomfortable. Obviously I had an extremely frustrating experience with this airline and will not be flying with them again. I would urge others to stay away as well!

Ordered a $5.99 seat selection option and got their biggest seat!! That was a nice surprise. Flight delayed for two hours due to icy weather. Attendants were calm and relayed updates regularly.

Flight was on time

There was water dripping from the vents. When I tried to inform the flight attendant, she shut me down so fast I couldn't believe it. All she had to do was reassure me that it wasn't a safety issue. Her attitude was like she was tired of telling passengers that it was perfectly normal. Very unprofessional!

My flight was delayed twice to Boston and I had an appointment to keep. I called the Spirit customer service line repeatedly to ask about travel options and discuss my dilemma. Unfortunately, it seems that phone line is entirely automated. I could not find a human to answer my questions. I finally booked a flight with another airline that was set to arrive in Boston prior to my Spirit flight. I planned to take my return flight home to Chicago, but was informed through email that I had been removed from the flight. I was very upset to learn that my round trip was cancelled by Spirit since I did not take the departure leg of the trip due to all the delays and my time constraints. If I was able to speak to a customer service representative when I repeatedly called for answers, I may have learned of this policy. I was told I could repurchase my flight home for $150, which was too much for me to spend. I am very disappointed that Spirit's budget nature even extends to poor customer service and lack of real humans to provide information during stressful travel situations. Since Spirit has done nothing to make me want to use this airline again, I will be seeking other carriers for my future travel needs.

I asked 4 times to 3 different attendants to please reset the TVs so that the rite could be fixed. I was not the only passenger in the row and we both were going to enjoy the entertainment that we purchased with our flight tickets. Not only that, but tHe flight attendant knowingly allowed someone to try and enter the bathroom right after watching me go in to use it. I was completely shocked that they were so caught up in their personal conversation and could not bother to warn the person that i was using the bathroom

Pilot was personable, airline staff were kind and helpful. Also, it was the smoothest landing I’ve ever experienced in any size plane once we got down below the turbulence.

I’d never flown in a plane that small, and when flying in to Denver, it gets bumpy. I suppose once I get used to it, it won’t be so bad.

We had no security check on our first leg and only went through security for our second leg on the same plane. Huh? Also there was no communication from the airline about checking in or about the fact that the airline isn't in a main DFW terminal. Finally, both flights-- coming and going-- were hours late and caused significant scheduling problems.

I had my 3 hours wasted. All or some TV are busted and doesn't work. It's loose connection as front seat move sometimes you see sometimes you don't. I used to book JetBlue only bexause.tbus is the only airline that offers TV service and but it's time has changed and service has degraded as it seems. I would recommend to fix the TV and or at least put bigger screen. I fly from India to Dubai that is same flight time and they offer same service that they offer in their emrites double floor plane except smaller screen but same function. I am disappointed with the entertainment service and going forward I would not be willing to go with JetBlue unless I don't have any choice. Thanks Neo

Great airline. Lots of leg room and great snacks! Smooth take off and flight too!

Boarded 30 minutes later than expected. Also sat on plane for an hour and a half before takeoff because of technical difficulties. It was a late flight to begin with and now instead of getting in at 11 I got in at 1:30 am.

Smooth flight, efficient pilot.

Staff weren’t particularly welcome and didn’t have the usual Jet Blue character. Boarding was a nightmare with only one poor employee working the gate for a fully booked flight. TVs were old and signal broken most of the flight.

Ordered a $5.99 seat selection option and got their biggest seat!! That was a nice surprise. Flight delayed for two hours due to icy weather. Attendants were calm and relayed updates regularly.

The flight was delayed 3 hours and would have gotten into BWI after 2am -- far too late for me to have found a reliable way back to Washington, DC. I had to buy a flight on a different airline and skip this one. I'm told delays are par for the course on Spirit.

After everyone boarded they said they had a 2 hour delay and if you got off the plane your flight would be cancelled. After an hour of sitting on the plane they got everyone off so a different plane could board and take off and then everyone got back on the plane and continued to wait. We left 2.5 hours late and when we arrived at the destination the plane couldn't contact the tower?!?! So we waited another 30 mins...ridiculous, rude, and rather fly southwest
