I liked the crews attentiveness, all food and drink items were tasty, and came out in a timely manner. The entertainment systems were not as responsive and my seat had issues with the auxiliary for the headphones. Seats were OK, and the headrest for my seat could go back only so far. Bathrooms were tight fit.

The pasta in the evening meal was tasteless. Otherwise, the flight was okay.

Flight was cancelled and rebooking was an hours long experience which required us to rent a cab, hotel room and fly the next day on a different airline with a much longer layover

Comment for Lufthansa is just perfect, similar to my first flight comment.

There is need to introduce HOME COUNTRY of Departure Meals

It was good, but I felt a little cramp on the plane whether I was in Economy or not.

I pre-ordered my meal and did not receive it. The seats are very old, uncomfortable and dirty. The crew was excellent and made my stay on board comfortable and enjoyable.

The boarding process was really slow. The air crew was amazing and the food options and the entertainment were also really great.

Delayed over 2 hours. Bring your own snacks or prepare to pay. No entertainment and no plug plugs for charging.
