Staff on board was excellent. Positive upbeat helpful- like it used to be.

Ot was overall fine. Left on time and had basic snacks. Weather was finicky but that’s not the airlines fault.
Even though we were delayed, we were able to make our connection
Crew and customer service were excellent. This flight also had plenty of leg room and seat mounted screens for entertainment. A very pleasant flight all around!
I was in first class. The outlets at my seat did not work. The plane was shabby and run down. I had prepurchsed a day subscription for internet that was not redeemable. I had to repurchase the internet for my flight and then it didn’t work anyway. Quite disappointed in what was supposed to be the launch of a great vacation.
Flight was good and crew was super polite. However, there were around 5 kids screaming the WHOLE 2 hours. I understand kids have to come but parents need to do something to control their children. They make the experience terrible, especially after finishing 16 hour shifts at the hospital I needed some sleep, which I did not get.
Armrest controller on my seat 35D and nextbooennseat 35E did not work right. Hard to press buttons to recognize and 35D had constantnpressure either upmost down somit was nearly impossible to make selections. .
I flew with my dog and had already purchased my dog’s ticket. Even that morning I had called costumer service to insure that my husband and I had seats together since the website was giving me an error when choosing our seats and the representative mentioned our dog. I showed up early to the airport and when I got to the gate and we started boarding I was help back and told that I was supposed to have a yellow tag and that I should have checked in at the counter for them to give me that tag. I was not aware of this, the representative on the phone did not say anything. Nor did I see it anywhere in the checking process online, so if you travel with a pet and are not checking in luggage, just know that you still have to go to the check in counter when arriving at the airport unless you want to be the last one to board and not have room for your carry on in the overhead bins. Other than that, I had a great experience.
The experience was great, the crew was very polite and hospitable. I will definitely make if my go to airlines.
I handed in my suitcase in perfect condition at SAL Airport. And in MIA Airport I received it with one corner broken and the wheels bent.
I like the crew members they're very friendly. Clean plane. The flight was on time. I dont like the comfort my car seat its better that the plane seats. They charge for everything. This airline was very good. Now it's a low cost airline
No free snacks nor drinks on very short 30min flight. Entertainment system is over wifi to your own phone or tablet, which is good but often a show or movie just stops and refuses to continue
6 hour flight and have to pay for everything 100 dollars to add a carry-on bag is insane

The check in is the only positive thing in Avianca. The seat is the most uncomfortable I have traveled, the distance is minimal.

Our flight got rescheduled 48 hours later, the airline didn’t pay a penny for our expenses.
My baby was crying uncontrollably for the longest time and the entire crew was SO supportive, I’m so appreciative of them. Thank you so much for the support during an exhausting moment. We got very lucky.
Uncomfortable seats and tiny tray table. Expensive snacks. Flight was on time and crew was pleasant but take me back to Southwest!
Boarding and unboarding processes were pretty smooth. I gave a low score for Boarding because of how my flight was missing from all the boards at the airport, and when I checked the flight status on the Spirit website, it said it would be departing from Terminal E, gate D15. There are no "D" gates in terminal E.
The flight was on time and the crew was very professional and accommodating. When other airlines are canceling flights Spirit is still flying with on time flights. I have no complaints and will continue to choose Spirit when it is the best option for me.
The checkin in laguardia was a disaster, scrambling left and right, it was constantly a trying to sell you something, better seat, constantly selling
Prices for bags are extremely expensive and if you go higher on weight, the charge is ridiculous.

They didn't let me board with a proper boarding pass. I threw away my bags so that I can board and was defined boarding. Had to take the next flight after paying more.
Over SOLD flight. It does not matter that you were able to check in 24 Hours before and confirm your flight. At the airport, the company SPIRIT rep wanted to remove people who pay for lower fares.
