I always choose Alaska when I can. Every thing seems to run more efficiently with them.
I liked that I made it onto the flight rather than “missing” the connection. We left PDX early in the morning along with half of Portland arriving at about the same time as we did- 2 hours prior to our flight leaving. The layover was for less than an hour and we were concerned that we would not make the connection, but as it turns out, the flight leaving LAX was even more delayed in departure due to needing some maintenance repair for the a/c of the plane. As for the food- it seems not so very nice that you are not feeding people and offering complementary alcohol on the international flights any more.
Flight was delayed but still made it to Phoenix on time. Boarding went quickly, the flight was smooth.
Larger seats with a bit more room would be good! Thanks for all your hard work. I think we are all feeling a bit down these days economically and your positive attitudes, both from SJC to Seattle and from Seattle to Bozeman makes more of a difference than you can see! The food selections were not good, and entertainment was non existent.
I purchased a 1st class ticket and unfortunately the main flight attendant was not the best and seemed more interested in her phone than the passengers at times. Then the plane didn’t get restocked and the only snacks for this flight were pretzels. However I would like to say that the rest of the flight crew and ground crew at the airport we’re great, especially the people that wheeled me around the airport some and then the one getting me to the plane and the automated wheelchair that wheeled me through the airport.
Fine. But given how empty the flight was, I do not understand why my dog, in its carrier, could not be placed on the seat next to me (which was empty) rather than on the floor under seat. This seemed like overkill on the rule following by the flight staff.

I would have liked if the flight existed. To be fair the federal government canceled it. But, since it WAS canceled, I would have liked it if Alaska Airlines had moved a finger to assist me rather then abandoning me with my luggage, unable to check it, for 14 hours in Portland. So federal regulations forbid them from storing my bag? Then at least help me find storage or SOMETHING.

The plant way delayed departing by 3 hours. It was an old airplane with broken seats and armrests. The bathroom made a hollering sound. A really crappy flight experience and travel day all around.
Flight delays both to Detroits and return flight . The flight to Detroit was associated with mechanical difficulty
I am extremely disappointed that delta internal pilot manuals now refer to the Gulf of Mexico as the “gulf of America”. You can bow down to the Orange turd on your own. I will never fly delta again
Wasn't a Delta issue I don't think, but seems there was a Delta flight at each of the 2 Dallas airports at the same exact time, both to Atlanta. I was evidently booked on the one at Love Airport, but the Carey transport shuttle took me to DFW instead and I ended up missing the flight by just a few minutes. Was able to book a Southwest flight from Love Airport, but was a big loss of time and an inconvenience.

I noticed that the planes seem to be outdated. There was no entertainment per se. Also, the waiting area did not have any working electrical outlets
Original flight was cancelled and when i was rebooked by the airline, they couldn't seat me in the same type of seat as I had originally booked (went from window/aisle to middle/middle and one was a bulkhead seat, and other wasn't in the same class)
Lady Pilot was perfect in every way wheels up to wheels down communication, professionalism, excellent on time departure and on time arrival, excellent communication! Fantastic job with Superb attitude!!
The food is terrible. The staff is wonderful. Comfort is good.
