Cons: "While trying to get a gate pass to pick up our son from the gate Delta service makes it very hard to know where to go and get the pass and then they only had one person working at ticket assist. Totally unacceptable. Many managers walking around but no one actually helping."

Also, the engine sound was so deafening with such intense vibration that I was unable to hear the flight attendant speaking to me from 2 feet away, much less anything overh"

That should be possible, otherwise the value of staying in SKY TEAM isn’t as valuable to me."

Pros: "I missed my flight for the first time and I was having a complete meltdown at the check in desk until the sweetest agent said "oh no worries sweetheart, let's find you another flight back home"... It seems so simple but with the morning I had, this simple act had me in tears! The kindness and patience she showed me was amazing and definitely the reason I will always fly Delta to any and every destination they are able to take me! <3"

Cons: "Flight delays cause cascade of irritable passengers. Flight out of Phoenix delayed due to late departure from previous location. We were told mechanical reasons was the cause of the delay. This caused many passengers to miss their connecting flight in Atlanta. When we arrived after midnight, one gate person was attempting to help 50 people with morning connecting flights and room accommodations. The airline knew 3 hours prior that they would have tired, hungry, frustrated passengers. To then have to wait more than an hour in a line to get a bed and or a meal was too much for most people. There were other smaller examples of how Delta's staff or procedures were not customer centric. I will avoid Delta for travel in the future, and I am getting out of their stock."

Please understand that the descendants of Norway Germany & Native Americans are large people, we require a larger seat! I was stuffed into this seat so tight that today I will have to see a chirop."

I just flew Alaska, delta, American,d Lufthansa recently and none of those airlines were as bad. Like a sardine can. I will avoid United at Ll costs."

Cons: "Delayed flights leading to incredibly tight connection times, staff inconsistent with messaging re the source of the delay, zero compassion for customers, offering $700-$1,400 to get off the plane when you charge $200 to change a flight 2 weeks in advance is especially galling! Will not fly with United again whenever there is a viable alternative to my destination."

Pros: "I LIKED THE WAY I WAS TREATED BY PERSONNEL AT FLIGHT DEPARTURE ZONES ESPECIALLY IN VANCOUVER AND CHICAGO. WHEN BOARDING THE FLIGHT ATTENDANTS WERE POLITE AND HELPFUL IN GETTING MY CARRY ON SUITCASE PROPERLY STOWED."

Cons: "On trip to medford my lugguage got left in san fransisco and was never delivered to me so i went back to airport and it was just sitting there, no one there to give it to me so i had to look for someone to open room so i could get it. Then From medford to san fransisco There was no explanation cancellation, no one at counter for hours to figure out something else, no apology for inconvience, no vouchers for hotel or food since i had to stay at one since flight left so early in am. I had less then 10 mins to get from medford plane to denver plane. Thats running and up 2 flights of stairs and getting to door in nick of time. I missed a day of work and basically unless an emergency i wont fly united again."

Cons: "I'm usually a patient person, but my flight was supposed to leave at 525am and didn't leave until 730. This was the first flight in the morning. We boarded, waiting 30 minutes on the plane, they told us to get off because there were computer issues. Why wasn't that checked before everybody was boarded? Once we got on the plane we had to wait another 30 minutes for the crew to get someone's luggage from under the plane. Why wasn't that done while the computer was getting fixed? I didn't get to Denver until 1040am missed my flight and didn't get to get on my connection until 500pm. In the meantime I called to get on a different flight at 1, but the guy on the phone didn't actually book me a seat. The gate people weren't very nice."

Cons: "United has a problem with its seat assignments. We were not given one on our connecting flight in Houston. That caused us to miss our flight. We were not given seat assignments on returning flights either, even though we we checked in 24 hours in advance. United 's terminal in Houston is very poor. I would not recommend it to anyone."

Cons: "Seating in the last row or rows made deplaning very slow."

Pros: "When I landed in Denver, I needed a wheelchair. The gate where I landed was a LONG way from the gate where I needed to board for my flight to Billings. The person wheeling me didn't think we'd make it to my gate on time----she practically had to run!! As we passed an agent, she asked if they'd call ahead to let them know I was coming. The agent told her they wouldn't hold the plane for me if we didn't make it. I don't know if they did, but I was the last person to board. Thank God!!!!"
Cons: "The person wheeling me to my gate to Billings couldn't find anyone on a cart who get me to my gate faster & on time. I feel that more of them should be available to those of us who need to go such a long distance to our next gate. We barely made it in my wheelchair and had I had to walk that distance, I NEVER would have made my flight to Billings. Also, agents should be able to contact a gate to let them know that a person is having difficulty getting to their next gate!!!"

Cons: "Plane was late then sat on run way for 30 minutes. Over one hour late."

Cons: "Luggage lost or left in Chicago with meds including insulin, had to stay in motel in Portland, ME to wait for morning flight. Hope luggage is on that flight. He needed his meds and only wanted to help when they said there was too much baggage. Mr. Perrin had only one carrying with everything in it. The flight itself was fine and he had good aisle seats and wheelchair at all points, but the lost luggage with the important meds caused a problem. We hope United found it."

Pros: "Informative Captain. Made up time in transit."
Cons: "In flight entertainment did not exist and a fee was charged to access content online. This does not meet industry standards. During boarding, airline agent told me my one allowable carry-on item had to be checked because of limited space in overhead bins. Upon boarding the plane, there was clearly room for more luggage to be stored overhead. One flight crew member served complimentary beverages by serving the entire can. The other served by pouring only some of the can into a cup. Again, this does not meet industry standards, from the perspective of a reasonably well-traveled flier."

Pros: "It was a very well ran flight, both fights were what you would expect from an airline service. Overall satisfied."

Cons: "We were asked to pay attention to the safety demonstration, yet I could not see it because the flight attendant was standing so far ahead up the aisle that even if I leaned out, I could not see her. I also don't understand why United boards from front to rear. It's illogical and time consuming."

Cons: "Our plane was delayed three hours, which put us in Billing at 12:30am. We also had four different gates in Denver and kept having to move up and down the B-concourse. Huge rodeo."

Cons: "storm was coming over and they boarded us anyway. sat on plane for 2 hours almost lost my mind. finally let us off. honestly would have appreciated them being honest and telling us that we would have to wait until the storm passed which was about 4-5hours. not knowing what was going on killed my positive experience. i know the weather does not affect how you all do your job-- the crew was great. just a really bad experience wish they could have been more up front."

Cons: "My connecting flight was sent without me- I paid for upgraded seats that I never got, they tried giving me a connector that didn't get back to Baltimore until 1030pm after my day started at 3am for a flight at 5:30am... Then finally got a connecting flight into Virginia and had to drive 2 hours to get my car from Baltimore. Never flying United again."

Pros: "The flight was an hour late due to bad weather delaying the plane's arrival. The great news is the boarding process was quick and efficient. Once seated the pilot announced that the weather delaying the arrival would help 'push' us for our flight. Only a half hour late after an hour delay departing."

Pros: "The flight was mercifully short and on time. I was very glad to get off."
Cons: "Weird boarding procedures at Houston where you have to wait in a giant holding pen and not allowed to go to your gate until it is almost ready for boarding. Rude United personnel to tell you about how that works. Flight was in a small regional jet where the overhead bins were tiny. Multiple screaming children In the row in front of me. Seats seemed small (though perhaps they are just the normal United small)."

Cons: "The airline kept delaying and canceling the flights with little to no notification, resulting in people missing work, connecting flights, and other important situations. there weren't many employees working at the airport to assist the people who were in unfortunate situations involving the flight, including myself. Overall it was a poor experience flying with United airlines, but that won't stop me from future planning."
