Beware of Delta staff at Mexico City International Airport, actually be cautious with most of the staff OF THE AIRPORT, NOT THE VENDORS. Delta staff check-in particularly are not only rude, but also despicable. Because technically the law is on their side and it is, as in America, federal Mexican property, well, turns out that at the first hesitation from the customer Delta (or any airline at this airport, from my experience) staff actually will call federal and National Army (you know that they don't have anymore civil police at the Federal level in MX) on you. Almost a year ago, one of Delta staff physically attacked my brother after AEROMEXICO, Delta Skypartner, did something wrong with their reservation. Anyway, watch out.

The flight out of Richmond was so delayed there was no layover in Dallas. However we arrived at one end of Terminal C and had to nearly run to the other end to board the flight to Austin, minutes before Final boarding. Other than that the experience was pleasant.

Gate agents come outside, receive information from -- again -- BAGGAGE HANDLERS -- and then tell everyone to go back inside. 7. Once inside, gate agents tell passengers they have no idea what is going on, where they will be departing from, or when. 8. Gate agents tell passengers to go through the (long, ridiculous) boarding process a second time, and get on the second plane on the left. 9. A couple of PASSENGERS remind the gate agent that the baggage handlers specifically said that plane was not going to Albuquerque. 10. Gate agents change their minds, and tell passengers to get on a different plane. 11. We finally get on the damn plane."

Cons: "some folks didn't use ear phones watching shows so i had to hear annoying entail mentioned selections. I had ear plugs fortunately :) didn't find anything I'd watch in entertainment. enjoy learning/science/documentaries"

Cons: "Even for a smaller person like myself, it was quite cramped--moreso than what I've noted in the past"

Cons: "The flight was really bumpy which I realize isn't anyone's fault but I couldn't wait till we landed...also they announced that as soon as we were at a certain altitude they would begin beverage service....which I was really looking forward too , and then ten minutes later they announced that they were cancelling beverage service."

Cons: "On trip to medford my lugguage got left in san fransisco and was never delivered to me so i went back to airport and it was just sitting there, no one there to give it to me so i had to look for someone to open room so i could get it. Then From medford to san fransisco There was no explanation cancellation, no one at counter for hours to figure out something else, no apology for inconvience, no vouchers for hotel or food since i had to stay at one since flight left so early in am. I had less then 10 mins to get from medford plane to denver plane. Thats running and up 2 flights of stairs and getting to door in nick of time. I missed a day of work and basically unless an emergency i wont fly united again."
Pros: "Only good thing was the flight was fast and on flight staff friendly."
Cons: "Flight to Denver was supposed to leave from Albuquerque at 9:55. Screen said flight was on time. No rep at desk and screen changes to Houston and only way we found out our flight was delayed because the plane was diverted to Durango is because another passenger called United. Finally at a quarter till 11am the screen at the gate changed back to Denver but still said 9:55am departure flight on time but united's website stated flight delayed till 11:55am. Upon return to Albuquerque from Denver bag was not on my flight so I had to hang out in Albuquerque although, I live an hour away because I have prescription meds in my checked bag I need to take 4 times daily. Would not fly United again"

Cons: "My connecting flight was sent without me- I paid for upgraded seats that I never got, they tried giving me a connector that didn't get back to Baltimore until 1030pm after my day started at 3am for a flight at 5:30am... Then finally got a connecting flight into Virginia and had to drive 2 hours to get my car from Baltimore. Never flying United again."
