I had a great experience on my flight and the staff could NOT have done a better job. I want to thank everyone from the boarding gate to the deboarding gate, for such a nice experience. But listen up Americans, the entertainment would’ve been better, if one: the internet was free like it was in MEXICO! And two: the sound worked for the movies. (That might’ve been my fault... or my phone’s fault). But, the free texting was something only available in a country to which Donald Trump (the most patriotic American in his whole wide mind) thinks is so inferior! What’s up America? Can’t afford to give us free WiFi in our planes? I hear ya... What’re you gonna do Trump, build a wall around the United State’s overpriced internet service?!? Just kidding folks! I had a great flight!

I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to text via free WiFi in the sky. Oddly, this same service is unable to be acquired, once you’re in the United States. Leave it to Mexico, a beautiful country that’s struggling with so much poverty, to offer up free internet service instead of some silly $20 per flight deal which occurs once you cross into (at least on the surface) the wealthy, not so poverty stricken, USA! AMERICA! America, the same America that the side of the plane you’re flying in, is so proudly representing. Rich, powerful, fair America needs the extra $20!

I loved all of it. I have nothing to complain about. Thanks for a great experience!! Except, if there’s any way that I can extend a complaint about the Cozumel airport... I was SO disappointed that they no longer carry those delicious Doritos, that can only be found in Mexico. Their stores stopped carrying them and I nearly died of sadness! Just kidding guys. I had a great experience and I love Cozumel airport. It’s one of my favorites, honestly.

The staff member at the gate counter in Philly was very short and rude. She asked for people volunteer to check their carry-on bags and when I took mine up she was very curt. She asked me for my seat number (I didn't hear her) and her tone got worse. A woman who did not speak English need assistance and was turned away by this person with s shrug. The Latina finally stood in the middle of the gate area asking for help from anyone who could speak English. I just spent 18 days I Madrid and never once was rejected when I asked for assistance. I was not happy with your employee and I was ashamed to hear an American treat someone that way. In the employee's defense, she was alone at the dest up until boarding time and was juggling a lot of balls without any other support. Not a good experience.

Entertainment is so appreciated on long flights. It was quiet. Snacks done quickly. Took a long time to board, but the flight was full. We were delayed out of gate because of this. Unloading plane went fairly quick but could have been a problem for short connections. Those people should have been allowed to leave first.

Absolutely no part of the flight was comfortable or enjoyable.

The plane itself was clearly an older model, lacking many amenities I’ve come to expect flying coach. The overhead compartments were too small for larger carryon luggage, and no one on the crew alerted passengers to this. Thus, many passengers had to go against the traffic of those still boarding to find space for luggage. My seat was at the back of the plane so I had to spend close to 15 extra minutes walking back to the front against boarding passengers to find a place to put my luggage. A simple warning from the crew when I boarded would have prevented mine and many others unnecessary trouble simply boarding. During a very turbulent flight, the captain nor the crew made any announcements about turbulence, our safety, or our progress. Also during the flight, one of the flight attendants got into an awkward verbal spat with one of the passengers. Completely unprofessional and bothersome. Additionally, I had fallen asleep when dinner was being first served, but woke up before it was finished. A flight attendant approached me and asked if I’d like a dinner to which I replied “Yes”. The flight attendant never returned with a dinner for me, thus I did not eat the dinner, which I had paid for. Lastly, and perhaps most disturbing, was what transpired when a passenger had a medical emergency. With no warning, all of the airplane lights turned on and a loud “CODE RED” was announced over the sound system. Imagine being a sleeping passenger like myself, during a very turbulent flight, to be suddenly awoken to bright lights and a CODE RED shouted loudly over the PA. I’m not overexaggerating when I say that I was preparing for the worst. A truly terrifying moment that I am certain was shared with many others on board. To make matters even worse, as a flight attendant rushed to find a first aid kit (which she had trouble finding) she opened up the compartment over my partners seat and dropped a passengers ipad on her head. The flight attendant did return to apologize, but it was little consolation compared to the stress and panic the crew created. I have flown many times, and this was easily the worst flight of my life. American Airlines should be ashamed of the conditions they put their passengers in and they have lost two customers for good.

Getting my phone blown up all day about delays on my two flights. Then sitting on the tarmac in the plane while the ground crew moved equipment around. Were they surprised a plane was coming in?

The staff member at the gate counter in Philly was very short and rude. She asked for people volunteer to check their carry-on bags and when I took mine up she was very curt. She asked me for my seat number (I didn't hear her) and her tone got worse. A woman who did not speak English need assistance and was turned away by this person with s shrug. The Latina finally stood in the middle of the gate area asking for help from anyone who could speak English. I just spent 18 days I Madrid and never once was rejected when I asked for assistance. I was not happy with your employee and I was ashamed to hear an American treat someone that way. In the employee's defense, she was alone at the dest up until boarding time and was juggling a lot of balls without any other support. Not a good experience.

Entertainment is so appreciated on long flights. It was quiet. Snacks done quickly. Took a long time to board, but the flight was full. We were delayed out of gate because of this. Unloading plane went fairly quick but could have been a problem for short connections. Those people should have been allowed to leave first.

I had a great experience on my flight and the staff could NOT have done a better job. I want to thank everyone from the boarding gate to the deboarding gate, for such a nice experience. But listen up Americans, the entertainment would’ve been better, if one: the internet was free like it was in MEXICO! And two: the sound worked for the movies. (That might’ve been my fault... or my phone’s fault). But, the free texting was something only available in a country to which Donald Trump (the most patriotic American in his whole wide mind) thinks is so inferior! What’s up America? Can’t afford to give us free WiFi in our planes? I hear ya... What’re you gonna do Trump, build a wall around the United State’s overpriced internet service?!? Just kidding folks! I had a great flight!

I liked the food and the fact that we had booked good seats in Economy so we were comfortable.

Absolutely no part of the flight was comfortable or enjoyable.

The plane itself was clearly an older model, lacking many amenities I’ve come to expect flying coach. The overhead compartments were too small for larger carryon luggage, and no one on the crew alerted passengers to this. Thus, many passengers had to go against the traffic of those still boarding to find space for luggage. My seat was at the back of the plane so I had to spend close to 15 extra minutes walking back to the front against boarding passengers to find a place to put my luggage. A simple warning from the crew when I boarded would have prevented mine and many others unnecessary trouble simply boarding. During a very turbulent flight, the captain nor the crew made any announcements about turbulence, our safety, or our progress. Also during the flight, one of the flight attendants got into an awkward verbal spat with one of the passengers. Completely unprofessional and bothersome. Additionally, I had fallen asleep when dinner was being first served, but woke up before it was finished. A flight attendant approached me and asked if I’d like a dinner to which I replied “Yes”. The flight attendant never returned with a dinner for me, thus I did not eat the dinner, which I had paid for. Lastly, and perhaps most disturbing, was what transpired when a passenger had a medical emergency. With no warning, all of the airplane lights turned on and a loud “CODE RED” was announced over the sound system. Imagine being a sleeping passenger like myself, during a very turbulent flight, to be suddenly awoken to bright lights and a CODE RED shouted loudly over the PA. I’m not overexaggerating when I say that I was preparing for the worst. A truly terrifying moment that I am certain was shared with many others on board. To make matters even worse, as a flight attendant rushed to find a first aid kit (which she had trouble finding) she opened up the compartment over my partners seat and dropped a passengers ipad on her head. The flight attendant did return to apologize, but it was little consolation compared to the stress and panic the crew created. I have flown many times, and this was easily the worst flight of my life. American Airlines should be ashamed of the conditions they put their passengers in and they have lost two customers for good.
