I'm glad it wasn't only 75% full because I could get a good seat
We waited in the airplane for over 45 min for a southwest employee to make the flight. This cause over half the plane to miss their connecting flight in Denver. When we confronted the desk upon arrival, they told us the only flight they had was the next day leaving at 8:50 pm!!! Or they offered to get us to Burbank or LA, but after that we were on our own to get back to Santa Barbara. I paid for a flight from sba to bna bna to sba. My re entry into mom mode has been 💯 rough because of southwest mistake with my flight. And now I’m leaving to Reno tomorrow for a vballl tournament and just discovered that my leg in Vegas has me and my 3 kids on a stand by flight even though I had booked these ticket last year November!! Do better southwest!
Still need to work out the kinks on the new assigned seating boarding process. Otherwise, a very good flight.
Okay, not wonderful. Short flight. Wi-fi didn't work properly. Stuck waiting for a gate to open upon arrival for 20 or so minutes.
Worst experience I had on Southwest. Still better than most, but the seating was barely tolerable.
Cluster mess boarding. Can't wait for SWA reserved seating. Internet didn't seem to work on the plane.
Great experience flying Southwest. The crew was really kind and helpful, and very friendly with our toddler.
No space for our carryon and needed to check at plane before boarding !
Flight attendants were in a bad mood and we were late
I generally like everything Southwest. But my seat, the window and the table were dirty. The table was covered in body hair and I asked the flight attendant nicely a couple of times for wipes (before service so that I could use the table). I had to ask a few times during and after service again, and she brought them over after I had finished my drinks. Can you keep a bunch of wipes available as we board the plane so that we can clean our areas ourselves? Very little service is expected of the flight attendants on board. But if this is so hard, then I'd prefer to just grab what I need as I'm boarding so that I can take care of things myself. Thanks!
The head rest is too big and cannot be placed differently/removed. Causes one head to tilt forward and increase back pain
Our flight to Rome, Italy was cancelled the day of and we were never informed. We only found out because I was trying to get into my husbands account and called to get his account number. Had to pay more for worse seating on another airline.
I wish there were outlets to charge my iPhone. The crew was great; we had a female pilot who was great with explaining what was happening and delays,
The staff was hospitable and professional. The seat had a bit of wear. The winner shade was stuck 1/4 open. I received the best of both worlds. The morning sun was able to come in and blind the screen i was trying to use while at the same time it was too low to look out and enjoy the view. Rather embarrassing for a 1st class ticket.
Even though we were delayed, we were able to make our connection
Trip was great. A wild landing in Ottawa with the wind and rain, but the pilot did a great job. Always love flying United.👍
Old and out of date plane, it seem like every time I fly with united there’s and issue. We were delayed,
Checkin was painful and slow! Lady didn’t seem to know what was going on and couldn’t explain the delay. Seemed ahe couldnt see the computer scree and we couldn’t hear her talk through her mask.
Great flight. WiFi worked great and the crew was awesome.
Great crew, smooth flight. 30 minute delay on the tarmac with no status updates or information from captain. However, that was the only negative on the trip.
My wife has a scooter and they where supposed to send from departure to destination and had it go to connecting flight,not good.Nobody has knowledge of the scooters or the battery's.
They lost my bag on both the going and return flight of my round-trip.
Not one thing to like. Three flights all with “mechanical” delays. Never got to where I was going and spent additional $500 for a hotel room. American Airlines is the worst in the industry!
Air condition was not working for long both after boarding and also after landing ; unbearably hot and suffocating

This was a horrible experience. I’ve experienced several delays at this point and still not home. I was supposed to be home by 8:30 last night and here I sit at 7 am on a plane STILL unable to go home because of American Airlines.
Delayed due to no crew. On a major holiday travel day.
they should make XXL people buy two seats. sitting next to a person that was half on my seat and could not even buckle the seat belt, so I had to lean in the isle the whole trip.
