Cons: "I had the very first flight in the morning and when I woke up and checked the time for the flight, it had already been delayed 2 hours. They said I would not make my connection but couldn't work to get me on any other flight that day with another airline. The best they could do was a full refund or a flight the next day (this happened to everyone on our flight). I opted for the full refund ($246) since I needed to be at my destination that day. However, that didn't help much since I bought the ticket months in advance to save money, and subsequently had to buy a ticket with another airline ($700). This was the first and last time I will choose to fly with frontier."

Cons: "The service. While traveling it is already stressful and to have reps that does not show any signs of caring if the passengers return as a guest or not. I missed my connecting flight and no one cared at this airline."
Pros: "The security guard and the young lady at the Frontier ticket counter were both helpful and delightful. Great example of genuine hospitality in the South. Much appreciated!"
Cons: "The flight in general was not bad - was able to have a much needed snooze. But we were grounded for close to an hour before arriving at the gate. The flight attendants were nowhere to be found (they stayed out of sight in their seats.) The Captain did announce the reason for the delay (repair work being done to the plane in the gate we were assigned) as well as the anticipated amount of time it would take. Flight attendants on OTHER AIRLINES have a much better attitude and engage with the passengers when this type of thing happens. When I had dinner in an airport restaurant and mentioned the situation (with the airline remaining anonymous), the waiter immediately knew which airline I was talking about and said they are known for providing lousy customer service."

Cons: "The cabin A/C did. It seem to be working. I was hot, uncomfortable, sweating, and struggling to breathe. Also we landed something like 20 minutes early but sat waiting on a gate - nearly an hour, until we were late. There were some people missing their connections. The cabin airflow was not running while we were sitting waiting on a gate all that time. I was gasping for air by that point. Then we were asked to remain seated while those missing connections could de-plane. I understand and empathize but I was desperate to get off that plane -'it was stifling! No food or even a glass of tap water unless you wanted to whip out your credit card. Lots of hidden fees, not really that cheap after you pay for a seat assignment, a carry on bag, a checked bag.... Boarding was chaos, they did not adhere to the zones in the Memphis boarding. No food, no entertainment - nothing to rank there."
Pros: "Great price, but be prepared to pay for any extras. Even after bringing carry-on luggage and checking a bag we still came out cheaper than we would have on any other airline."

Frontier offers cheap airfares, only to then charges you more for your bags (including carry-ons) than for your ticket. There were no complimentary drinks or snacks, and the flight had the most turbulence I've ever experienced in my life, and the on-board crew was unfriendly and it felt like they could not wait for us to leave. I will never fly Frontier again"

I am not happy that upon arival I was notified my one bag would be an extra $40. That should have been discussed before."

I did not like the hard seat, the cramped row, the staff selling booze to those around me and watching them get drunk, the loud noise of the engine, the feeling of being like a sardine in a small can, being held once we boarded for a maintence issue for 50 minutes. It is no longer enjoyable flying. All most of the U.S airlines care about is their profits...the bottom line."

But being military and flying from multiple cities and going with Frontier I have experience super cheap tickets through other websites, quick check ins, free baggage because I am military and non-stop flights that have great take off and arrival times. Frontier is my favorite out of the many other airlines I have taken."
