Took an hour to de-ice. The snow was forecasted. I understand it's the airport operations, not airline, but there should be a better way.
Everyone on the plane was freezing and the crew could not do anything about it
Took a red eye, so slept most of the way. Crew was super chill and let me sleep the whole way. Minor turbulence, but the captain made announcements and made sure everyone felt at ease. Quick to unload passengers once we arrived at the gate. Didn't use the in-flight entertainment but there was a cool and updated map feature that was much better and more high-tech than previous AC flights I have taken. Also enjoyed how the cabin door separated economy from business class, so we didn't have to wait for the entire front of the plane to unload from the same door.
Baggage claim took FOREVER. Air Canada needs to work on this. Waited over 1 hour.
There is no built in entertainment system. Download the app on your phone to be able to watch movies in flight.
