I found the seats ergonomically uncomfortable forcing the body to seat slightly hunched. For a short flight I worked on adjustments but for a longer flight, it would be difficult.

I cancelled this flight 2 days before departure but I followed your texts and emails and IF you were correct this flight turned into a nightmare.

The seats. The seat in front of me was awful and when the guy sat down, it flew back and hit my head when I was putting my backpack under the seat, It didn't make for a pleasant experience,

Horrible experience upon landing. Probably more due to DCA utter incompetence than AA.

This was a horrible experience. I’ve experienced several delays at this point and still not home. I was supposed to be home by 8:30 last night and here I sit at 7 am on a plane STILL unable to go home because of American Airlines.

they should make XXL people buy two seats. sitting next to a person that was half on my seat and could not even buckle the seat belt, so I had to lean in the isle the whole trip.

First class food service was minimal with the usual assortment of packaged snacks (nothing creative) and no handiwipes. American tries to turn around aircraft too quickly without enough time to clean the planes. WIFI service did not include TV programming.
