Very good, i got two seats for myself, and was comfortable with the blanket i got

Not to bad but it was hard changing my seat

Terrible. Both flights were significantly delayed, no luggage, made me check my small bag when many, many others had much larger carry-ons, not even a bottle of water . . . I will not fly Discover Airlines again.

Even though I flew in business cabin I was not given any refreshment even though those next me were served

1. One of the crew who was managing the crowd in the business class line specifically asked me if I am travelling by business class while I was standing in the business class designated line. She specifically was asking only me and no one else. Seemed to imply that I may not be aware of it and may be I don't belong there?(Based on my color?) 2. The business class seats in the aircraft was average regular economy seats with middle seat kept free.

When I bought my ticket , I bought it for a premium flex and I paid more money to get comfortable seat , but I get a basic economy seat, I need a refund for the ticket Thank you Rabeh Afli

Everything was good. But from Frankfurt to Seattle in airplane entertainment system didn't work good.

Flight was cancelled due to maintenance issues. It was a nightmare to get an alternate flight back home.

Service and food were excellent. Incredibly friendly and competent staff. Flight was delayed over and hour and I had to run between terminals to get my connecting flight.
