Did not enjoy going down the stairs, walking to the gate, walking up the stairs, going a long walk to the exchange gate, and going down the stairs again to be bussed all the way where we originally landed to take our next flight! I booked extra leg room, due to seat neighbor i now consider extra shoulder and arm room as well. Seems like the seats shrink in width now The crew was very friendly and professional ( 100%). Food was good not great, breakfast was bad, a dry slice of bread would have been better. Facilities clean.

in athens they helped me with my dogs and they solved all my issues excellent service outstanding

We had the best help ever from the airport workers who helped us check in and get our luggage through even though the checkout was closed. We had gotten so lost that a 90 minute drive became 3 hours. They were fast and courteous and even helped with our rental car. Thank you to them!

Size of economy seats great. Food well not bad for airline food. Staff friendly, helpful, professional. Very impressed

Be aware that your carry on is no longer a carryon. They go by the weight not just the size. Because we were forced to check them we missed our connection. Waiting over half hour at the luggage carrosol. Also, this added inconvenience happened because they "kayak" changed our itinerary knowing our connection was almost impossible, they wouldn't make different flights. Will never book the flight through KAYAK. USE the carrier for direct.

Lufthansa still has a good level of quality compared to US airlines, especially with respect to (1) food quality - actually tasty, (2) good French red wine - free, (3) good movie selection. Also my ticket price includes 1 free check-in luggage, while some other budget airlines sneak in an extra $150 for a checkin.

Boarding was quick and easy, the flight was on time. Food and water were extra costs.

The food was poor quality and the screens for entertainment didn’t work almost at all . Plane seemed pretty old

We were rebooked twice to the point that we didn’t even fly Lufthansa that day. We apparently though had to pay Lufthansa’s baggage fees for our sports luggage. The United Airlines Counter in Anchorage charged us for oversized bags, not sports luggage and told us it was Lufthansa’s fees. How is this possible?
