At my original departure Istanbul I was told my seat and flight was cancelled from the 3rd party. I had no seat to get to my other flights .. they charged me $481 USD to board the flight that I already paid for
All went very well. We used the AIFI Airport, such a lovely facility. Definitely needs better transportation options to get there.
Both ground crew and flight crew were rude, and did not provide any level of service. They made it very difficult as we were traveling with a passenger the required assistance.
It was OK. The flight is pretty long for the airlines to only offer a simple sandwich on business class. The entertainment is similar to that on other Skyteam members. Ultimately the airline lost my bag and didn’t deliver it to me until the next day after a lengthy lost baggage report.
Good, the flight from Miami to Mexico City was better than Mexico City to Miami

It was good in general. The Crew during the flight were very nice at all times.
The ground staff were not as friendly and nice to the passengers as the air crew. Flight attendants, cockpit crew were great and very nice to everyone on board.
My flight was delayed, then I got transferred to a new flight that was also delayed- which wasn’t Aeromexico’s fault, it was because of weather conditions. Most of the crew was very nice and patient, except for one or two flight attendants who were rude. The entertainment wasn’t on, so all the screens were off.
My wife's entertainment system did not work. Payed for flight upgrade but did not receive advertised "free WiFi".
It was great all the airline staff were polite friendly and helpful. Flight was good. The one area for improvement would be to have chargers on every plane. We had these on the way over but not the way back. Especially as you are not allowed to use powerbanks anymore.
Everything was great. I liked that one of the crew noticed my son's sunflower lanyard and asked them to let them know if we needed anything. That was lovely.

Got us to destination alive, albeit a bit late. Luggage was left behind. No live tracking app available (available on some other airlines). Supposedly going to be delivered in next couple of days.
Aer Lingus unfortunately seems more like a budget airline than a national carrier. The plane was fine. The crew seemed a bit hurried and without that Irish charm (which may be an inappropriate stereotype and maybe not to be expected on a long international flight but other carriers seem to pull it off). My biggest complaint was that my gold status on Alaska Airlines--which gets me into lounges with BA and other partner airlines--was not accepted at lounges in Rome or Dublin, despite Aer Lingus on paper anyway partnering with Alaska. But the flight itself through Kayak was several hundred dollars cheaper than others, so overall, the right decision. Also, be aware that US customs on flights from Dublin occurs in Dublin (like Canadian airports) so if you have a connection or are just departing from Ireland, give yourself enough time (up to 30 minutes) to negotiate all of the lines. Still better than going through customs in the US after a 10 hour flight.
Not satisfying due to loss Luguage for 4days. Damage Luguage that had no way to fill up a report for and me as a client to spend more money and time to replace it. Thank you for soliciting my opinion, but it was unfortunately a very disappointing experience. Stephanie Zvi
Seats were less comfortable and tight from Newark to Dublin, than my second flight ( small segment from Dublin to Lyon). Movie audio was with frying sound overall. Yet the worst was as follows: one male, (dark hair , glasses on) from the crew member was so cold and rough, while I remained with constancy polite and kind. Per exple with the noise level I could not hear him at first for beverages, he rolled his eyes at the third times I finally heard him. From the start, loading my small hand bags , he directly spoke to me and said “ I had to keep my shopping bad by my seat, under , while there was sufficient room and I was among the last to sit. I show him the space , his face was always dull, stoic, not welcoming as the usual crew members from any airline companies are. When I think of my experience I liard w Aer Lingus, this is the image that gets back to me. Needless to say that as a passenger and client, I felt belittled since all this happened in front of the surrendering passengers. It s an affront and not a pleasant feeling especially when being traveling which oftentimes involves stress with carrying, and making it on time. I m not happy with the experience I had to be honest and I fly four times a year. Thank you for allowing me to share this statement with your company.
There was a very drunk and disruptive passenger who was on the plane, right behind me. He was already drunk before boarding but was still let on the plane. He kept kicking and hitting the back of my chair the entire flight. It was an early morning flight and had zero rest on that leg
Boarding was so quick, flight was ahead of time which is great and the pilot spoke clearly and was letting people know everything, amazing, love travelling with you 😊
It is what you pay for a basic economy class. No screens for entertainment was hard.

Everything was on time and easy. Food in business class was great. There was no entertainment on board, though with business class you could get free internet, but so spotty it wasn't worthwhile.
They could have provided more than a premade mass produced tina sandwich for a 10 hour delay and/or had something available on oars other than potat chips once we boarded. They also could have not lost our luggage. Or barring that, at least foled a claim for us once we landed. Instead all of those things happened and they told us if we wanted to file a claim to do so online. I laid for business class for both of us. What an incredible waste of money.
We were bumped out of bulkhead seats we purchased a year ago. We were moved to row 5 and the folks in row 4 fully reclined making it difficult to get out to use the restroom. The seat have too little padding making them uncomfortable 3 hours into the flight. The movies did not offer closed captioning and the earbuds were poor so the entertainment was mostly unusable. The food was just passable. I would not fly Iberia/level again. Iberia also bumped us off our direct return flight so I would say the whole experience with this airline is poor.
The flight was operated by level, who had a sister’s check in procedure (2 hours) due to understaffing and a computer malfunction. While 3 agents stood at the business check in, with a total of maybe one actual customer there at a time, a huge line formed at economy check in with only 1 agent staffing the check in. Then, my luggage was lost - a guitar case with contents inside valued at 3,000 USD. The computer system of LEVEL could not locate my bag and had no record of it, and IBERIA (with whom I purchased my ticket and the checked bag) refused to help. It was a disastrous experience and I will never book Iberia again
Without any prior warning, I was seated in a row just in front of an exit row (27F), and I had no idea that my seat would not recline. However, the person in front of me did recline her seat, reducing my space. And because I could't recline to regain some space, it was my WORST flight ever.
Terrible boarding procedures in Madrid. The airplane barely has any legroom and I am 68 inches.
Not bad but they lost 2 of my bags when I got to Florence
Couldn’t get boarding passes online, delayed an hour, and smallest amount of space on board I’ve ever encountered for such a long flight.
I’m an Iberia fan but this time They dropped the ball. I went from ALC to MAD to LHR. Boarding in ALC was by group… to get you in a bus. Then we sat for almost an hour when most people had connections. When we landed in Madrid we did so and they put us in another bus almost like if they wanted to make people lose their connection. We made ours by the skin of our teeth but our luggage did not. And on top of this we had to listen to the pilot bragging about Iberia being punctual. To be true we made it on time to LHR but we are Still waiting for our luggage
I have to compare it to the AA flight back home. AA was a little better. Perhaps it was that American English is my native tongue. My seat on AA was newer and more comfortable. The food was a little better. The entertainment was much better, more movies worth watching. The sound was lousy on both.
