the guy in front of me put his seat back immediately...and then left it back including thru landing and taxiing to the runway. attendants did not check/ask him to put it up for landing.
The airplane was an old airplane, seats were very uncomfortable and very little space, they changed my seat and that was no option to get back into my seat even when I was traveling a senior who required assistance.
This is not a low cost airline. Stop acting like o e.
Aeromexico crew made me check my hand luggage in the door of the plane. As soon as I reach Mexico City, I notice that my luggage was opened and 8 games of Nintendo Switch were stolen (700 dllrs value aprox) (the console was there) but the games were stolen. I am very dissapointed of Aeromexico and all the crew. Instead of being a good trip, It was a sad trip

Boarding - It is unclear where the line for the group are given the signs. A solution would be a diagonal arrow pointing to the lane in which the lane for boarding of a given zone should form. As it is now, you are guessing which side of the pole the "zone 3" sign is telling you to form the line. Inflight Entertainment - The Spanish subtitles function didn't work for movie watching (in fact, all subtitles didn't work), so was difficult to follow along and I watched the movie in silence without words.
An hour-long wait to check in, 90 minutes for luggage to come out, lost luggage, chaotic operations

We missed our flight. The boarding pass had the wrong gate and by the time we received the text from Kayak, our flight was already gone. I’ll never use Kayak again and will go direct to the airlines in the future.
There were five broken seats on the plane. The crew was very rude in telling people they had to get off the plane and get a flight the next day. No call for volunteers, but telling people they had to get off. One woman was flying with her elderly mother and daughter and was told she had to leave or all three had to leave. Fortunately, a volunteer offered to stay. The situation was handled poorly.
They lost my luggage and it didn’t get delivered until the next day.
3 hours late. Not even water offered on a 2.25 hour flight.
I have long legs, my foot was out in the aisle and when a flight attendant came walking by and I didn't notice, instead of saying "excuse me" or anything like that, she kicked my foot. Extremely rude
Cabin was roomy enough to easily slide my carry on under the seat in front of me!
Good experience but the snacks are not gluten free, so I cannot eat them.
I didn’t like anything, being platinum pro get you absolutely nowhere and does not increase the customer service treatment whatsoever anymore. My flight was canceled and they put me on a flight eight hours later that would’ve got me back in the middle of the night. They could’ve easily move me up to an hour Prior on an earlier flight. My second flight was unreasonable to take, the third flight was also canceled due to mechanical issues like the first flight. I don’t know what’s going on with American, but they are falling apart, after seven flight changes I finally got home, Unreasonable.
They have lost any customer service care and support. Terrible airline now and been for awhile.
The flight was delayed leaving Miami. When we arrived in Charlotte, we were unable to park at our scheduled gate. We had to wait another 30-45 minutes before we could park at a different gate. All in all, we were delayed by almost two hours arriving in Charlotte.
