In general, I've had excellent experiences with Iberia flights and will continue to use them. In this last flight there were two things that didn't go right. I didn't get the kosher meal I had pre-requested when I had checked in on-line. Things worked out OK as we ended up eating the fish and vegetarian choices, which were really good. The other issue was that some movies for me and my wife started fine but after 8-12 minutes the content just switched to something else. The flight attendant reset our entertainment systems, but the problem persisted. We ended up choosing other movies/TV shows that did work fine.

Plane delayed due to weather. Plane boarded, then told to unboard due to a maintenance issue.

Everything went smoothly, and we even arrived 40min earlier than scheduled, on an Orland-Madrid route.

Suddenly, I don't find my flight back on the app Help Ticket 0757345716866 Hoeflich Flight back Sunday ib5333 Ib2629 Ib4268

I had an issue with the name on my ticket vs my passport name. I was very upset that the Iberia ticket clerk had no authorization to help me and I was left to fix it. It took 19 calls of persons promising to accomplish and not doing anything before I reached someone who helped me in 10 minutes. Two of them even hung up on me. I missed my original flight because of this. Terrible customer service.

Everything OK , except the plane left more than an hour late so I couldn’t participate in an excursion I had that morning in Brcelona

HORRIBLE. 3 hours delayed. Crew did not communicate properly and was rude to passengers enquiring. Delay caused multiple passengers to miss connections.

A bit noisy. The seat was suboptimal and there was too much noise in the service area. Some if the crew members were less than nice; others were great.

When our first flight was late, meaning we missed our flight to Madrid that day, American rescheduled us for the next flight the next day, gave vouchers for meals and hotel, and lounge access.

Awful!! Flight from Miami was delayed. Therefore we missed connecting flight. Nobody knows where our suitcases are for 2 days already !!! As far as the air craft: TVs are not working, food ala cart and even that looked awful. Did dare to taste. If you want a blanket - bring your own. Nothing is free.
