KAYAK’s top tips for finding a cheap flight from Miami to Toulouse

  • Thanks to an agreement between France and the United States, US citizens can enter France through Toulouse–Blagnac Airport (TLS) visa-free for visits not exceeding 90 days. US Green Card Holders' nationality determines whether they should apply for a French Schengen Visa back in their native country. Note that France does not recognize a 12-page emergency passport.
  • A TAP Plus or Classic ticket with TAP Air Portugal allows you to fly in the EconomyXtra cabin. However, with Basic fare or TAP Discount, upgrading to EconomyXtra will cost you more. If you want to upgrade your seat, we recommend doing so at least 30 days before your flight to save money.
  • The low-cost airline French Bee has two cabin classes: Economy and Premium Economy, and three fare types – Basic, Smart, and Premium. Basic and Smart ticket passengers sit on identical seats in the Economy cabin. However, the Premium fare guarantees a separate and roomy seating area in the front of the aircraft. This is not Business Class but a more affordable option than typical Business and Premium Economy flights.
  • Book a care service with Lufthansa, so your child aged 5 to 11 can fly unaccompanied to Toulouse. Otherwise, they must fly together with a passenger who is 12 years or older. For a smooth experience during a flight disruption, book an optional Unaccompanied Minor service for kids between 12 and 17 years.
  • American Airlines flights from Miami International Airport (MIA) to TLS often have a layover at Logan International Airport (BOS) or John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK). You might want to use shower facilities or a business center during the short break. Enjoy such amenities at JFK's Greenwich Lounge inside Terminal 8 after security (level 1) with a Business flight ticket. At BOS airport, you may use the Admirals Club lounges in Terminal B post-security on the Upper Level (Gate B4).

Not consistent with the food quality (I mean taste not freshness)

Food was really mediocre for premium economy in comparison to other airlines… the crew was nowhere to be found… 14 hour flight…

Worst airlines either. First leg was delayed because of crew not available. My connection was missed so they booked me automatically the next day! But, impossible to get anyone on site, web site does not let me access my reservation anymore, confirmed by useless agents over the phone. My 2-leg trip with part in business class arriving at 4:10pm ends up in an awful 3-leg arriving at 9pm the next day with no way to even choose the seats and of course at the very end of the plane. I can understand problems arrive but the way Air France handle it is just unacceptable. You are on your own. Apparently getting you to your destination is the only thing they consider their duty. The customer experience and fatigue is none of their concern. And I have a status with them. I will reconsider my priorities when flying with Air France and encourage everyone to do the same.

Excellent, Lima to Paris. But Paris to Amsterdam, delayed, missed my flight and KLM treated its missed flights passengers very badly, terribly bad. No hotel accommodation given. Passengers were told to find their own hotel accommodation and claim at reasonable rate and left the booth and literally with armed Police Officers listening to passengers complains. For three hours, after moving by Uber from hotel to hotel and calling and booking online, no hotel was available. I had to return to the airport and seat/sleep on the benches, suffering the cold, and rats running around until my new allocated flight the next day. It was the most terrible KLM treatment even seen and being a Business Class passenger. Still mentally suffering to date as a result.

3 hour delay but out of their control. App said I get vouchers but when I applied for them, they were nowhere to be found in my account

I bought business class tickets but the seats are exactly like economy with no comfort seats nor an empty seat next to me provided. Very poor, low quality airline.

I don't understand the concept of paying to get your personal luggage onboard and then asked to check it in.... either sell the space or don't, its a hassle to carry those all through the airport just to make a check in at the last minute.

It was a great experience. The only thing I would have changed was that the bathrooms were never cleaned and they got very dirty.

Old airplanes small seats expensive tickets, not as expected overall and not comfortable according to the price

Delayed departure Madrid to Lisboa and my luggage no arrived

Late. Lack of updates. Rude hostesses. Terrible food. Lack of headphones.

Flight was delayed but crew gave little to no communication, then “began boarding” but really just had everyone stand up and wait for an hour without any news or updates, as if we were going to start boarding at any second. Total chaos. Seemed like this was their first time boarding a plane. When we arrived at our destination, we waited for over an hour for the baggage claim belt to even turn on. Probably waited at baggage claim for our luggage for close to two hours. Everyone was very confused and of course we all worried that the luggage was lost. Again, zero communication and everyone we asked just said “I don’t know.” So we were left wondering whether to wait, or file a missing baggage claim, or check the other baggage claim belts (which we did every fifteen-twenty minutes because we were just confused). Lack of communication throughout the experience was a huge issue.

The ground staff did not load my bag onto the plane and despite me watching from the bus that my bag is not being loaded and taken back on the cart to the terminal, I pointed out to the staff and ge laughed upon checking my tag and knowing they made a mistake. Instead of calling the cart back and loading it he said we can’t fo anything and you should file a report upon landing at RAK. I told them my stay there is short and i needed my bag as it had everything I needed but no avail. Even the pilot was informed, staff of the plane was aware but all in don’t care mode. Upon arriving at Marrakech RAK, i filed a report and being told it might come in next flight tomorrow and we don’t provide delivery service, you must come and pick it up. If it doesn’t arrive on time then it will be sent to your home in the US. Unbelievable stress and inconvenience that could have been easily prevented by the ground staff.

The cabin crew were curt, not with me, but observed with other passengers. They were unduly rude and it was unprovoked and when they realized they were wrong, they made no attempt to apologize for their own confusion.

Booked business with TAP from LAX to Cabo Verde - overall ok, but just doesn’t feel like business class. More of a budget airline

Poor. Our flight was delayed and they told me I would be fine to make my connection in Lisbon, I missed it. Then they told me my bag would be automatically loaded onto my new flight to rome. It wasn’t. It’s been 4 days and I still don’t have it.

Flew Business class and did not like anything, flight attendants were rude and not helpful. Food was of poor quality and I did not eat meals.

Very long line at the gate, moved slowly. I had expected that boarding a flagship A330neo would be with a jetway directly at the gate, and not a long bus ride to the airplane.

The layover was only one hour and a huge line for passport control. If I didn’t cut the line and argue was every single official, I would’ve spent the night in this one. Obviously.TAP AIR people. do not take into account.this problem with their flight scheduling, which is extremely frustrating. Poor food choices, on the pasta was offered, they ran out of chicken right away. All the sodas and water poured in a tiny 70 mL cups, which is not enough to keep hydrated on the long flight. I had to ask for 34 cups at a time. Flight attendant seemed to be tired and overworked.

The issue was not with BA it was with the link yoiu sent fopr booking the flight

Loved the boarding option from Business class lounge, experience on flight was excellent, plenty of good food choices

Getting the boarding passes between the BA and AA apps was very clunky.

The airline was not clear about a new departure time so we got to the airport early anyway. The flight left early which was great because of weather. The check in process was very easy and staff were friendly and helpful. The crew was great and our flight was very good.

Awful it always is unfortunately is the only way to fly direct to london

I travelled in business class and was disappointed by lack of service, curt and borderline rude time of the crew and to top it off, all of my luggage was delayed. It was like pulling teeth to even report the missing luggage and recover it the next day from the airport.

Plane was extremely delayed, but not all of it was BA fault (some was). Worst part was lack of room - this had as much space as an Allegiant flight. I thought transatlantic usually gave you an extra inch or two, but not this one. Entertainment system sporadically worked and didn’t have great options. Overhead bins are old and tiny, not as good as aunties new planes.

Boarding was poor. All groups called immediately one after the other resulting in a long queue in the jetty/jet bridge. Seats were very hard and and did not recline on a 4.5 hour flight. No food was available. Plane was cold. There was no entertainment.

The cramped seats are cruel and unusual punishment and may violate the Geneva code.

Check in was was and the agent was very friendly and helpful The lounge was nice...boarding was straight from the lounge Everything worked at our seats, and video entertainment was good ..food was mediocre
