Cons: The jack for the TV was broken! For seat 4H during my flight from Helsinki to Tokyo. I paid a business class ticket but had No audio for the television! This should be fixed immediately and I think I should receive something for the inconvenience and in return for the high price ticket I purchased!

Pros: One of the flight attendants was very rude and seemed bothered when I inquired about a meal since I was sleep when they originally handed them out and said that I would have to wait u til the next meal period.

Pros: Seats were too cramped up, legroom was a problem. A device was under the seat was cramping the leg room. The entertainment selection was very very poor for a long flight.

Pros: Flight attendants were nice

Cons: The flight didn’t leave on time because the plane wasn’t ready for takeoff (the engines had to be warmed up... WHY would that not be ready when it was time?!) so we left 30 minutes late, didn’t make up any lost time at all in the air and we ended up missing our connecting flight because of it all.

Pros: When i asked for a window seat at the gate, i was provided one in the comfort zone. Very impressed and pleased. However, the remaining two segments were the opposite. Staff at the gate did not assist in any way for the remaining two flights.

Cons: The flight from Bend to Seattle was delayed a couple times and caused us to arrive when our connecting flight was already boarding. Luckily we were able to make the main flight on the trip.

Cons: If they had noticed the first plane was extremely hot before boarding everyone and leaving the gate and if once they found a new plane they had bothered to put fuel in it during the hour we deplaned, walked to a different terminal, and reboarded. Also, if they had passed out drinks or snacks during the flight.

Pros: By far the best of the 4 flights involved in my trip. Everything went smooth except for deboarding, but that's because of the people, not the airline staff. There was constantly an attendant walking the plane offering water refills entire flight. 3 beverage services, 2 meals, and constant water. Very very good experience

Lost my carry on after forcing me to check it (still awaiting its return). Charged me to fix an error they made on original booking. I'll never fly with Iberia ever again.

Cons: Missed my transfer in London because the plane took too long to unboard and I was unable to make it to the gates of my next flight in time, despite there being over an hour connection time. The flight came in slightly late and passports were re-inspected upon unboarding which wasted a lot of time, and Heathrow is a nightmare of an airport on a good day, which made it very difficult to get where I needed to go.

Cons: Awoke to find ill man laying on floor in aisle next to me with oxygen. Shortly after... Passenger in seat near man on floor (diabetic but no one tells us anything) needs to lay across four seats with oxygen for heart issues for remainder of trip with staff and doctor on board nearby. Nevdr informed what was happening, never offered to move our seats or move iIl passengers. Glad all turned out ok. Could have given them more privacy and better informed other passengers.

Cons: First class bathroom could have been cleaner and wider - very narrow, hard to maneuver

Pros: The cabin crew were amazing and the seats very comfortable, even in economy. I'm not a super comfortable flyer so I loved that the pilot would always warn when we were getting into turbulence. 2 thumbs up. I will fly Air France again

Eventually it booked the flight but apparently it was for oct 20, 2019 and I couldn’t get a refund because it was through kayak not British airways. I’m never using kayak ever again

Pros: The crew was extremely efficient in everything they did. Beverage service was super but many of us didn't know we could get our own from the front of the plane.

Cons: The seats lean too far back and are hard to get in and out of. There's very little space for anyone in the middle seats to move, much less climb out from. Oh, it was never clear to the passengers that anyone could get up and get drinks from up front during the flight.

Cons: The first plane was absolutely filthy. I paid for Wifi and when connection was spotty put my laptop down still with half of the data I purchased unused, but then it wouldn't let me back on later. Food was awful. On the first flight they skipped me for drink service entirely.

Pros: There wasn't anything special about this flight to like, unless you like leaving late and no leg room.

Cons: Try leaving on time for once, I nearly missed my connection because Aer Lingus is terrible at on time departures. I'm just under 2 meters tall, the seats were so tiny my knees were pressed into to the seat in front of me the entire trip.

Cons: More water brought to the seats. The landing was strange. The pilot pulled up on the first approach and when the second approach was completed the steering was stuck. They ultimately got the steering to work.

Cons: Business class on the 3.5 hour flight was just blocking the middle seat in the front of the plane. No leg room, narrow seats. My husband is 6’4”” with wide shoulders. His legs do not fit and therefore extend into the aisle. Flight attendants were constantly bumping into his shoulders. Very cramped We were not aware of this configuration.

Cons: The outward flight was rerouted to a different airport, and the return flight was delayed by more than an hour. Not even a glass of water free of charge.

Flight was supposed to depart at 10:25am and flight they put me on left 1:05 Pm and the connection was not even Finnair, but Icelandic air. The Kayak site did not alert about extra charge for confirmed seat before I had paid in full ticket.

Cons: The temperature in the cabin was absurd. There were 3 people who fainted because it was an 8 hour flight, and the AC was not at an ideal temperature. I was sweating, and so was my mother. ABSURD

When arriving at airport - my checked bag was a total of 12kg, but was told if I planned to bring it home with me that I had to pay $100 bag fee. I realize that airlines charge bag fees - however, I was unaware in advance, booking from Lhr to FLL with layover in Oslo.

Cons: It was awful as to how uncomfortable the business class seats were. The seats were narrow and not much personal space. I would never pay to sit in business class on NA 3ver again.

Cons: Air Canada changed our seating on day of travel. I had ordered tickets over a month in advance and scheduled seating for my wife and I on our 3 leg flight. Air Canada changed our seating on the 1st and 3rd leg and we were no longer sitting together.
