Pros: The in-flight entertainment was awesome. I was able to watch NFL games the entire flight which made the flight go by super quick. Our flight was also ahead of schedule which was great as well.

Cons: The seats were a little tight together. I didn't even have enough room to put my laptop on my lap.

Cons: Delayed flight ruined it.

Pros: It was an intern final destination and the boarding crew answered all my questions and put me at ease.

Pros: When my initial flight was delayed significantly, the gate agents went above and beyond to help me get on an earlier flight so I didn't get home too late.

Cons: The flight was late to Helsinki and we missed our connecting flight to Barcelona that was also on Finnair. I was given a hotel voucher to a nice hotel with a complimentary dinner voucher. The dinner was a buffet that was limited and less than mediocre. A chicken option was not even provided, no soup

Pros: Loved Finnair. Hated Justfly.com. If you own this company, you need to end up like Blockbuster or Circuit City.

Kayak found me a good price but purchasing the tickets through Justfly.com was the biggest mistake of my life. Cons: Boarding was chaotic. The flight attendants never even asked us if we wanted anything to drink- never! Not even water. They were just too busy serving those who were buying food and drinks on board. For a 4-hour flight?!!! Simply unacceptable.

Cons: I didn’t like changing boarding gate three times. The crew member was poor overall including the one providing service I must say.

Cons: This was one of the worst flights I’ve been on. Both planes were downright filthy. The flight from Dallas to Barcelona had several broken toilets. Flight from Paris to Barcelona boarded and once everyone was on board, they told us that we would be sitting there for 2 hours before leaving.

Cons: Not necessary to buy a business class ticket, as all the new planes have standard economy seats in the front as well.

Pros: This flight was eventually cancelled and the rating is solely on the ground experience. EuroWings could not have done anything worse. The process took from 10:30am upon arrival in Dusseldorf til 11:00pm when we were told the counter closed at 10pm and nothing could be done till next day.

Cons: Have representatives on the ground and make public announcements about the progress, next steps, help offered and steps that need to be taken. The info was sparse and had to be gotten on an individual basis. Nothing was coordinated or communicated and every step had to be done WITHOUT HELP.

Cons: The Florence Airport has difficulty with baggage. Had to wait for over an hour.

Cons: We didn’t travel to Detroit... we were re-routed 3 times and our luggage is lost, some really helpful ppl along the way (thankfully) and some really crummy ppl too... no in between... still not to our destination

Cons: No leg room at all, cant believe those seats met legal standard. The plane smelled, boarding was a nightmare because too many people had big bags. An announcement had been madd that vags would be collected, but obviously were not.

Pros: The flight was 9hr each leg which is not baf of elder people. The food was fine. Entertainment was good. Austin to london flight was a little spacious and comfortable.

Cons: You need to display gate information for connecting flight well in advance for thr elder people to get to the gate on time. We had the gate information displayed just 1 hour before departure. London to hyderabad flight was too cold. If the temperature was adjusted above 72 degrees it would have been appreciated. London to hyderabad flight was cramped up. Not at all spacious, my knees started to hurt after the flight.
