I hate having to squeeze through and hope I don’t knock anyone in the face with my bag. I don’t like I can’t pick my seat and that my seatbelt is a little too tight. If I get a seat in the back I’m waiting for everyone else to get on and then for them to get off the plane. I guess I’ll have to pay the $75 fee for “first class” next time since that’s the only way to update my seat. And if I have a “saver rate” ticket - I should be able to still change my flight within 24 hours. I wanted to come back a day earlier and it was the same price! But I would’ve had to cancel and repurchase for an additional $200!!!"

Best thing was we left on time and were early getting to Seattle. Our baggage got to the baggage claim area at lightening speed. At least 4 times faster than with our return trip on Spirit. Cons: "They couldn't land in Ketchikan due to fog so they flew up to Sitka and got back 3 hours later, missed my connection in Seattle and spent the night at the airport, the I got charged 50 dollars for switching my tickets, are you kidding me, Alaska airlines sucks big time"

Pros: "Plane was late to the terminal. Crew got it turned over, boarded, and off the ground in a very small amount of time."
Cons: "Couldn't get a seat assignment despite booking the tickets months ahead of time, and checking in 24 hours before the flight. The plane was already mostly boarded by the time I was finally assigned a seat."

Pros: "Everything and everyone. Friendly, helpful, decent legroom and love the direct flight from SEA to DTW!"

Cons: "While traveling recently with Alaska Airlines, my traveling partner and I were offered seats in the exit row, by the lady who checks your boarding pass at the gate. We gladly excepted the roomier seating. We were issued new boarding passes, and made our way to our seats. Once we settled in, a flight attendant asked to see my boarding pass. She looked at it and said, "Yep Amber so-and-so, seat 17B." Apparently, the airline had combined 2 flights, so people were all crammed into a new tighter space. There was even a bumped "first class" customer all squabbling over the seats. My traveling partner and I, eventually just asked them to please give us our old seats back. Finally, we were seated in our original seats. We never asked to be moved in the first place, it was offered to us. The whole thing was humiliating, and unnecessary."

Cons: "I was sitting in the last row, next to the bathrooms. Since they did 4 in-flight beverages during the 5 hr flight, people kept getting stuck by the bathroom unable to get back to their seats. This seemed like an excessive amount of beverage services (contributed towards people needing to use the bathroom so much) and contributed to a bunch of people covering over my seat for most of the flight."
