Cons: "Yo actually take off on time"
Cons: "Flight canceled with zero re-book.assistance offered and NO seats left. I was forced to upgrade to get to my destination a day late. Trip was short to begin with. I booked plenty in advance. I want my 55m miles back in my account. It was that or $1000. Unhappy customer."
Cons: "My flight time was changed because the crew was not on time. Then it was changed back after everyone had already made accommodations for their connections, me included."
Pros: "On time and what more can you ask for?"
Cons: "No entertainment options"
Pros: "Boarding process was really unsmooth here as well. Little delayed. Thankfully this crew was really polite. And not screaming at people this one flight."
Cons: "Ether bursting process."
Cons: "One crew member is not particularly helpful when passengers needed assistance."
Pros: "Crew was really nice, the timing of the flight is ideal."
Cons: "Bring the same entertainment options available in the US domestic flights to this leg, such as movie streaming via wifi."
Pros: "Got bumped up to main cabin extra for free whiskey"
Cons: "2 hour delay on first flight making me miss my second flight and instead of arriving home at 3 pm I won’t be home till about 10 pm .... definitely reconsidering booking American Airlines again...."
Cons: "The flight from Charlotte to Jacksonville denied 4 passengers boarding due to a weight restriction being met during the boarding process. There were no more same day flights available and staff was confused about how to resolve the issue."
Cons: "Pésimo perdí mi vuelo de conexión porque el vuelo estaba retrasado 1hora y media"
Cons: "Cancellations and the staff was not very helpful at all! Very disappointed"
Cons: "Old aircraft with broken recliners, non functioning earphones, no entertainment centers and no overhead lights. Flight attendant said they can’t help and accomordate to different seat."
Pros: "Very efficient attendant who compensated for hot jet"
Cons: "My wife’s air vent was not working so we had to share. This flight was the worst of 3 during our trans-Atlantic travels despite being the shortest. I wish the previous pax had closed the shades to keep the a/c cool."
Pros: "I fflew Delta last Nov. Had meals movies dinner inks etc. American I am serv d beverages no meals and no movies. Getting ridiculous"
Cons: "On the first flight my husband and I each had a personal item and carry on that we carried on fine! We stopped in Charlotte for a lay over and we went to board the plane they told us our carry on was to big and had to be checked. This was very frustrating because we were just able to carry on this bag. We feel the planes are the same it shouldn't change from plane to plane."
Pros: "Great crew. Great entertainment but. Ot so comfort."
Cons: "I was in a window but have a big person in my side and can't move in 3 hours."
Cons: "Food service was not announced. Take off was delayed one hour"
Cons: "We were asked to board then had to sit for an hour while they did system checks in the heat. The air conditioning was not working, they didn't offer us anything to drink.... it could have been handled differently. Why didn't they just leave us in the terminal until everything was ready for us?"
Cons: "Unsatisfied and spent over an hour on the tarmac waiting For a gate change that was not communicated. We sat and waited for an hour while some “carts were moved” from the gate. And now we’ve been waiting on our bags for 30 minutes. I have high expectations for AA and have had great experiences in the past. I will reconsider using this airline in the future."
Cons: "Made me check my bag saying the flight/overhead bins were full and when I got on the plane- there was at least 15 overhead bins wide open (even above my seat). This is ridiculous after flying for 15 hours."
Pros: "The flight personnel was upbeat and friendly and we were on time. I was very glad I made the connection"
Cons: "That we were not offered even water. I was very thirsty from my run from gates B 13 to Gate E25"
Cons: "Thanks for the cheap flight. Oh wait, still over $200 and they passed out iceless water. Why can't they give coffee as an option or heaven forbid, anything other than iceless water?"
Cons: "The a.c didn't work and it was really hott in the aircraft."
Cons: "The service had much to be desired. The stewardess who was serving our section was curt and rude. Whenever I would ask for a napkin (that she had forgotten to give with my drink, I might add) or any other questions, she would come off as annoyed and as if I was testing her patience, which I did not appreciate as I had been having a horrible experience with American Airlines as it was. Also, why do you not serve milk with your coffee? The flight only served half and half, and I cannot have cream in my coffee at all. So unless you want to clean up my diarrhea in your toilets, I suggest you start giving options. It's not like milk is a scarce delicacy in the US. How is it that other airlines offer both milk and cream, but I get told by your staff, rudely, that half and half "is milk" and that it's all you have? Unbelievable. I hate to be a b*** but honestly this isn't the first time that I got treated like this on AA. I always seem to have a horrible experience with this airline."
Pros: "Departure gate was clean"
Cons: "Coffee maker broken and gate not available whe we arrived. Waited more than 30 min on the tarmac"
Pros: "Getting out of the plane! and the landing was very good."
Cons: "Bad service no entertainment besides a one very childish movie. My tray stayed with me the whole flight, I had almost to beg to take it and never s flight attendant seem happy, pleasant or even profissional. The landing by the pilots was amazing."
Pros: "Comfort, snacks, boarding process"
Cons: "Had a middle seat and didn't have the option to pick another seat without paying over 250 USD"
Pros: "First class flight attendant was awesome!!"
Cons: " the "group system" boarding process arranges passengers in an aleatory way making the process totally chaotic. For instance last groups are the last ones to enter the aircraft and don't easily find space for the hand luggage. They have to accommodate bags under the front seat making the already uncomfortable trip more painful. Also this process may delay the departure time. Food service is terrible. no options, specially for kids or people with food restrictions. Not even the payed ones offer healthy food alternatives. No comfort at all for a flight that departs little before midnight and arrives at 7 am at its destination. They forgot about the pillows and blankets you find in other airlines. at the end, when I collected my baggage I realized 1 wheel was missing from one of my suitcases. I informed the airline and 3 days later I receive an email saying that the airline is not responsible for damages that include wheels and other "baggage accessories" I did not rate the flight poor because at least it manages to arrive to its final destination..."
Pros: "Crew was nice"
Cons: "Really bumpy"
Pros: "Old school seat. No foot rest. Small plane to go coast to coast."
Cons: "UI on the entertainment system was horrible."
Pros: "Nothing special. Horrible food (the worst in years). Cabin crew try to manage but a refurbished plane doesn't justify more than double for a substandard bussines class."
Pros: "Flight was smooth and are on time."
Cons: "Consuming and long baggage clai. No one man if baggage claim desk."
Pros: "Very quick curbside check-in. TSA check went quickly and gate was easy to get to."
Cons: "Flying old dilapidated 767-300 on 10.5 hour overseas flight is not a good idea Crappy seats, no in-seat entertainment, non-working overhead lights on the first flight... AA in it's usual glory. Mediocre company at best."
Pros: "food could be better"
Cons: "Flight was delayed by almost an hour Because all flights were delayed, the waiting area was crowded. Therefore, I sat in the "priority" boarding area. A representative came in and rudely ejected us from the area. I could understand if there were "priority" passengers who needed a seat, but nobody needed those seats. Customer service should have trumped their rules in this instance."
Pros: "The crew did a well trained job. All were very pleasant they made our flight a happy experience. N"
Cons: "No complaints."
Pros: "everything about this flight went just fine"
Cons: "didn't like the fact that the last flight i had was 10 times better than the pervious 3 i had with american airlines"
Pros: "It was just a small jumper, can't expect much but crew was good"
Pros: "Entertainment only"
Cons: "Cancelled flight and inconvenience was miserable. Unacceptable service from American Airlines, and consistent with others have experienced as well. Will not travel with AA again."
Cons: "As stated above, I was late for my flights."
Pros: "Nicer, more helpful attendants"
Cons: "Multiple delays. Arrived in JAX 1.5 hrs late."
Pros: "How comfortable the seats were. How nice and pleasing the crew were to the passengers"
Cons: "How long it takes to be seated. I suggest you seat passengers by seat (after the people in wheelchairs and with baby carriages). First class first then whoever sits behind them and do on. Which basically is being seated by your seat number. Seat 1A first then seat 1B and so on"
