There weren't that many people in the lines, so I was wondering why. All the while the line for screening grew smaller and smaller. The other agent asked him, "what are you doing?" He responded by saying, "You said you were getting THEM all." I didn't understand, but clearly there was some subtext that I was not privy to. She shook her head and said, come up here sweetie. Then she managed to do what he obviously couldn't do: his job. Then my girlfriend and I proceeded to be profiled and had our bags searched. If I didn't have to be in OKC I would avoid that airport like the plague. Unprofessional."

I begged not to have to check because I was flying to Nicaragua and was worried my only bag would get lost. I was right -- it did not arrive in Nicaragua until the next day. We sat on runway for 45 minutes before departure so United could fix BOTH sets of the plane's wings lights. Why did they not discover that at any time BEFORE we all boarded or while we were boarding -- NOT first when deciding to pull away from gate. Delay caused many to miss connections."
