Pros: "They let us off the plane to stretch and get food when we had to return to the gate for mechanical issue."
Cons: "The flight was over an hour late so we barely made our connection and certainly didn't get food which was our plan. They did not have room for any of our carry on as we were some of the last to board so they took it at the door of plane. . They managed to put our carry on on a flight to Beijing, not in the plane( that is mind boggling). The seats were uncomfortably tight. Our next flight on a smaller plane was roomier. No warning we needed to download the app to our device for entertainment as you had to pay for inseat tv."
Pros: "Short flight, not a lot of people. It was very quiet. Plane seats had plenty of leg room!"
Cons: "Nothing."
Pros: "Simple fantastic"
Pros: "You did everything possible to delay my connection so I would make my flight. I was so worried I made a wrong turn and missed it anyway."
Cons: "Sitting on the tarmac waiting for a gate and missing my connection. Sitting for 10 mins on Midland tarmac to burn off gas. What? I get it but, what?"
Pros: "Crew was nice, boarding okay speed."
Cons: "The plane was in poor repair. Seats were frayed, overhead panels were bent or broken on the ceiling, floor dirty, air not working... Old planes can still be old AND well kept. I was told I could have a carry-on, but at the gate, I was told that all bags would need to be checked. My "carry-on," which met criteria, came back bent AF with items missing."
Cons: "no electricity outlets"
Pros: "all smooth"
Pros: "Safe trip. On time. Or at least reasonably so"
Pros: "Left on time, friendly crew, comfy flight."
Cons: "For reasons I still don’t understand my baggage didn’t travel with me and I was not able to get it until several days later"

Cons: "There was absolutely no room to be comfortable no shoulder width no leg room just terrible."
Pros: "Crew was very nice"
Cons: "No wifi and screen/tv working again. I must have bad luck but this has happen to me twice this month....I pay for United to have this nice amenities. Also half of the people getting on the plane did not have. Seats assigned to them, I would say half had a not to see ticket counter... delayed a little but not bad, crew worked ther butt off to get it done fast."
Pros: "Getting home safely!!"
Pros: "Without a doubt, I will continue to fly United exclusively."
Cons: "No complaints."
Pros: "Food was great and unexpected"
Cons: "Our home was damaged, and we were without power for 6 days due to Hurricane Irma. We called the airlines repeatedly in an effort to cancel the ticket before the flight. They refused to cancel the tickets. Heartless"
Pros: "staff friendly"
Cons: "Could not check in on app due to basic economy . Made me what until last to board . I had no seat assigned until last second"
Pros: "Everything was really good"
Cons: "Flight delayed. Missed my 2nd flight. Stuck overnight at airport. Vacation ruined"
Cons: "I missed my original connecting flight in EWR because there was no gate available when we landed. After waiting several minutes, we taxiied to a different gate. I called customer service to let them know we were on the ground waiting for a gate assignment. Despite this, the flight boarded and left with several people missing the connection even though that flight pushed back later than its original time and departed almost an hour late. The plane was sitting there with the door closed. After that, I was put on the next available flight which was already delayed more than 2 hours. That delay extended even longer and was eventually cancelled due to weather. United CS reps were not willing to address passenger concerns. They closed the CS area in some portions of the airport forcing everyone to a very limited number of reps. I ended up having to rent a car and spending the first 5 hours of my birthday driving home. I should have been able to make my connecting flight and would have avoided the entire mess. Instead, I am out of my ticket price plus the additional cost of renting a car since my changed flight was cancelled due to weather not the gate assignment changes that originally caused me to miss the connection. What should have been a brief 4-5 hour trip ended up being almost a 20 hour day....United absolutely SUCKS!"
Pros: "We got on time to destination"
Cons: "In flight entertainment was paid! And we had to wait 30 minutes before getting out of the plane"
Pros: "We didn't crash?"
Cons: "After much concerns and inquiries made bag did NOT make the plane! There is as no one to h love me to n white Planes for 45 minutes! No one at the counter? Wow! Finally supervisor Jill was able to track it down in Chicago where th y took it off the he plane as my carry on because they had no room l ft from the h limited space. After working very hard to get my bag of o White Plains that evening, supervisor Jill hung out an hour past her shift ended to get it on the last transport to my hotel. The transport blew herself by ft and never showed up or called the o say he wasn't coming back! I got my bag on he next morning just in tim for my event! I also was not credited my frequent flyer miles. Some glitch in the system. Overall I must rate my experience as a one star simply because the pilots got us there safely."
Pros: "The staff were great; despite maintenance issues they strived to keep updates shared as best as possible. Overall a good experience. Would have preferred to have been given a more definitive timeline rather than continual 10-15 minute late notices. In any event it was a comfortable flight with professional staff."
Pros: "Because of a 10 minute fix, we had to wait an additional 40 minutes for paperwork. I missed my connecting flight because of this."
Pros: "All of the staff is very friendly and everything is taken care of in a timely manner"
Cons: "Did not take flight, but couldn't reschedule because re-booking was more expensive than the original ticket."
Pros: "Staff was very helpful and courteous. Punctual flight."
Cons: "N/A"
Pros: "Never took it"
Cons: "Never took this flight"
Pros: "We sat on the runway for an hour. We shouldn't have boarded if there was a long delay."
Pros: "Flight was pleasant."
Cons: "My luggage was left behind and it was an awful experience! My medication was in my luggage and could not use it which made me suffer tremendous pain and discomfort. No one got back to me to offer compensation!"
Pros: "Boarding at the Midland airport was a breeze. Small airport, small plane, quick and easy boarding. Good plane - new Embraer jet. Enough room in economy even without Economy Plus. Good amount of time for a flight - not overly long. Friendly crew, standard service."
Pros: "Crew again was fantastic"
Cons: "Increase the length of your seatbelts"
Cons: "The fact I had to purchase an entertainment package when I didnt previous flights. I felt as if the airline was takeoff advantage of a technical glitch."
Cons: "The 4 hour delay due to "wifi" issue caused us to miss our connecting flight to Kona, Hawaii! We thought it would be a quicker and shorter flight buying a direct flight from United from IAD to HNL then to Kona, but we were wrong! We are upset and disappointed that it caused us a day of our vacation! We will avoid United for future travels!"
Pros: "Friendly staff"
Cons: "The fact that we had a connecting flight to minot from Denver. Arrived late to Denver because of weather, but my stroller that I had left on the jetway in Seattle was never put on the plane which I didn't know until I got to minot. I was going to wait for it in denver, but I would have missed my flight to minot had I waited 5 more minutes. We arrived to minot only to find out that our 3 suitcases, one stroller and 2 car seats were never in the flight. Awful! And my connecting flight was even delayed an extra 55 min so I don't quite know where my things are."
Pros: "Midland Airport was easy checking in, Excellent air crew from United Airlines. Bush Airport easy getting around. Great Flight all around."
Pros: "Crew were gracious & helpful. Plane left and arrived on time. Frequent offers of beverages."
Cons: "There was no space for legs and feet. Rows are too close together in economy. Only my left foot could extend forward - a metal box was bolted to the floor where a right foot would go. Seatback pockets with magazines, headphones, etc take space that knees require. Then when my front neighbor fully reclined for 7 hours, I was really pinned in (middle seat of center section). It can't be healthy to be physically restricted for so long. Very uncomfortable. Ryanair seats packed this close (for much shorter flights) don't seem to have floor obstruction, and eliminate the pockets and recline features which helps."
Pros: "Delayed in Denver"
Pros: "Free movie on flight to Denver was nice.... Free movies and internet was nice because I didn't have to dig around for a credit card and you pay enough for tickets anyway, that it SHOULD be free. Its there for one person, EVERYONE should be able to use it. So it was a nice perk to kill time! Boarding was awesome, but only because I have a handicap"
Cons: "I just don't like my soda poured from a can into a tiny cup....Just give me a cold can of soda for the 3 hours....geez."
Cons: "Never got there due to my first flight being cancelled. BUT, I did see from my emails that this flight was delayed multiple times and then cancelled as well."
Pros: "On time clean and friendly staff"
Pros: "Crew was smiling very polite even though it was a crowded flight to FLL and back to EWR."
Cons: "There were not one but two dogs on the flight which I had an allergic reaction to. Thank goodness I travel with extra allergy medication in my purse. The owner of the dog in front of me keep insisting the dog was hypoallergenic. What matters is my reaction or the person who is allergic reaction to the dog's dander even if they claim it's a hypoallergenic dog. Once I had a severe reaction on a United flight and the cat was no where near me, but the air is circulating so I has to take benadryl. There should be some consideration for people who have health concerns without making the customer feel like we are a problem."
Cons: "It was FREEZING which made it impossible to sleep despite being exhausted from the extreme flight delays. Two issues (one was maintenance, the other was a passenger not feeling well) caused delays up to about 90 min!"
Pros: "The plane was new and the seats were comfortable. It was a decent size plane. It wasn't crowded, so folks could spread out and sleep since it was a late evening flight."
Cons: "There were only about 12 people on the flight, and they made 6 of us wait past boarding time until the others arrived. I wanted to get on and get settled, so this was an annoyance to me. There was no beverage or snack service, which I assume was because it was a short flight. However, my itinerary showed a longer flight, so I didn't pre purchase any beverages, I was thirsty the entire flight."
